Going over the other dread tower bros, Kyle and Evel

Anways while I think that bros are so silly and the entirety of the dread tower is like, so silly, I actually don’t have that many head cannons for them. It’s ok tho, I’m hoping the ones I have are good enough 👍

Kyle:

Bro is a furry. Like cmon why wouldn’t he be

Aslo he Gossips a lot. He as a mysterious online friend that also tells him a lot of the dirt In the place they are staying over at and he tells them the sort of dread tower back (I’ll reveal said mysterious friend IF you guess who they are and ask about them. But until then… it for me to know and for you to find out 😏 )

Also he had been living alone with no place to go until he stumbled into dread tower one day (I know it’s in the middle of nowhere but HEAR ME OUT-) and Hyde saw him and was like “oh you poor thing” and then he was like “you wanna stay here free of charge, I have like 30 empty guest rooms” and Kyle was like “lmao sure”. He doesn’t show it to Hyde but Kyle is extremely great full lmao.

Also that’s one of the reasons why Kyle admirers Hyde so greatly and he was willing to go along with the entire battle cruise scheme as well as being the introductory act of dread tower. He just wants to make Hyde proud

(Hyde IS proud. But don’t tell Kyle I said that.)

Evel:

Constantly has to be reminded by Hyde to go to sleep but rarely ever listen

Aslo has become the perfect outlet to yell at when someone is talking sh*t about someone else. Mostly because he won’t tell a soul since he isn’t even listening.

Evel is a simple guy. He would also experiment on people if Hyde didn’t stop him from doing so (“They’re our guests, Evel! NOT ur lab rats!”)

Apart from that really gets along with Hyde. He thinks Kyle is a bit anoying, but he’s ok. He thinks count night fell is a bit extra, but he’s also ok. Isn’t sure what to feel about Phi though.

Kyle

✨6/10✨. In this case, this is actually good for him. At first I wasted exactly sure what to think of him, and then I found him kind of… bad per se. I thought he was kind of dramatic (in a bad way) and that he was kind of ugly (I sorry but they gave Kyle some of the worst camera angles known to mankind 😓). But the when I rewatched turbo again (and again) I didn’t think he was that bad. He was just, silly and weird, just like everyone else at dread tower. I like stuff about him, like for example, his mask. The only major complain I have about him though is that his outfit is In some serious need of a redesign but hey, he still cool in my book 👍

Evel

✨5/10✨. Im not really sure how to feel about him. On one hand I always love to see a good Beyblade scientist/smart person (see: Gwyn),I think his soulless eyes are one of the most ingenious character design sh*t that the show has ever pulled and I genuinely love seeing his interactions with Hyde, but on the other hand… he’s kinda boring. Plain. Just used as another character to build others storylines on top of. Literally the only thing that bro did to advance the plot was give Aiger the invitation to Dread tower. Then he was used by other characters to advance the plot, which is kinda sad. Also bro only got two battles…which don’t you know how sad that is..?(EVeN PHELIX HAS MoRE THAN THAT) (/srs but hey I still love u Phelix 🥰). The point is, we just need a more plot revelant, more screen time Evel with a dash of personality on the side. Maybe then he will be better imo.

okay so uhh, I don’t have that many head cannons for both of them, but if it looks like I do, it’s just because I type a lot to get my point across. Sorry. But enough said:

headcannon time!!:

Fubuki:

Okay for first of bro’s family and in turn bro is broke has heck. The way that his room looked in that one scene of turbo reminded me of how a room of someone that was broke. I’m sorry but it’s true. Fubuki is poor. He looks like he is poor. And knowing Fubuki, he isn’t looking poor just because of the aesthetic

Fubuki and Suoh have been put together to do countless group projects since half the time they had the same classes.

Due to visiting Suoh and as such, Suoh’s house so much, Fubuki has secretly grown to love the smell of flowers

After Turbo, Fubuki returned to Japan briefly to finish the school year there before fully going to America. He always comes to visit the beyclub from time to time though (everyone’s like “OMG. FUBUKI’S HERE!!” When he comes to visit. Some people are crazy enough to bring party popers or roll out the red carpet or something.)

Fubuki, ironically enough, does not like bananas.

He likes teaching younger kids that are in the raging bulls all the tricks he had learned (beyblade related or not). He just finds it fun.

He may be the designated shu kurenai of his season, but his report card says otherwise (instead of it being above average… itd average. As Suoh says “he’s the hard worker and I’m the genius”, or some sh*t like that)

Fubuki and Suoh OBVIOUSLY made up after the events of turbo. Bc c’mon. Why not.

Arman:

My man likes to garden. Or literal anything that has to do with plants. I guess my man just likes plants period.

