Physician-Epidemiologist Miki Gibo affiliated with Matsubara Clinic and National Health Insurance Yusuhara Hospital in Yusuhara, Kochi, Japan and colleagues recently had a disturbing paper published in Cureus. Peer reviewed, the team for Japanese researchers look into the question of excess deaths during and after COVID-19 and incidence of cancer mortality after the third MRNA COVID-19 vaccine.
While talk or “turbo cancer” is rampant on social media such as X any such claims require significant evidence. TrialSite has chronicled real world data and tracked the growing number of case series involving some form of cancer in association to COVID-19 vaccines. But case series-based studies are not designed to establish causation. In collaboration with React19, TrialSite supported that patient advocacy’s development of the Scientific Publications Directory. Now managed by React19, approximately 200+ studies involving cancer and COVID-19 vaccination are available in this online study hub.
Dr. Gibo and colleagues discuss in their Cureus piece excess deaths including cancer in Japan, a population that was heavily exposed to mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, and one that is rapidly aging. Their recent output was published just days ago in Cureus. Importantly, while the findings herein raise profoundly disturbing questions, this study output does not equate to confirmatory evidence that COVID-19 vaccines and cancer have some causal linkage. More investigation is necessary.
The Study The team in this study evaluated how age-adjusted mortality rates (AMRs) for different types of cancer in Japan changed during the COVID-19 pandemic (2020-2022).
Tapping into official Japanese statistics and employing logistic regression analysis, the investigators compared observed annual and monthly AMRs with predicted rates based on pre-pandemic (2010-2019) figures.
What are the findings? Interestingly, the team observed no significant excess mortality during the first year of the pandemic (2020). This data point resonates with other national data TrialSite reviewed in the United States, for example.
Disturbingly, Dr. Gibo and colleagues observed excess cancer mortality in 2021, after mass vaccination with the first and second vaccine doses. This data includes what the medical researchers report observations involving “significant excess mortalities” for all cancers, along with upward trends with select types of the disease.
For example, surges in the following were observed after mass vaccination in Japan with the third booster mRNA dose in 2022:
Ovarian cancer Leukemia Prostate cancer Lip/oral/pharyngeal cancer Pancreatic cancer Breast cancer What cancers emerge as most deadly based on AMRs after the mass third booster dose?
Lung cancer Colorectal cancer Stomach cancer Liver cancer These four cancers for example, evidenced a decreasing trend until the first year of the pandemic in 2020, however, the rate of decrease slowed in 2021 and 2022.
This study discusses possible explanations for these increases in age-adjusted cancer mortality rates but is not designed to prove causation.
Conclusion The Japanese medical researchers raise disturbing questions with this significant study. For example, as published in the peer-reviewed Cureus the team observed in 2022, after mass population exposure to COVID-19 mRNA vaccines “statistically significant increases in age-adjusted mortality rates of all cancer and some specific types of cancer, namely, ovarian cancer, leukemia, prostate, lip/oral/pharyngeal, pancreatic, and breast cancers.”
Declaring that the data exhibit “particularly marked increases in mortality rates of these ERα-sensitive cancers,” Dr. Gibo and colleagues suspect that the findings “may be attributable to several mechanisms of the mRNA-LNP vaccination rather than COVID-19 infection itself or reduced cancer care due to the lockdown,” the latter of which could just as well be an explanation.
But the former could be an explanation as well, and that’s a real problematic proposition needing immediate investigation. Gibo and colleagues certainly recommend more research.
Limitations Not clinically validated, the team taps into official data sources employing descriptive statistics. The authors suggest more statistical investigation associated with vaccination status is necessary to bolster any evidence.
The Study Authors’ Questions Why are AMRs of ovarian cancer, leukemia, prostate, lip/oral/pharyngeal, pancreatic, and breast cancers increased significantly beyond the predicted rates, especially in 2022, in Japan?
Does the research of Solis et al. on the binding ability of S-protein of SARS-CoV-2 against over 9,000 human proteins matter here? In that research, the authors point out that S-protein specifically binds to ERα and upregulates the transcriptional activity of Erα. Importantly, all of the identified cancers are known as estrogen and estrogen receptor alpha (ERα)-sensitive cancers.
The present study points out more estradiol (E2) to human breast cancer cells can lead to proliferation of the cancer cells, whereas the addition of raloxifene, a selective ERα modulator, inhibits proliferation.
Could ERα-mediated transcription induce endogenous DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs) in ER-sensitive cancers? According to some research, “Transcriptionally activated ERα induces DSBs by topoisomerase II and the recently known R-loop/G-quadruplex structures formation, significantly increasing the need for BRCA1 for their repair in breast cancer cells.”
