Di karma e di sue manifestazioni...

Sul luogo di lavoro io indosso raramente un completo, spesso ho jeans ed anfibi e saluto sempre per primo, sorridendo, ovvero non ''me la tiro per niente''.

Negli strani giorni in cui viviamo, questa mancanza di sicumera è interpretata come debolezza e/o come dimostrazione che io conti poco o nulla, che faccia un lavoro gerarchicamente basso, che sia uno dei tanti (degnissimi) nelle fasce basse dell'organigramma.

A causa di questo un collega (giovanotto e molto carrierista) addirittura tende a non rispondere al mio saluto, nonostante si sia stati presentati da amici comuni, al di fuori dell'azienda, e quindi lui (va detto: sempre imbustato in giacca-camica-cravatta) sappia benissimo chi sono.

Oggi vengo invitato ad un comitato di un'altra divisione, in qualità di quello che sono e di esperto a riguardo di un problema che, la divisione organizzatrice, non sa risolvere.

Intorno al tavolo, dopo la mia introduzione con tanto di titoloni accademici e non, viene fatto il dovuto giro di presentazioni: ingegnere questo e quello, dottore questo e quell'altro, etc...arrivati al soggetto in questione, lui ha la temerarietà di sorridere ed esordire con ''Ci conosciamo già, io e lei''...ed io penso ''addirittura ''lei'', oggi''.

Non assecondo affatto la sua affermazione, ma dopo tre secondi di silenzio e faccia inespressiva rispondo: ''Non mi sembra, perché delle due l'una: o sei una persona molto maleducata che pur già conoscendomi, come tu hai appena dichiarato, non mi saluta mai e neppure risponde al mio saluto quando mi incontra, oppure no, non fai parte delle mie conoscenze''...

..lui sbianca...io lo lascio nella sua bagna per una buona decina di secondi, mentre intorno l'imbarazzo è più denso del miele di castagno (ed altrettanto dolce per me), per poi concludere guardandolo ''va beh, non sono stato chiamato a fare lezione di buone maniere; andiamo pure avanti'' e lo dico spostando immediatamente lo sguardo al suo vicino di posto, a cui amichevolmente sorrido...

...il comitato dura un'ora circa, in cui non nascondo di averlo fissato spesso, soprattutto durante il mio intervento e durante i complimenti ed i ringraziamenti ricevuti dal suo capo e dal capo del suo capo, che mi trattano da loro pari, osservandolo mentre per certo si chiedeva come si sarebbe ulteriormente consumata la mia vendetta...

...e naturalmente nulla d'altro dirò o farò, perché io sono davvero una brava persona. Quasi sempre, se non altro.
