1.  Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura is addressed as Bhagiratha of bhakti in the age of kali [just as Bhagiratha made the Ganges to descend to this world, Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura made Bhakti to descend]. He also composed numerous books on pure bhakti among which Jaiva Dharma is the crest jewel. 2. Vedas and the scriptures are like ocean of knowledge and Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura has put that ocean in one small pot like Agastya Muni and that pot is likened to Jaiva Dharma (गागर में सागर) 3. This jaiva dharma has the essence of Veda, Vedanta, Brahma Sutra, Bhagavatam, Mahabharata, Bhakti Rasamrita Sindhu, Caitanya Caritamrita, Ujjavala Nilmani and so on. 4. By manifesting Jaiva Dharma, Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura has created a new era in philosophy and religion. 5.  Jaiva Dharma is like Vaikuntha kaustuba mani, if any practitioner becomes fortune to acquire it then his heart would become filled with love and all the doubts would be cleared.
