(Spoilers for today's SAMS ep + an...Annoyed rant below. Two for the price of my sanity)

If this is us genuinely getting Eclipse back, and not just some illusionary rabbit for Moon to blindly follow, then I'll be genuinely pissed.

Eclipse should NOT return.

Eclipse should STAY DEAD.

Death should mean something. KC not returning shouldn't be an exception.

Yes, I understand Eclipse was an interesting character, and that a lot of fans wanted to see him return since his death. And I don't get me wrong, I liked Eclipse during his time on the show. But from a writing perspective, you CANNOT convince me it isn't a TERRIBLE idea. Especially since we're in the MIDDLE of Stitchwraith, Creator, Bloodmoon, etc. Like, why is this even necessary?! It isn't.

His death? Means damn NOTHING. Back to the drawing board. Remember how his death was wrapped up well enough and the story moved on to the next plot point? Screw you. No impactful scene of moving on to the afterlife with Solar Flare for you.

Moving on to new, fresh villains and threats? In a way that doesn't feel like we're stuck in a never-ending, rehashing, timeloop? That's hilarious.

Basically, it's the same exact reasoning why a lot of the FNAF fanbase (not all, naturally) were annoyed and pissed at Afton returning in Security Breach. It meant Pizzaria Sim meant nothing.

500 videos. He was the villain. For 500 videos. Almost a year and a half. I am just tired of him, and if he does return it'd be so clearly and painfully for fanservice.

For the love of god. End an arc. Keep a villain down. 🙏

(Hopefully, because of how he didn't act how he did before he died, this is an illusion by Stitchwraith or the Creator to get us that sweet, sweet Moon rage. If that is the case, consider this entire post void.)
