AYM BAŞKANININ KONUŞMASI LAİKLİĞE DARBEDİR

Göreve yeni başlayan Kadir Özkaya, AKP’li Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan’ın da aralarında olduğu devlet erkânının katıldığı yemin törenindeki konuşmasını, Kuran’dan alıntılar yaparak hukuk yorumunu dini referanslar ve ayetler üzerine oturttu.

AYM başkanının o bölümlerdeki konuşmasını, kime ait olduğunu söylemeden, farklı dillere çevirip dünyadaki hangi hukuk otoritesine okutsanız “İslam devletlerinden birinde yapılmış bir din adamı konuşması” olduğunu düşünür.

Öyleyse soralım: Anayasasında laik bir devlet olduğu yazan Türkiye, İslam devleti mi oldu? Yoksa AYM, Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı’nın görevlerini mi üstlendi?

Bu soruları sormamızın nedeni açık. Görevi, kanunların, cumhurbaşkanı kararnamelerinin ve Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi içtüzüğünün anayasaya şekil ve esas bakımlarından uygunluğunu denetlemek olan en yüksek yargı organının başkanı, daha yemin ederken anayasanın 2. maddesindeki laik devlet ilkesini çiğnemiştir. Bu sıradan bir olay değildir. 2021’de Yargıtay’daki dualı adli yıl açılışı kadar laikliği yıkıcı bir harekettir.

Edirne’nin Keşan ilçesinde CHP Gençlik Kolları’nda Halil Can Uvacıklı güven tazeledi.

Erdoğan DEMİR / EDİRNE (İGFA) –CHP Keşan Gençlik Kolları’nın Olağan Genel Kurulu’na Keşan Belediye Başkanı Mehmet Özcan, Yenimuhacır Belediye Başkanı Tamer Kıral, CHP Keşan İlçe Başkanı Anıl Çakır, CHP Edirne İl Gençlik Kolları Başkan Vekili Berkay Varel, Keşan Belediye Başkan Yardımcıları Bilgin Atlı, Mehmet Meriç, Belediye Meclis üyeleri Hüseyin Yavaş, Mustafa Naci Öztürk, Mustafa Ak, Figen Kanar Kayseri, Işık Irmak Erel, Mertcan Özkaya, İl Genel Meclis Üyeleri Mehmet Güneş Yılmaz, Sezgin Gündoğdu,  partililer ve çok sayıda genç katıldı.

Kongreye katılan İpsala Gençlik Kolları Başkanı İlgi Durmaz ve yönetim kurulu ile AK Parti Gençlik Kolları Başkanı İsa Vural ve Yönetim Kurulu da katılarak adaylar Halil Can Uvacıklı ve Emre Gülcü’ye başarılar diledi. Genel Kurul daha sonra İlçe Genlik Kolları Başkanı ve Mavi Liste adayı Halil Can Uvacıklı’nın faaliyet raporunu okuması ile devam etti.

Seçim öncsesi Uvacıklı ve Gülcü, yaptıkları konuşmada  gençlerden destek istediklerini ve bu seçimde kaybedenin olmayacağın ı ve kazananın CHP olacağını dile getirdiler.

Seçime Halil Can Uvacıklı’nın mavi listesi ve Emre Gülcü’nün beyaz listesi ile gidildi. 238 üyeden 180 imzanın katıldığı kongrede 179 üye oy kullandı.

Yapılan seçimlerde Halil Can Uvacıklı’nın Mavi listesi 127 oyla seçimi kazanırken, Emre Gülcü’nün Beyaz listesi 41 oyda kaldı. 1 oyda boş çıktı.

CHP Keşan Gençlik Kolları Yönetim Kurulu ve İl Delegeliklerine şu kişiler seçildi.

Halil Uvacıklı başkanlığındaki yönetimde Tugay Pektaş, Süleyman Saldıray, Berna Adalılar, Alpcan Demir, Necdet Gündoğdu, Betül Tetik, Selahattin Özsoy, Dündar Kılıç  Gülgün, Orhan Duran, Caner Üren görev aldı.

