पुरी:

ओडिशा के पुरी में एक पुलिस थाने उस वक्त हड़कंप मच गया जब पुलिस ने छीना झपटी के मामले में एक शख्स को गिरफ्तार किया और वह कोरोना पॉजिटिव निकला. अधिकारियों ने इस बारे में जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि रविवार को राजधानी पुरी के अंतर्गत कुंभारपडा पुलिस थाने में एक शख्स को गिरफ्तार करके लाया गया. गिरफ्तार शख्स की जांच कराई गई, जिसमें कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण की पुष्टि हुई है.

इस घटना के बाद पुलिस स्टेशन को सैनिटाइज किया गया. साथ ही थाना इंचार्ज समेत 30 लोगों को एक होटल में एहतियातन ठहराया गया है. प्रशासन ने कहा कि पुलिस स्टेशन में तैनात सभी पुलिसकर्मियों की COVID-19 का टेस्ट कराया जाएगा. अधिकारी ने कहा कि सोमवार को इस बात का फैसला लिया जाएगा कि किसे क्वारेंटीन किया जाना है और किसे नहीं. 

पुलिस ने बताया कि गिरफ्तार शख्स को छीनाझपटी के एक मामले में 4 दिनों पहले पुलिस स्टेशन लाया गया था. बाद में जांच में कोरोनावायरस की पुष्टि हुई थी.