Dr. Gibo and colleagues point out that in their study they present “nuclear translocation of mRNA and S protein with the nuclear localization signal [90], and an in silico bioinformatic analysis showed interactions between the S2 subunit of S-protein and BRCA1, BRCA2, and P53 [91], possibly resulting in their sequestration and dysfunction.”
Could it be the case that a possible co-occurrence of high BRCA1 demand to repair DNA damage triggered by activated transcription via ERα bound with S-protein along with dysfunction of BRCA1 sequestrated by S-protein raises concerns about increased cancer risk in ERα-sensitive cells in mRNA-LNP SARS-CoV-2 vaccine recipients?
Thanks to Dr. Robin Rose at Terrain Health in Connecticut for informing TrialSite about this study.

Audit Problems Companies May Encounter in 2023
What difficulties can arise as auditors negotiate the upcoming financial landscape, and how can you best get ready for 2023?
Auditors frequently make resolutions for themselves that this year’s audits will be better and different when the audit schedule is released at the start of each New Year. So, in order to prevent errors during the auditing process, be ready for audits at all times.
To ensure compliance with rules, auditing is defined as the on-site verification activity of a process or quality system, such as inspection. A specific function, procedure, or manufacturing step may be the subject of an audit, in addition to the entire corporation. Some audits are carried out for administrative purposes, such as reviewing data, assessing risks, evaluating performance, or monitoring the effectiveness of already taken corrective actions.
The auditing process is a methodical, complex one that requires a great deal of attention to detail. It is often the case that clients do not operate with the same rigor as the firm. The auditor is considered the last line of defense in ensuring accuracy and compliance. We, Emblaze offer a wide range of financial assistance and Auditing Services in Kochi, Kerala, to almost all sectors across the world.
Accounting and audit failures bring attention to on a broad range of industry issues on a regular basis.
– The most widespread audit challenge is the manual, repetitive tasks associated with evidence collection. It is the biggest issue plaguing their audit process.
– Performing various audit procedures of ensuring compliance under applicable laws is further complicated for multiple businesses with complex organizational structures.
– Single audits need more in-depth technical knowledge because they are so specialized. Due to federal financing for COVID-19 relief, it is anticipated that the number of single audits would keep rising.
– In the absence of timely and high-quality audit resources, completing audits within strict deadlines is difficult. The issue is exacerbated by a lack of knowledge about disclosure requirements, statutory requirements, and compliance requirements.
– The only audit deliverable for the general public is the auditor’s report. You must make sure you have the most recent information available due to recent modifications to the report’s instructions.
– Most respondents felt that businesses would benefit from adopting technology in audits more effectively and efficiently. The timely supply of information and reports that your clients and other stakeholders require can result in better decision-making. Businesses should embrace technological developments since the advent of new technology is rapid.
– It’s possible that you’ll run into auditors who act in a challenging manner. It might be frustrating to audit people who are “too busy,” since you might come across auditees who don’t care about it or who are hostile because your audit interferes with their plans.

CAR SANITIZATION- DOES MY CAR NEED IT?
Everyone likes to see their car looking spotless, but have you ever considered sanitizing it?. If that wasn’t on your bucket list then it is high time to switch your car washing routine and add some extra care to your car. How frequently do you clean your car? Whatever your response is, taking an extra care with your car is never a bad idea and driving a clean car is the great satisfaction when it comes to a car lover. Everyone is obsessed with cleaning the outer body of the car but the inner parts of the car also need to be sanitized well.
Even in your car, a clean, germ-free atmosphere is essential. To ensure that passengers have a clean, healthy, and enjoyable driving experience, your car’s inside must also be spotless. Most importantly, it is a necessity in the modern era for health and safety. But no one has the time to visit a car wash and wait too long there, right?, how about getting a full car wash at your doorstep with interior and exterior cleaning. GoKleen offers the best Car Wash Service at Home in Kochi to give your car a complete makeover before you head out the door.
Here are a few reasons for why your car needs to be sanitized.
To get rid of bacteria and viruses, your car should be thoroughly cleaned. They accumulate on the exterior and interior surfaces of the car before spreading to the occupants. Their spread can be stopped by disinfecting and cleaning the surfaces. Even though keeping the car clean should always be a top concern, it is particularly crucial during the cold and flu season or in the event of a pandemic. All types of germs, including flu and COVID-19 viruses, are easily spread by your hands and body. Cleaning your hands frequently is one way to keep your car germ-free.
You should regularly clean your windscreen, headlights, and mirrors since they can get dirty from the elements, other cars’ splashes, bird droppings, insect stings, and other things. You can see other drivers clearly if your windscreen and mirrors are clean, and other drivers will see you if your headlights are clean. So keep the shine is the major reason.
