Heavy is the Crown: [Transformers, multiships] human, medieval cyberpunk AU where Optimus is trying to rebuild the world after war and make new alliances

Next Gen: [Transformers] about OC kids of different ships

Cops and robbers Jazzprowl: [Transformers] just an idea about Jazz and Prowl who knew each other as kids before becoming reunited after years

WIP Title Game

Thank you @supervisormeero for the tag! A lot of these wips were in just one document, so this was a good reason to organise them better.

Apart from the Tarkin one, all the wips listed below are for Andor - two absurd comedies, two keero, one abstract horror, one that's just weird.

[I've also got a heap of words for historical fiction shows, but I haven't listed them.]

i’ve been following your art since you were vinnybox02 (you’ve improved SO MUCH BTW. not enough people say this!!) and seeing you grow has made me really interested in some of the ways you colour stuff!

two things i want to ask are:

1 - how you do the watercolour texture! is it a brush or are you using a technique?

2 - how you do lighting on shiny clothes (spandex, etc) and fire, i’m guessing they’re done the same way cause i noticed a bUnch of similarity between the way you draw fire and light on certain clothes.

you’re one of my biggest inspos and just making you know how much i adore your art is enough for me. :]

These can be applied in both CSP and SAI since tbh I still prefer SAI when doing watercolor style coloring since it feels simpler to me

Most of this Watercolor style I learned is from this post! I just applied my own lazy ways to achieve a somewhat nice look DFSGHDS But here are two watercolor pieces drawn in SAI and CSP to compare!

As for the shiny parts and flames!

Not gonna deny how lazy I am when it comes to art, so I almost always cut corners if I can, and there's nothing wrong with making your process a little easier/simpler 👌 As long as it works for you, keep doing it!

This is how I go about things, but one thing I will always say is studying from real life or photos or referencing will always be helpful when drawing! Experimenting helps you find what works best for you!

my impression of you was gradually realising i’ve been seeing your art for YEARS without knowing it was the same artist(you). think of it as when there’s this family member you really like, but never get to know well because they aren’t around a lot, there are long periods of time passing from each time you visit/they visit again and you never recognise them at first—i don’t know if i explained that right so..

here, i’ll sum it up:

-first time i see your art, “they draw a lot of characters with shapes for heads, cool”

-second time, a year or so later, “ooo, johnny bravo, samurai jack, overwatch, lizards? nice!”

-third time, seeing your artfight, “wOOow, okay, this is—wait a damn minute, that name seems familiarrrrr..”

-fourth time, this time i see your DC stuff for the first time, “oh! this robin art is amazi- WAIT. WAIT. STOP EVERYTHING. THAT’S VINNYBOX?? ZAMN. now i gotta see more of their art! holy shit.” and from then on, i’ve been obsessed with your art. it’s gorgeous, man. :3c

sorry if i went on a little tangent, but you’ve influenced me and my art a lot for quite a while. and i didn’t even know.

PLS!! I am enamored by how everyone has their own ways of describing stuff in a very specific way! I love when people go on tangents about something they're passionate about and I love reading/hearing them! c:

I do fluctuate a lot between styles and fandom as I go about on Tumblr, so I can see why some would be surprised to see I'm the OP of the post/art xD

I always like experimenting and wants to improve and have fun, so I'm usually a wild card, but I am so so happy that now I know people recognize me/my style or my art or at least feel some familiarity from them and even take inspiration or are influenced by them! c: Probably the biggest compliment fr fr <3

Since i jump to and from a lot of fandms, my oldest first fandom I was in I'm pretty sure was Nintendo Mario & Luigi related stuff xD You'd find even OLDER art there (And Deviant Art era if you dig through my DA). I even ran an ask blog for a while before I kind of stopped since I fell out of my hyperfixation with them. I had so much good memories as well from being in different fandoms and making friends through our interests at the time and some of my friends to this day wouldn't be here if I hadn't decided to join in on the fandom circle :D

OH. MY. GOD. okay, so, you mentioned your old eviantart in my last ask, and i thought “hmm, what if..” i booked it to a box i keep my old stuff and found my iphone 5, a brick of a phone might i add, and looked through my searches—AND HOLY. COW.

i found stuff from 2015-2018(ish?) which was my undertale phase, i know. scary. but i also liked mario at the time(it was mostly luigi and bowser though) AND I FOUND SOME OF YOUR DEVIANTART STUFF. JUST THERE. IN MY OLD PHONE. it was so cathartic, but like, cOOL?? idk. this is so funny to me, it’s 6 in the morning and i’m just sifting through these searches like i found gold. also, there are a lot of dragon drawings

i need sleep. :(

and omg, my younger self DA is such a whole fossil library HDGSDHSD its like digging up all my fossils. Cause like, pretty sure I went through DST phase TWICE as in once in DA and another on Tumblr but Mario bros are literally the ones that really kicked me off hehe c:
