Rob Kardashian is trash. Honestly, this post could end with that. He is a trash human being. More importantly he is like every other abusive male. Yesterday, the male Kardashian decided to do what he does best, shame his ex-fiancée. Unless you are either a person of a certain age or live under a rock, the male Kardashian has lambasted the mother of his child more than once. However, yesterday’s rant seemed to be triggered by a video his former fiancée sent him. A couple things before getting into this, I am not a fan of the Kardashian clan. They work my nerves. However, I am able to ignore them. Yet, their baby brother has a habit of slut shaming his former lovers and no matter how many filters I put on Twitter, I still see his foolishness.

Yesterday, Rob decided to air out his grievances regarding his daughter’s mother, Blac Chyna. Instead of his normal ranting, he took it to a disgusting level. He posted nude photos Chyna sent to him for all the world to see. He claimed she cheated on him (I don’t know if this is true and I don’t care) and claimed she is a drug abuser. This is not the first time Rob has done this. And, unless he is prosecuted under the revenge porn laws in California, it won’t be his last. Rob not only has the complexion for protection but his name holds weight. Rob has not had to work a day in his life. He lives off the name his sister made famous with the help of his mother. Any and every woman he has publicly dated, he has also publicly ridiculed. From Rita Ora to Adrienne Bailon, Rob will disrespect any and every woman who no longer wants him. Also, let us not forget, he slut shamed his own sister.

Now, I’m sure there are some of you trash men (and pick me women) who are reading this and don’t see a problem. I watched black men call Blac Chyna all kinds of names. I watched those same men somehow turn this messy situation into a reason to disparage black women. One of the central things that kept coming up is that Chyna was a stripper. So, what? The way some of you turn a woman stripping into a negative thing is weird. Why does it matter? If the “naked hustle” is not your thing, don’t do it. Men who do that only see women as something to be consumed and thrown away. There is also another issue at play here. There is a child involved. Dream, this beautiful baby girl who did not ask for this. Rob spewed vitriol at Chyna with an image of his daughter as his avatar. Does no one find that disgusting?

Men sat and cheered on Rob. Many of these men have daughters. Daughters who will one-day encounter men just like them. A great many of these daughters will love men just like their fathers. And guess what, men? There is nothing you can do to stop that from happening. Whether you choose to realize it or not, you taught her what a man loving a woman looks like. The same men who cheer Rob on love to espouse what their woman won’t do. What their daughters won’t do. First and foremost, women don’t belong to men. Women are not property. You don’t get to dictate the moves of women. Women are not here to serve you. I absolutely don’t care what Chyna did. There is no excuse for what she may or may not have done either. However, nothing, and I mean nothing, warrants what Rob has done to Blac Chyna and other women.

I was one of the many people who reported his Instagram account. At the time of his post, his Instagram was shut down. He then moved to Twitter. I reported that, too. In all honesty, I don’t think anything will happen to him. Nothing ever seems to happen to men like this. Patriarchy is so ingrained in our society that Rob’s actions are normalized. Will it ever change? I truly hope so.
