You have no idea how much preparation it takes to travel to an event an hour away by train as a physically disabled person
#It can't just be a one day event for me#A one hour train journey is a full day worth of energy so I have to stay two nights if I want to do ANYTHING#And then there's planning the actual train journeys so I can get assistance#Kitting out my mobility scooter to handle luggage#Making sure said luggage is secure if I have to get out of it on the train#Making sure I can get accessible taxis between train stations the hotel and the event#It's two months away and I've already had to start planning in case anything goes wrong