Keeping the freshness of your car is another reason. Driving a fresh car is a good feeling and in some cases your car freshness will loss by keeping food inside of your car and not using air fresheners, and not changing floor mats, not giving proper care of the seat covers, not taking extra things from your car and whatnot. While dirt and moisture are drawn in from the outside through the AC vents, bacteria and viruses can also flow through them. So that only clean air circulates within the car, the AC vents must be cleaned routinely.
Sanitizing a car involves more than just the interior. Paints, metal exterior, bottom, and interior hood sections can all be harmed by moisture, grime, and oil. So giving an extra care to the exterior of car is most important.
These are some of the main reasons you should add car sanitization to your bucket list.
While sanitizing your car you must follow some steps and tricks to get the best result. Before you start the car sanitization procedure, make sure your car is clean of dirt after that choose suitable disinfectant products, and select the tools and equipment for the sanitization, keep more attention to the touch points, and sanitize AC vents to eliminate airborne germs, viruses, and bacteria.
Do you think these steps are easier?, Actually, it’s not at all an easy task and only a professional car wash team can help you with the whole process. GoKleen provides the Best Car Cleaning Services in Kochi. From a sleek outer finish to pristine interiors, our mobile car wash and detailing services will surely make you feel like a King of the road.

Government Declares 4th State Of Emergency For Tokyo, Spectators To Be Banned From Olympics; G1 Climax 31 Dates & Venues Announced; Jon Moxley v. Karl Anderson IWGP US Title Match At AEW Fyter Fest 7/14/2021
Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga has now declared a fourth state of emergency for Tokyo, running from this coming Monday 7/12/2021 until 8/22/2021, which will coincide with the Summer Olympics due to start in less than fifteen days. In addition, the Olympiad's events will be held without spectators, after meetings between the government and the IOC earlier today. Other non-Olympic events (read: pro wrestling) may be going back to the 5000 persons or 50% capacity rule that was in place before. This new state of emergency was prompted by a reported 920 new COVID-19 cases in Tokyo yesterday, the highest one-day total since 5/13/2021, and a record 18th straight day of increases in positive cases. This 6-week edition of the state of emergency will also extend to Okinawa. Quasi-emergency declarations in Osaka, Chiba, Saitama and Kanagawa Prefectures will also be extended until 8/22/2021. The quasi-emergency measures in Hokkaido, Aichi, Kyoto, Hyogo and Fukuoka Prefectures are still due to expire this Sunday 7/11/2021. Aichi Prefecture currently has the Nagoya sumo basho going on with crowds in attendance as well. Allegedly, the government will be granting stimulus moneys to businesses in order to get them to actually close at 8pm this time, and are still trying to enforce a ban on alcohol sales. In reality, who the Hell knows what this will accomplish in real life, because this is the fourth time they've tried this, and nobody seems to have learned anything from the previous three attempts. Now there are reports of logistical bottlenecks for getting the vaccines to certain locales, in a country that already had one of the lowest vaccination rates in the industrialized world. (According to this site, right now 20.8% of the population has received at least one dose of vaccine.) The government and the IOC have considered every possibility short of actually cancelling the damned Olympics, which is what the people who actually live in Japan and Tokyo are in overwhelming favor of. (A Yahoo! article from yesterday, which has now changed in light of the spectator ban, asked if the IOC would even consider cancelling at this point, which, we knew the answer to that one months ago, come on...) The ruling LDP party (which has as one of its ministers former NJPW wrestler Hiroshi Hase) is starting to see the consequences of this -- whilst they did pick up some more seats in the Tokyo General Assembly election this past Sunday, their coalition with the Komeito party failed to pick up a majority in the Tokyo legislature, showing that the public may be tiring of the LDP in light of the COVID-19 response and the Olympics. It doesn't help the LDP that one of their primary movers and leaders in the party Wataru Takeshita is retiring from politics for health reasons. A general election is due to come by October, and we may see a regime change out of all this. What does this all mean for NJPW? Right now, we don't know. Wrestle Grand Slam in Tokyo Dome already got postponed once, and now it will happen in the midst of another state of emergency. No other cards have been announced for the Summer Struggle tour either. NJPW has not said anything as of this writing. It may take them a while to do so anyway.
