1-2 table spoons of milk

1 pound (454g) fresh strawberries, rinsed and hulled

Cake:

2 and 1/2 cups (285g) cake flour (spooned & leveled)

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

1 tsp of salt

3/4 unsalted butter, softened to room temperature

1 3/4 cups of granulated sugar

5 large eggs at room temperature

1/3 of a cup of sour cream or plain yogurt at room temperature

2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract

1/2 of a cup of whole milk (at room temperature)

1/2 of a cup of strawberry puree (see step one)

Next we shall make the frosting.

hello! Lurker here…

so… apparently I’ve been pulled into some magic/wormhole/something uh… it’s just a mansion and a HUGE yard… there are others here - I think they forgot to fill me in on some stuff…

The one who seems to be in charge, Katelynn, allowed me to start a blog… so, Hello!!!

I really only know 7 so far, but I hope to get to know the others more! It has only been two days since I’ve been here, after all…

they gave me a room, and this place is really fun! They have weird wings of the place, I can’t figure out rhyme or reason in why everyone’s rooms are where they are, but apparently it’s for a reason, since Katelynn said something along the lines of “since we don’t know what group you should be in, you’ll stay in the ‘Ground Up’ wing with me and a few others!”

they all seem very nice, but they act strange…

well, the 7 I know agreed to answer questions as well, so feel free to ask them as well!
