I'm so upset. I actively avoid people when I go outside- at the gym I pick machines that have at least 1 machine between me and another person (If I'm lucky, I do 2.) I wear a mask anywhere I go. Is it an N95? no its a KF80- Regardless, I wear a mask, I wipe down every single machine before I use it. I go at times that aren't super crowded (which is always difficult Jan-March but I try).

There is no one else I got this cold? flu? (I'll test for covid tomorrow) from other than my dad... who has been walking around the house completely normal. I get it- its his house. but you can also be considerate of those around you. I have stayed in my room more than usual (where I always have my window open, and I have an air purifier) because it generally is the only safe place in this house away from his germs.

I take vitamins every day- I've been struggling with taking them the last week or so since I found my multivitamins- I used to have gummy vitamins so I could take them in the morning right when I woke up, but I cant do that in pill form because it'll hurt my stomach. But I also take an immunity boosting mix of elderberry/zinc/vitamin c/vitamin d. AAAAAAAAND I ALWAYS drink a propel everyday that has "traces" of vitamin c and zinc.

I woke up with a sore throat today and I was cold, and then my neck/shoulders were hurting- but I also fell asleep on a different pillow than normal so I didn't know if that was the cause of it... but no. My body aches have gotten worse throughout the day. weeeee.

AND I LEARNED THEY DONT MAKE MY FAVE "IM SICK" TEA ANYMORE!!! Celestial sells the same mixture, but I like to get Private Selections stuff- its usually hire quality. :( [Ginseng, Lemon, Honey, Green Tea is my fave]

Im pissed. I'm manifesting and attracting a good night sleep, where I feel better tomorrow morning.

Universe, I welcome a good night sleep. A sleep where my body can heal and replenish. I attract and welcome feeling better tomorrow where I can continue my goals of exercising 3 times a week. I attract and welcome help with this illness. I am always grateful, thankyou very comsa.

I have been wearing a mask whenever I am outside for the last 6 months, since the start of February. Except apparently when I forget that I haven't got it on, because the KF80 masks I have been been wearing for the last month genuinely don't bother me at all, so I guess I don't think about it, while the kf 94 masks I was previously wearing do make it a bit harder work to breathe (KF numbers are like the Korean scale for how much fine dust a mask blocks, because that's what people usually wear masks for in Korea, and kf80 is pretty low on the scale, but much more comfortable in the hot, humid Korean summer weather).

Anyhow, a couple of weeks ago, I got on a bus, and went a whole stop before realizing I didn't have a mask on (which is compulsory on public transport). Luckily I always carry an extra one with me. But the bus driver didn't say anything, even though the day before on another, admittedly smaller, bus where passengers are more packed in, I heard a driver (gently) upbraid an ancient woman for not wearing a mask.

And tonight I got a taxi home from a friend's house, and didn't realize until I was in my apartment that I had not put my mask on. It was sitting in my bag, along with a spare. And again the taxi driver said nothing! So now I feel bad. I am totally willing to wear a mask. I am just a forgetful idiot sometimes.
