Today I got to spend a lot of time in the den, more importantly I got to rest, as this week has been really strange.

FINALLY after two weeks of no internet I can return to Tumblr to share my updated Yu-Gi-Oh sona, Katari Sableheart, the Painted Mage(and the mascot of this blog)

Katari Sableheart is the twin sister of Daniel Sableheart, a KaibaCorp engineer and one of the privileged few to be in Seto Kaiba's inner circle. While her brother chose the path of machinery and technology, Katari chose the path of art and dueling. As her dueling title, the Painted Mage suggests, she runs a deck of spellcasters.

She's a formidable duelist and has won a few tournaments. Her greatest accomplishment was making it to the finals of a KC sponsored tournament and getting to duel Yugi Muto, King of Games. She didn't win, but Yugi told her he's never seen a duelist come so close. Katari, however, humble and a little self-deprecating, believes Yugi was simply saying that to soften the blow of her loss.

She's around the same age as Yugi's crew, having attended Domino High with her siblings; Justin, Daniel and Koi. However she never really interacted with the gang much, feeling too shy in the suffocating setting. However, she wishes she had friends like Yugi, having been too socially awkward to really make or keep friends and was mostly a lone wolf outside the company of her siblings. However, one day she hopes to make her dreams a reality; To become a world-renowned artist and champion duelist, to one day defeat Yugi Muto in a duel, and maybe, just maybe, finally make the friends she's longed for all her life.

She has a crush on Joey Wheeler, but don't tell him that cause she'll fully deny it.

Facadis Goddess of Chaos and Confusion.

Another one of my God Ocs for my worldbuilding. Anyways, Facadis was said to be the mother of the original gods of Hecaterra. Which is true, but she didn't really "birth" them.

Being a primordial God had its pros. So, the process of having children was not painful. But also, she doesn't have a womb. Why would she need one???

That's me rambling about my ocs.(this old artwork was just chilling in my storage for a few months and thought I post it.)

I did a sketch of this and wanted to colour it in. This is the result! :D

It turned out almost exactly how I wanted to! -btw, Ferdinand is holding a shumil, which isn’t particularly clear but eh.

Starting off the year strong. This is a commission for someone on discord—someone who really enjoys Ezmia! I was really honored by them wanting me to make them some fanart of her, and it was nice to draw someone else than my go-to’s for a change.

Unfortunately it was a bit of a challenge—especially with her hair. I drew it how I usually would at first (how you’ll see I draw hair in most of my artwork) but it ended up being all muddled and messy and not looking like hair. It actually turned out to be more like fire which…makes sense given I’m me and I draw Xanthous a lot. So I had to scrap the entire hair portion and I opted for my backup ribbon style. It didn’t turn out at all how I hoped and I’m really disappointed by the hair, but I think I just have to keep practicing and get better at it. For now, this is what we’ve got. I hope you all and the recipient of the commission enjoy it as much as I had fun making it!

P.S. I don’t ever plan on going back to ribbon style hair :/ it’s just so unnatural. But then again for this one I kind of like how you can see heir hair twirling through the other strands and it gives a hint at movement—since it’s supposed to be like slow flickering flames. Anyway it was really hard to not make it look like fire :(

Facadis, Goddess of Choas

I was doing some work on her "Family tree" and realized she had 10 children in total!!

But a thing I will note is that she didn't really give "birth" to her children. What she did was simply grab a piece of whatever and enchanted, but she needed a second person. Which was Clesent, god of tike and knowledge!

With both of their powers combined, they were able to create Devine children of certain materials.

Thus also making her children a part of her and Clesent.

(Sorry, really like rambling about my ocs)
