Am Bahnübergang bei Vogl konnte ich die Leistung dokumentieren. Das war dann einer der wenigen "attraktiven Umleiter" des Tages. Es rollte zwar ordentlich auf der Strecke, Züge und Bespannungen erwiesen sich allerdings als eher weniger "spannend". Onegreenplanet is an animal rights website and as expected says shit like this: “ The truth is dairy cows lead horrible lives, filled with grief, pain and suffering.  Not only does the dairy industry fuel the veal industry, but the dairy cow herself is ultimately slaughtered as well. “ It reeks of emotional manipulation and bullshit. First off veal production has rapidly declined since 2000: https://www.statista.com/statistics/194688/us-total-veal-production-since-2000/ and according to this statista page: https://www.statista.com/statistics/194358/total-calves-slaughtered-in-the-us-since-2000/ barely 450 thousand calves (veal) were slaughtered in the us in 2016.

Onegreenplanet (OGP) says that cows can live up to 25 years, but I doubt it and even if it was true long Life doesnt mean quality.

I know that “factory farm” isnt a real industry term and that CFO is more accurate. And any farm with more than 1000 animals can be classified as a CAFO. I have personally seen videos of cows not giving a single shit about their calves being taken away from them and said news article. I know that cows can call for any reason and that even if they do call the noise stops generally after a few Days, much less than “a few weeks”. The longest time I’ve ever Heard of was 7 Days.

“ Male calves are castrated at a young age, “to improve meat quality.” Some of the methods used to castrate them include surgically removing testicles with a scalpel, “crushing spermatic cords with a clamp, and constricting blood flow to the scrotum until testicles die and fall off.” Regardless of the method used, pain relief is rarely provided and the steer is in pain for several days. “

AGYAGOS WORKSHOP

Tárgytervezőként azt vettem észre a sok éves “workshopos/oktatói” munkám során, hogy a tanulás és gyakorlás lehetősége a legtöbb hasonló témában nem adott. Általában 3 órád van elkészíteni egy tárgyat a tematikának megfelelően, ami természetesen lehet nagyon jó, feltölthet, kikapcsolhat, lehet tőle sikerélményed. Azonban rendszerint kimarad a tanulás lehetősége, a technikák és munkafolyamatok, vagy az anyag mélyebb megismerése, vagy a készítendő tárgy tökéletesítése.

Ha te is szeretnél tanulni, vagy mélyebben beleásnád magad a kerámia készítés rejtelmeibe, ha szeretnél kipróbálni változatos technikákat, ahol saját magad mázazhatsz, vagy kipróbálnál más dekorációs lehetőségeket, és teljes mértékben Te magad szeretnéd elkészíteni akkor olvass tovább. Jönnek a havi rendszerességgel indított tanfolyam részletei:

Rengeteg lehetőség rejlik az agyagban, a határ a csillagos ég, ezért ennek a workshopnak nem lesz tematikája, pontosabban Te magad fogod azt meghatározni. Azt készítesz, amit csak akarsz és én segítek Neked a megvalósításban, hiszen a kézzel építés technikájával szinte mindent el tudsz készíteni a csészéktől, tányéroktól kezdve a figurákon át, egészen a dekorációs tárgyakig. De lehetőséged van arra is, hogy közösen találjunk ki egy témát, amit megelőzhet egy kis közös kutatói munka, az ötletek felvetése, és megvalósítása. Végeredményben az alkotás mellett folyamatos konzultáció folyik a workshop ideje alatt, akár saját témát hozol, akár kitalálunk egyet. Ha még soha, vagy nagyon régen dolgoztál agyaggal, ne aggódj, mert az alapokat átvéve és gyakorolva is létre tudsz hozni szuper alkotásokat.

Mit adhat neked, ha eljössz?

Először is, teljes mértékben saját magad által készített tárgyakat, emellett fontos, hogy a tanulás lehetőségét, más irányú gondolkodást. Javítani fogja a szépérzékedet, a formaérzékedet, máshogy tekinthetsz a körülötted lévő világra, és térre. Jelentheti számodra a kikapcsolódást, megnyugvást a hétköznapi stressz ellen, a flow és az én-idő élményt, hiszen itt nem kell sietned. De lehetőséget nyújt komolyabb méretű vagy szerkezetű tárgyak létrehozására is. Felszerelt, autentikus kerámia műhelyt, igazi „kerámiás” mázakkal és anyagokkal. A felhalmozott tudásomat és profi segítséget, a tapasztalatomat és a humoromat. :D Valamint vendégem vagy kávéra, teára, gyümölcsökre vagy egészséges rágcsákra.