The dates and locations for G1 Climax 31 have been announced. The yearly heavyweight tournament, for which the main event challenger for Wrestle Kingdom has been determined since 2012, will start in Osaka with two dates, 9/18 + 9/19/2021 at Osaka EDION Arena, and end with two (week)nights at Tokyo Nippon Budokan once more, on 10/20 + 10/21/2021. With the timing of this, we can surmise that for the second year running, we will not have a King Of Pro Wrestling in October at Ryogoku Kokugikan. But then, this was going to happen with the Olympics happening during G1 Climax's traditional time period. That said, here's the dates and venues. Presumably all shows will be shown live on NJPWWorld has they have been in previous years. G1 Climax 31 - 9/18/2021, Osaka EDION Arena - 9/19/2021, Osaka EDION Arena - 9/23/2021, Tokyo Ota Ward Gymnasium - 9/24/2021, Tokyo Ota Ward Gymnasium - 9/26/2021, Hyogo Kobe World Memorial Hall - 9/29/2021, Tokyo Korakuen Hall - 9/30/2021, Tokyo Korakuen Hall - 10/1/2021, Shizuoka Hamamatsu Arena - 10/3/2021, Aichi Dolphin's Arena - 10/4/2021, Tokyo Korakuen Hall - 10/7/2021, Hiroshima Sun Plaza Hall - 10/8/2021, Kochi Prefectural Gymnasium - 10/9/2021, Osaka EDION Arena - 10/12/2021, Miyagi Xebio Arena Sendai - 10/13/2021, Miyagi Xebio Arena Sendai - 10/14/2021, Yamagata City Sports Center - 10/18/2021, Kanagawa Yokohama Budokan - 10/20/2021, Tokyo Nippon Budokan - 10/21/2021, Tokyo Nippon Budokan
During last night's special Road Rager episode of AEW Dynamite, it was announced that during next week's episode, the first night of Fyter Fest 2021 from Cedar Park, TX, there will be another IWGP US Heavyweight title defense airing on AEW programming. Champion Jon Moxley, who will be returning from a hiatus following the birth of his/Renee Paquette's daughter Nora (or taking umpteen BTE Triggers from the Young Bucks, depending on which version you believe), will make his 5th defense of the title he's held since WK14 in 2020 (with a pandemic in between).
His opponent will be none other than "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson, making this his first NJPW match since February 2016, despite it not happening in a NJPW ring. The Bullet Club co-founder has been in WWE and Impact since leaving NJPW, but he and Doc Gallows will be featuring in the upcoming Tag Team Turbulence tournament on NJPW Strong, and are on the ads for NJPW Resurgence in Long Beach in August. There stands a good chance he may return for G1 Climax as well, a tournament he was a finalist of in 2012, falling to Kazuchika Okada, and allegedly the idea of the Good Brothers returning to NJPW was a major factor in Impact repairing their relationship with NJPW. The show will air in the USA on TNT next Wednesday 7/14/2021 at 8pm EDT / 7pm CDT, and on FITE TV internationally.

Last day of kyushoku for the school year. Schools are closing early in an effort to reduce the spread of covid-19. We only have 2-3 cases in Kochi prefecture. However, it can’t hurt to close things down and reduce the spread wherever possible.
It is also Hinamatsuri today, the girl’s festival.
So we had Chirashizushi, a mixed rice. Teriyaki chicken thigh and a side salad of sprouts and mushy seaweed. A clear broth with seaweed and wheat gluten. Finally the dessert was Hinaarare. It’s bite sized little rice crackers.

Japan Extends Quasi-State of Emergency For 13 Prefectures Until Early March
Asakusa on January 28 (photo: Daryl Harding)
The NHK, Japan’s national broadcaster, is reporting that the Japanese government will be extending the current quasi-State of Emergency for 13 prefectures until March 6 to combat the continually increasing COVID-19 spread, including Tokyo and the surrounding prefectures. Kochi prefecture will also be added to the group starting February 12.
As well as Tokyo, the prefectures of Saitama, Chiba, Kanagawa, Aichi, Gunma, Niigata, Gifu, Mie, Kumamoto, Miyazaki, Nagasaki, and Kagawa are under these quasi-State of Emergency, which includes limiting drinking in establishments not certified by the government and fund for participating businesses to limit hours.
21 other prefectures, including Osaka, Kyoto, and Hokkaido, are under the same measures until February 20, though are likely to be extended as cases continue to rise through the country and health systems in each prefecture are under strain.
Tokyo previously stated that the prefecture will go up to a full State of Emergency once hospital bed rates go past 50%, but have changed the threshold as the figure was met last week to instead focus on severe patients. The new threshold is 30% to 40% of patients on oxygen, and rolling cases reach 24,000 on average per day for the week. The current rolling average for Tokyo as of February 8 is 18,575, with 18,287 new cases recorded on February 9 with 11 deaths. There are currently 9.4% of beds being occupied by severe patients.
The Stop COVID-19 website for Tokyo noted that most patients in the ICU are those with mild COVID-19 symptoms but have pre-existing conditions that have been amplified due to the presence of COVID-19 in their system.
Osaka Governor Hirofumi Yoshimura announced a state of medical emergency for his prefecture on February 8 as bed occupancy rates for COVID-19 reached past 100%, which is causing the medical system to collapse.
