One of the sadder things that I often forget about til I’m reminded again is that in the Immortal!Volo AU, he would eventually have to say goodbye to every Pokémon he has that isn’t a ghost type like Spiritomb…

Just imagining him visiting the cemetery where his beloved teammates are buried makes me hurt.
