Hey writer friends! There's a fun, all-fandom, writing/art event taking place for fall. Cozytober! This is their second year and since they don't have a tumblr page, I thought I'd share the prompts!

Batman: The Knight #8

"His heart too big for this world: full of fear and rage and doomed love" is literally Bruce Wayne character statement. If you strip away the cowl and the cape, the wealth, countless masks he wears in public, all you are left with is love. Capacity for love is his defining trait. Bruce loves humanity unconditionally, he will never stop loving them, and the fact that he's probably fighting in tolkien-esque "long defeat" with no end of the battle in sight doesn't matter, because Batman has always been about the unshakeable love for people regardless of things they might have done in the past. Love that doesn't grow smaller despite them choosing to perpetuate the cycle of violence and failing Bruce time and time again.
