how the hell do u keep your nails so long without them breaking

i don’t do much for my nails honestly !! i just trim & file them like freakishly often and apply a couple coats of nail strengthener over top of them. this method could totally be different for everyone but since my nails are rather on the thicker side — so they don’t chip/break as easily, this works really good for me.