Anayasa Mahkemesi Heyeti İtalya’ya Çalışma Ziyareti Gerçekleştirdi

Anayasa Mahkemesinin uluslararası alanda ikili ilişkilerinin geliştirilmesi hedefleri kapsamında 5-6 Haziran 2023 tarihlerinde İtalya’ya "Anayasa Yargısına Erişim Sistemi" konulu çalışma ziyareti düzenlendi.   Anayasa Mahkemesi Heyetinde Başkan Zühtü Arslan’a Anayasa Mahkemesi Başkanvekili Kadir Özkaya, Anayasa Mahkemesi Üyesi Yıldız Seferinoğlu ve Raportör Mehmet Yavuz Yaşar eşlik etti.   Ziyaret kapsamında 5 Haziran Pazartesi günü Başkan Zühtü Arslan, İtalya Anayasa Mahkemesi Başkanı Silvana Sciarra ile ikili görüşme yaptı. Görüşme sonrası Başkan Zühtü Arslan’a hediye takdim edildi ve Başkan Arslan onur defterini imzaladı.   Anayasa Mahkemesi Heyetinin İtalya Anayasa Mahkemesi Heyeti ile yaptığı toplantıda Anayasa Yargısı Erişim Sistemi konusu görüşüldü.   6 Haziran Salı günü Başkan Zühtü Arslan Bologna Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesinde “Türkiye’de Anayasa Yargısı” konulu bir konferans verdi.   Konferansa Bologna Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesinde yüksek lisans yapan bazı yargıçlar ve öğretim üyeleri katıldı. This episode was an emotional roller coaster but still, it was so much better than the last couple of episodes.

Well Resul is dead. When he fell Akif was like: "Did he just fall on his own and die ???" 😂 Even Akif was like wtf?? A guy saw Resul lying on the floor and called the police. Akif took whatever Nebehat used to hit Resul and kept it, probably to use it later to blackmail her. Before dying, Resul called Suzan, he was going to show her the video and that is why she went to his house. Just when she found him dead, the police rang the door. 

Berk was with Aybike at the hospital at that time. They were there for Asiye. Nebehat told Akif that she can't go to prison and if that happens he needs to shoot her and Akif was like "Why would you say that? I am not murderer"  😂 Ayla called Nebehat. She told her that Resul is dead and that Suzan was arrested. Then, Ayla called Berk and told him come to the hospital. She did not explain anything to him and said that it was about his dad.

When Berk got there he saw his mom crying. 

Berk: ”Mom, what happened?? Why are you crying?”

She hugged him and started crying.

Berk: "Mom, where is dad?" His tone voice when he asked about his dad 😭 His voice was shaking. It’s like he knew something was wrong.

Berk: ”Mom, what happened? Why are you not saying anything?”   Ayla: "We lost your dad, son. My condolences to you"

He was so shocked that he didn’t know what to feel 😭

Akif thought Nebehat gave Resul the video but she told him that Resul found the video in his house. Nebahat and Akif thought of Kaan. Kaan told him everything but he lied about giving Kadir the footage. He said that Kadir saw the footage by accident when he was watching it. Akif did not believe him and kicked him out of the house. Tolga called Kaan. He said he needs help with chemistry homework. Kaan asked him if he can stay over at his house and Tolga said yes.

Back at the hospital, Aybike was worried about Berk because she couldn't reach him. Doruk was with him. Berk’s phone was ringing but Berk was so out of it that he didn’t hear his phone, so Doruk showed him that Aybike was the one calling him.

Berk: ”Hello”

Aybike: ”I’ve been calling you non stop but I couldn’t get hold of you. Where are you? How are you? Did you talk with your dad ? What happened?”

Berk: ....

Aybike:”Hello ?? Berk??? ”

Berk: ”My dad passed away, Aybike”

Aybike:”What?”

Berk: ”You heard it right”

Aybike:”Berk, I am so sorry. My condolences to you ”

Berk: ”Thank you, Aybike”

Aybike:”Where are you now? Should I come to you?”

Berk: “We are at my mom’s house, Doruk is with me, you don’t need to come, stay with Asiye”

Aybike: ”I can come. You just tell me whenever you want and I will be right there, okay?”

Berk: ”Okay, let’s talk later”

Aybike:”How can this happen !”

Doruk: “Are you really okay? You didn’t say anything since we came back. Forget about talking, you didn’t even cry”

Berk: ”I am fine”

Doruk:”Look, I understand that you’re in shock but don’t keep everything inside or you will explode at the wrong time and that will be even worst or you will get sick. Don’t do this.”

Berk: “I am fine Doruk, don’t worry”

Doruk:”That’s not how it looks to me but if you say so... ”

The police gave Ayla Resul's belonging and his phone was among them. So she gave them to Berk. 

Ayla: “The police came and they brought your dad’s personal belongings. I couldn’t look at them so I brought them to you, maybe you want to keep them”

Berk: ”Put them over there, mom”

Doruk: “Did they tell you the cause of death?”

Ayla: ”I think he tripped and fell and hit his head. It looks like it was a bad accident”

Berk: ”A bad accident... The great Resul Özkaya tripped, fell and died, huh?? wow...how strange..”

Then he emptied the bag on his bed. Like he said later, I don’t think he was ready to go through his father’s belongings at this moment.

One week passed by. Berk did not go to school ever since his dad died. Ayla said that he stayed in his room all the time. He wasn’t eating well. 

Ayla: ”Good morning son, are you okay?”

Berk: “Good morning, mom. I am fine”

Ayle: “I don’t want to ask you because I am scared of your answer but as I can see...”

Berk: “Yes I am not going to school today”

Ayla: “Berk, you can’t continue like this. A week passed by, you don’t go out of your room. How long will this go on for ?”

