Lunch at The Village in Kamothe, Panvel featured exotic, flavorful dishes amid a serene, forest-like ambience.

Recently, we decided to have lunch at The Village in Kamothe near Panvel. The rain was pouring down, and the restaurant was fairly empty, creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere. The servers were quick to greet us with water and took our order promptly. Our Experience Peanuts for passing the time until the food arrives. yes, it's another modern black&white restaurant build! but this time... in mt. komorebi! in my savegame it's a sushi place owned by the same chef that runs the crab and monkey in windenburg. but it isn't *just* another restaurant - the build comes with a fully furnished apartment for your own chef/restaurant owner of choice and a corner tea shop/bakery.

and all of this just works! the bakery can get a little cramped at times because it's so tiny, but i've playtested pretty thoroughly. so i hope you have fun & can't wait to see this place in your game! i do suggest using carl's dine out reloaded for a better dining experience.

Elemental Legacy Challenge

Required Packs:

Rules:

Lifespan - Normal

No money cheats, you can use ‘FreeRealEstate’ to move your first sim into their first house! Your sim can live anywhere unless stated otherwise in the rules of the generation

You MUST complete ALL of the tasks within each generation before moving onto the next!

Each heir and their home must try and closely represent the element of that generation, for example fire could use colours Red, Orange and Yellow!

Gen 1: Fire [Dine Out]

Base the Sim/House off Fire, try to use the colours Red, Orange and Yellow as much as possible.

As the Fire element, you want to be as close to the heat as possible, where has a lot of heat? THE KITCHEN! You’re hot headed (a bit like Gordon Ramsey), You manage to reach level 8 of your cooking career but decide you don’t work in someone else's kitchen, you want your own! You decide to open up your own restaurant and get it to 5 stars!

Traits: Hot Headed[Child Trait], Perfectionist, Mean

Aspiration: Master Chef

Career: Culinary Career(Until Level 8), Run a Restaurant (Get it to 5 Stars)

Goals:

Experience at least 1 fire!

Complete only 8 levels of the Cooking Career then leave!

Run a Restaurant and get it to 5 star

Make enemies with 3 of your employees (Can be either Culinary Career or Restaurant)

Aspiration: Extreme Sports Enthusiast

Career: Professional Athlete

This gen is the last of the challenge but sets you up to continuing playing if you so wish to!

Parc Komo Showflat

Parc Komo is a 276 models freehold residential growth at Upper Changi. The event is construct up of seven blocks of 5-storey building and 3 blocks of 3-storey buildings with a land dimension of 201,878 square ft. Parc Komo contains of 1 to five bedroom flats to cater completely different customer needs. The challenge goal to obtain HIGH by 2023 and legal completion by 2026.

The general design of Parc Komo is inspired by the komorebi experience, the impact of daylight streaming by the leaves of the bushes. Parc Komo is design with loads of greenery lush and gardens cape inside from the drop off space, to the pool, terrace, veranda, pond, forest trail, study pods and lots of extra. There are also a herb garden and glamping zone for residents to get close with nature. Another services of Parc Komo contains 50m lap pool, youngsters playground, tea pod, water hammock, lounge, BBQ pit, working pod, health club, and lots of others.

Parc Komo can be an built-in growth with 2 flooring of retail store below the residential apartment. Retail will comprises of dining, procuring and way of life options together with a gourmet grocer and devoted providers for your kids and pets.

Major expressway reminiscent of Pan-Island Expressway (PIE), East Coast Parkway (ECP), and Tampines Expressway (TPE) are all within shut proximity to Parc Komo, giving future residents ease of accessibility to other a part of the island and coming again residence.
