Someone pleaseeee help me in my plight

Today I found a film camera for about $7 at goodwill. Seemed like a good price, so I bought it. But, as it turns out, it’s possibly the worst film camera in existence. To quote the review I read, “I think this camera feeds a bit of nostalgia since I seem to think that because I am a much better photographer now I should be able to make a junk camera do something great. But in this case I was humbled by the fact that no matter how good of a photographer I am, I was held back by this camera being absolute trash.” The camera is a Lavec LT-002, can someone tell me if I made a bad purchase? If it’s even useable? And maybe how to open the film compartment? This thing WON’T OPEN. I’m honestly about to smash it open with a rock.

This season, the featured designers included WooLeeX, who delivered a beautiful blend of patterns, fusing Taiwanese cultural references into the patterns.  LAVEC brought our attention to the planet, and uses ecological and organic fabrics, while WMTM by NiuNiu Chou commanded the runway with its traditional and striking  pieces and fierce child models, including Desmond is amazing, who took a fierce walk in a pink wig on the catwalk…

  Arlo Studio showed streetwear inspired pieces, while Designer Shun Oyama wowed us with textural jacquards and military details that took us back to another era.   Gigi Wang gave a jolt of color and style mixing modern with traditional references, and Alicia Perriollo used pattern play to enhance all sizes.

The River Thila cuts the city of Lavec into two distinct halves. The well to do and high class citizens call the cushy homes and plush cafes and schools of West Lavec home, while the area dubbed East Thila is an area known for its poverty, its violence, and its gangs.

These two sections of life overlap more than one might think, but never so much as when a science institute commissions two criminals, Fellise Ennio of the Libellules and Melanie Tablot of the Vert Vipères, to help transport some sensitive materials down the River Thila and out of the city, all the way down to their testing facility in the south.

Delicate details, sustainability and traditional techniques lead the way for the first show from Global Fashion Collective.

First to hit the runway was Taiwanese brand WooLeeX who delivered an effortlessly cool collection. Recognised for their beautiful blend of Taiwanese culture with cultures from around the world, this collection is an alluring amalgamation of civilizations. Known for integrating art work into fashion, we were treated to literal pieces of art floating down the runway. Drawing their inspiration from Butchard Garden in Victoria, British Columbia, the collection had a flare of timeless yet modern charm. Floral courageous prints commanded this set delivering stunning statement pieces. A colour palette of bold colours and black and white paired beautifully with Taiwanese’s traditional cultures like embroidery and dragons, made for a unique and enchanting experience.

Japanese brand LAVEC was up next. Describing the collection in one word as LOVE. Deriving her inspiration from self-love, family, people, plants, food, animals and the earth, she created a collection based on sustainability. With most fabrics being 100% organic cotton and ecological meaning they are made by using reduced material, this collection has brought a new and modern twist to the runway. The colour palette was a stunning mix of black, white beige with electric blue pops of colour in between.

To close the show, Chinese brand, WMTM by NiuNiu Chou commanded the runway with its traditional and striking pieces and fierce child models. Describing the collection in one word as heritage, the main inspiration behind the collection was Chinese vintage. The heritage theme ran deep within this collection with fabrics over 70 years old and made from the craftsman with the traditional technique. The colourful palette was the perfect pairing with this historic and timeless collection.

Kommentar: Det här borde vara en vettig uppgift för Ben G.T. som i alla fall har formen som krävs för att vara med och slåss längst fram. Startspåret är också helt okej. Senaste starterna har Honey Love Bronzit varit ute i enklare gäng men har gjort det bra. Formen sitter, spåret är bra och det borde kunna räcka en bit även här. Givetvis ska man alltid ta Björn Goop på största allvar på Färjestad. Även om Dream of Winner inte var något extra senast.

Inte helt enkelt att runda alla, men är bra nog för att göra ett allvarligt försök. Precis som stallkompisen Stardust Melody. Vann senast och var klart duktig. Går säkert också framåt med det loppet i kroppen. Om det stämmer för Mijoda Star kan hon utmana Goops duo. Senast tappade Apple Rose mycket i ett Oaksförsök. Inget sådant motstånd. Attack.
