How I feel about this character:

At first I was mainly interested in his because I liked metaltango but he'd really grown on me and I feel like there's just so much to explore (and unpack lol), specifically with how he prioritizes his physical strength and seems to tie his worth to how 'useful' he is. I was a bit confused at first about why I like him so much because he's not really the usual 'type' that I go for, but then I realized that I tend to like characters who are obsessed with knives. LOL

*Also I freaked out when I realized that him calling Leon "boy-scout" was actually canon.

Leon <33 Also thank to @samblerambles and @colesabi 's metaltangofield discussions, I've started thinking about him and Chris a bit. Like I feel like they'd sort of hate each other at first, but they have some stuff in common (like their military service) and who knows, they might hit it off 👀

My non-romantic OTP for this character

Hmmm it's kind of hard to imagine him having friends 😭. I'd love see how he interacts with the rest of the RE cast, specifically Jill since I feel like she'd put him in his place. But I feel like he'd definitely get along with animals, specifically cats lol

My unpopular opinion about this character

I think this has definitely been mentioned before he doesn't have to be a dimensional villain and I don't think he was a complete 'asshole' pre Re4. If he was absolutely evil and a complete jerk before, it would really reduce all that betrayal and shock Leon feels. Like Leon is desperate to get him to see reason and find some reason not to fight him and even in og 4 there's that whole "you used to be a good guy" thing, so I like to think that he was fairly different before.

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.

I wish we got to more flashbacks pre-re4r and see a bit more of his and Leon's relationship. I do like fics where he survives, but I don't think canon would handle it that way i want lol. I do wish that he said a bit more in his last moments ( that scene was one of my favorite moments of him <33) but I saw a video where the VAs said that they were thinking of having Krauser help Leon push the knife in, which is just 😭
