LISTENING FOR A CHANGE
Deborah Kasente, of Makerere University's women's studies department, She faced exactly this frustration when she conducted research into the impact of the Uganda Women's Tree-Planting Movement, The movement was founded by a group of women. It was mostly middle-class, educated women, and was backed by the government. It was under intense international pressure to demonstrate its dedication to natural resource conservation. The movement's overarching motivation, then, was to raise public awareness of, first, the links between overpopulation, energy and food crises, and mismanagement;
Deborah Kasente discusses this study about certain issues in a community where there are different reactions from the public or the people in the community. Some of them have good feedback, some of them criticize the project. The people in the community believe this project was conducted by the Uganda women's tree planting movement. They do this for their own benefit and for business purposes. People always react to and believe in different issues or activities without validating them.
For example, in today's situation during a pandemic, many medical frontliners go to different communities to conduct vaccinations, but why are some people afraid of the vaccine? Because even though the DOH disseminates information to the public and also on social media platforms, there are some areas, far from the cities, where people can't access the information they need to know about the benefits of vaccines. As a result, the LGU should send personnel to conduct a program in which LGU personnel and residents of that community discuss with the LGU the program and the importance of this. People react to any program by opening up their opinions using their voices when they do not know the objective of this movement, the purpose of this program, or the information needed by the people.
As an individual, we have the right to freely express our opinion using our voice. We can use our voice to say what we want, but don't forget to consider many factors. Listen to and ask for information from a reliable source. Some people, especially nowadays, express their feelings without listening to the opinions of others. Because of the misled information, it can mostly cause miscommunication.
We have freedom and a voice; use it for good, not just for yourself, but also for those who lack knowledge,

NO ROOM FOR VOICES
"DOESN'T MEAN YOU'RE BEING HEARD MEANS THEY ARE LISTENING, AND NOT BECAUSE THEY SAW IT MEANS THEY CARE ABOUT IT. REMEMBER, ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS."
FRUSTRATION OCCUR WHEN YOU EXPECT TOO MUCH. ADJUST YOUR EXPECTATION TO AVOID FRUSTRATION. LIKE WHAT HAPPEN TO THE UGANDA WOMEN'S TREE PLANTING MOVEMENT, THOUGH THEIR INTENTION WAS CLEAR AND PURE FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL, TO MAINTAIN NATURAL RESOURCES BUT STILL NEGLECTED.
AND DEBORAH KASENTE PROFESSOR OF WOMEN AND GENDER STUDIES AT MAKERERE UNIVERSITY TEACHING AT GRADUATE AND POST GRADUATE. FOUND OUT THAT THERE IS NO ROOM FOR WOMEN'S VOICES DEBORAH'S SUMMARIZES HER FINDINGS, " IT IS QUIT LIMITING. I FOUND I HAD TO LEAVE OUT MOST OF THE WOMEN'S WORDS- THE VIEWS AND PERCEPTIONS CONTAINED IN THE INTERVIEWS."
(WAYS OF LISTENING ONE OF IT'S CHAPTER INDICATED THERE THAT, LIMITED HISTORY TO BE NARATE, HISTORY CAN BE FEAST WITH A MINIMUM NUMBER OF PRESENT, INTERVIEWERS HAVE TO BE MINDFUL AND AWARE ABOUT THEIR PARTICIPANTS HISTORICAL BACKGROUNDS INFORMATION, BE SENSITIVE CUSTOMARY MODES OF SPEECH AND ALLOW PEOPLE TO SPEAK ON THEIR OWN TERMS)
IN THE LAST PAGE
-ORAL TESTIMONY CAN BE USED TO WHAT AIM FOR, MAKE SURE PUBLIC CAN BENEFIT, THIS COULD BE A HAND TO LEAD WHAT WE WANTED FOR ENSURING IT'S FOR THE PEOPLE, ORGANIZATION, PROGRAMMES FOR DEVELOPMENT, THIS MAY BE USED TO RAISE THE VOICES OF OTHERED.
COMMUNICATION PLAYS VITAL ROLE
ALL OF US KNEW COMMUNICATION ROLE FOR OUR DAILY BASIS, WE INTERACT SOMEHOW WE INFLUENCE ONE ANOTHER.
COMMUNICATION SERVES AS A HEARING AID FOR UNHEAR VOICES IN MIDDLE CLASS.
ORAL TESTIMONY FOR ME IS CONSISERED AS BOOK OF FUTURE, IT CAN MAKE A CHANCE ONLY IF POLICY MAKERS WILL BE OPEN, SET ASIDE THEIR EGO AND TAKE A BETTER ACTION FOR EVERYONE.

GORETOBER[22]- Animal/Beast Wounds "--GEHAH-- No! Focus on the neck. The neck! It won't work a lot for humans if you use that tactic! Ok, calm down- CALM. DOWN. Is it really that hard for you to memorize it? I don't want to be rude, but you're seriously making me question your thoughts." Nothing much, just Kasent sort of training one of his adopted wolf pups for the case a human wanders in the forest he protects. Just like his mother, he has feline eyes ,marks and the 'respawn', while from the father (God of love and lust, Anoren) he gained horns, a beast form and.... growing sexual attraction to a person he would bond/make a relationship. In this case, (double) ironically, is a human female Marina, a person of pure innocence. Just like his triplet siblings, half sister and parents, he also has blonde hair but he decided to dye them blue to at least differentiate himself from the already opposite family. The bottom part is completely botched up. He looks broken. But hey, at least I showed him again.

GORETOBER[18]- Acid Burn "FUUUCK! IT'S HURTS LIKE HEELL! WHERE'S THE DAMN MEDKIT?? Curse my aloofness and my disinterest in safety. Especially, when I don't know if I have the same ability as my mother or my half-siblings have-- FUCK!" This is one of those times I ask my mind: "And I accepted that sketch early in the night?" Like, the only thing that actually seems decent to me is the damn torso. And the tail. Art criticism aside, Animelia (or Ani for short) is one of the first unofficial-to-official Setela's children, with the triplets coming a year or so later in my life. With her father being an agitated wolf-scorpion thing, she is still quirky like her mother, but her pervertness is toned down quite a lot. Not to mention she prefers to spend more time in the wild, resulting in being close with one of triplets Kasent. Closer than he is with his actual siblings. But not to the point of incest. They both aren't too keen on that idea.