Berk: “I don’t know. I don’t want to think about it right now ”

Ayla: “Please don’t do this, son. It makes me very sad”

Berk: ”I don’t want to talk mom, please”

Ayla: “Berk, you don’t talk anyway. You are not eating, you stayed in this room for a week. It really makes me sad to see you like this. Life goes on and I really need you”

Berk: “Mom, please”

Yes I am aware they moved to a new house and he has a new room. I couldn’t focus on the room but I will probably do a separate post for this later. His room could tell us more about his character. 

Nebehat visited Ayla. She asked her if the police closed Resul’s case for good. Ayla said that she still suspects that Suzan killed Resul. She said maybe they were fighting and Suzan pushed him, because Resul is not the kind of person who trips and falls and dies.

Aybike saw Doruk at school and asked him about Berk.

Aybike: “Doruk, are there any news about Berk? Did he come today? or do you think he will come? ”

Doruk: “I don’t think so. A week passed by but I only spoke to him 3 times. He is not answering my calls too. He is sitting at home like a ghost”

Aybike: “I don’t know what to do ! ”

Doruk: “Me too ! He is sitting at home like a status, he didn’t shed one tear”

Aybike: ”Isn’t that weird? It’s like his dad didn’t die but something else happened”

How dare you write this line for Aybike !! She would never say this 😠!! 

Aybike was successful in getting Berk out of the house. Turns out she threatened him 😂 Classic Aybike 😂

Berk: ”I came out of the house because you said you would never speak to me again if I didn’t. But can you tell me why did you bring me here? and why did we stop by a tools shop on our way? I'm confused enough already”

Aybike:”and that’s why we came to this place ! because you’re confused. I thought about something that will make you feel better. By thinking I mean I talked to the school’s counselor and that’s how I got this idea. Anyway, Let’s get inside and I will show you, but wait let me get my bag”

Then they went inside the abandoned house. 

Aybike: “Now, this wall represents everything that’s bothering you, okay? Everything ! Anything you couldn’t solve, forget and that made you angry ! All the things you couldn’t get over them in your head, this wall will help you get rid of all your (emotional) baggage ” 

Aybike: “Watch me”

and then she proceeded to show him how to do it.

Aybike: “I gave a wrong answer to a question in the chemistry exam even though I knew the correct answer”

Aybike: “Oglucan lost my favorite pen”

I feel like she hit a bit harder than the fist time here. Oglucan better watch out  😂

Aybike: “My boyfriend closed himself off like a crazy person”

Aybike: “I feel a bit better ! Come on, it’s your turn”

He took the hammer?(idk what tool she was using so let’s call it a hammer)

Aybike: “Think about your dad for example ! Things that you couldn’t tell him”

Berk: “He was a workaholic. His work always came before me”

Berk: “He said that he will come to my primary school graduation but he forgot”

Berk: “The day I won a ski medal he suddenly had to go to a meeting and he went back to the company”

Berk: “I don’t remember us ever going to the sea together. I don’t remember us playing a match together or laughing together or joking with each other. He never stood by me. He never patted my back and he never said: “ You can do it son” !! He never did !! Do you understand ?? He is gone before we can do any of these things!! HE IS GONE ! ”

Aybike: “Cry, don't hold back. You will feel better”

This scene broke me 😭 Even though he was upset with his father for not spending time with him, he still held out hope that someday things will change between them 😭

The next morning, Berk was feeling better and he decided to go to school. He sent a message to Aybike: “Thank you for yesterday. Thanks to you, I came back to life. I will see you at school ”

He opened his drawer and got his dad’s wallet and phone out. This part stressed me out. Ayla saw that he was wearing his uniform. He told her that he decided to go to school today and she was so happy. I wish he told her that it was because of Aybike. He said that he was ready to go through his father’s belongings now. He said that he didn’t except to find his picture in his father’s wallet so that’s why he was going to check his phone. Then, he turned on the phone and saw that his dad put his picture as wallpaper 🥺️ Look at how adorable he looks in this picture ❤️️

Resul’s phone photos gallery was full of Berk’s pictures  🥺️

WE WERE ROBBED  😭😭

He had a video from one of his birthdays and he had a video from his middle school graduation. He was so happy that his dad cared about him: “This means I had a place in dad’s life, Mom ”

Ayla: “Of course you did, you always did. He couldn’t be a good father but he loved you very much. I know that”

I know that they didn’t tell us how Resul knew about Berk dating Aybike but now it makes sense. He always made sure to know what Berk was up to without him noticing. Then Berk clicked on the cursed video and he was like “What is this??”. Ayla said that Akif probably took it at one of their construction projects and sent it to Resul. Thank god, the phone turned off before he could finish watching the whole thing but he still can watch it later. 

In conclusion, this episode broke me to pieces 😭 Btw, if anyone watches the show live, the next 3-4 episodes will air one hour earlier and after that they will be back to their usual air time.