Mennyibe kerül, mikor és hol lesznek az alkalmak?

30.000 Ft/hó, vagyis 4 alkalom. Egy alkalom 3 órás, 18.00-21:00 óráig. Ebben benne van a profi szakmai segítségem, a teljesen felszerelt műhelyhasználat, valamint 3 kg agyag, a mázak és engóbok valamint a kétszeri égetés.

Ezzel a 3 kg agyaggal Te gazdálkodsz, arra és úgy használod fel, ahogyan csak szeretnéd. Mire lehet elég ennyi anyag? Nem könnyű számszerűsíteni, a technikától és a képességeidtől is függ, de akár 10-15 db kávéscsésze, vagy 3-4 db nagy méretű tányér vagy müzlis tál, vagy rengeteg (kb 80-90 db) karácsonyfadísz, és még sorolhatnám.

Mi történik, ha elfogy az agyagod 1 hónapon belül?

Újra töltheted a „készletet” kilogrammonként 1.990 Ft-ért. Ebben az árban minden benne van, vagyis mindkét égetés, a mázak és földfestékek.

Mi történik, ha nem fogy el 1 hónapon belül?

Továbbgörgeted a megmaradt mennyiséget, amennyiben felhasználod, akkor az értéke levonódik a következő hónap befizetett összegből, vagy becseréled újra, vagy kipótolod és így az 1 havi mennyiség mindig a rendelkezésedre fog állni.

Mikor és hol lesz a foglalkozás?

Minden hónapban, hétfői napokon 18:00-21:00 óráig. (első alkalom november 4., hétfő)

Arra kérlek, úgy kalkulálj, ha a naptári napokból adódóan 5, vagy 3 hétfő lenne egy hónapban, akkor annak megfelelően, arányosan nő ill. csökken a havi ár.

Milyen anyagokkal dolgozunk?

4 féle különböző állagú és színű agyaggal dolgozunk, legalább 5 féle máz áll a rendelkezésedre, - mindkettőt szeretném bővíteni, vagy újdonságokkal cserélni a tanfolyam előrehaladtával - és lehetőséged lesz úgynevezett engóbbal is dolgozni, ami tulajdonképpen színezett földfesték, teljesen alkalmas a tárgyak égetés előtti festésére.

Hogy zajlanak az égetések?

Az elkészült kerámiádat kétszer kell égetni, először 950 °C-on, majd 1.000-1.050 °C-on. Miután elkészültél, a tárgyakat ki kell szárítani, és meg kell várnunk, míg a kemencénk tele lesz, és ugyanez vonatkozik a mázas égetésre.

Hogyan tudsz részt venni a foglalkozáson?

A foglalkozáson előre utalással, tudod biztosítani a helyed, csak akkor, ha a 4 alkalmat befizeted minden hónap első alkalmáig, vagyis minden hónap első hétfőjéig.

Természetesen ha már befizetted az összeget, de nem tudsz eljönni, az sem gond. Ha a kezdés előtt 24 órával mondod le, az alkalmad tovább gördül a következő alkalomra, tehát nem veszik el a pénzed.

Amennyiben a 24 órán belül mondod le az alkalmat, akkor a fele befizetett napi díjat (3.750 Ft) tudod tovább vinni. Ha egyáltalán nem szólsz, akkor az alkalmad elveszett.

Ez a „szabály” rám is vonatkozik. Tehát, ha valamilyen oknál fogva nem érnék rá és le kell mondanom az órát, az továbbgördül. A te alkalmad soha nem veszik el, mindig tovább hozhatod a részvételed.

Az első alkalom november 4. hétfő. 4 alkalmunk lesz, helyedet akkor tudod biztosítani, ha utalásod október 31-ig megérkezik, ezt követően, ha esetleg mégsem tudsz jönni, és a fent meghatározott időben jelzed nekem, az alkalmad továbbgördül.