In a way he’s much like Shu but like a more responsible, less impulsive version of him. By that I mean basically is that he will be the most responsible person in the room if he HAS to be, because I aslo feel that that’s something that Shu would do (except that Arman would do this without pulling a stupid and getting himself caught up in his own snakepit mess)

He probably likes classical music, but Japanese classical music specifically (listen to it guys. It WILL blow your socks off)

He’s that one nice yet overprotective brother, not just to Taka, but to EVERYONE (okay except Arthur due to obvious reasons)

(Due to the fact that in the manga Gwyn kind of broke his bey) I feel like Arman was suspicious of Gwyn when he saw him initially (like In a “what’s this guy doing here” *pause* “this guy that’s…up to NO GOOD-“ kinda way)

He likes gold accessories. Not because of the way he acts, but because of a thing that happened in a dream I had about him…hee hee… 🤭

Everyone keeps telling him that he looks like gon from hunter x hunter and he is so done. (Don’t tell him that unless you want the biggest bombastic side eye of your life)

If you do get on his good side though he’ll be the most loyal piece of sh*t you have seen in your entire time though. This is my pro tip for you, whatever you plan to do with that.

If you do betray him though, after the initial betrayal, he’ll hate you forever. There is two sides of this Arman , so be careful not to betray him.

(but even though Gwyn kinda did betray him (& the rest of the victories) they have made up and now they’re cool, so forgiveness IS possible)

Fubuki:

✨8.5/10✨. He was a great charather, great guy. The writers did him great justice…although much like other turbo characters, he was only revelant for the only first half of the season. I liked him a normal amount. He was there, he’s chill and cool with the kids, what else could you ask for??? Like- seriously??? His character and personality was nailed perfectly too, and the fact that he didn’t instantly become buddy buddy with Aiger is perfect. Kudos to the writers and the handling of this charather. Only reasons not a 9/10 or a 10/10 is bc 1) he’s not my fav character like ever ever and 2) I just like Arman better lol

Arman:

Solid ✨9/10✨. At first I found it funny that we didn’t have a Kiyama for Dante and instead this guy, but when his own unique personality set in that wasn’t just another copy paste Kiyama or copy paste Shu Kurenai, I was so impressed. I don’t think that Dante could have worked as a character if he had a Kiyama, so I’m glad that Arman filled in that void instead. He was so cool too. The fact that he kept it together most of the time but sometimes had moments were a more silly side of him poked out worked PERFECTLY. And DONT get me STARTED about how he pulls out those goofy looking glasses and begins analyzing stuff. I just like that sh*t. Only reason that he isn’t a full on 10/10 is bc I like other characters above him. Sorry Arman 😓.

solid ✨9.9999999999999999999/10✨ Is a lil b*cht that holds no regards to the safety of others and manipulates people (Phi really be like “gaslight, gatekeep, girlboss!” Huh) but honestly, that’s the charm. I might be biased because he is one of my 5 baby girls and the only one from beyblade for that matter, But… he’s a genuenly good character ngl. Good job for the story writers for writing him well.

Hyde

✨10/10✨ straight up one of the best characters in the series. He is my third favorite so I’m way way WAY more biased with Hyde that how I am with Phi lmao. He deserves all of the nice things in the world. It just cause, at first, you think he’s also a jerk like his brother, but he just acts out and acts that way because Phi… didn’t really care for him. It becomes more obvious as the season goes on. It just makes you sad and it makes you want to hug Hyde. Also. I like the color purple. I’m biased. Enough said

While I don’t actually have any head cannons for Quon, I DO have one (1) for Laban, and it’s this:

You know how in the championship match at the end of the season (also I think in the Aiger v. Phi match) you could see Laban litteraly watching the game in his tablet, probably with good signal from the comfort of the ENTIRE SAVANA, despite there being one of the LAST PLACES you would find with a GOOD INTERNET CONNECTION?! Yeah that’s because Laban hacked into a nearby Zoo or nature reserve to get good wi-fi. He may be living in the jungle but he’s not stupid.

Time for my personal rating:

Quon:

I would say a solid ✨8/10.✨.He didn’t do anything particularly bad or had poor writing, and honestly the scene were he criticized Valt’s team after he lost against them due to the lack of poor strong bonds and relationships in the team was so real, but Quon is just kind off, there?? I will give it to him, his reverlance was better than charathers like Akira or Jin (at least in the first season) and Quon’s friendship with Xander was pretty cute, but it will take a lot more Quon to make me truly like him.

Laban:

He is very silly, I’ll give him that. So I think that a good ol’ ✨9.5/10✨ does him enough justice. I loved him. He had some great scenes like when he raced with Aiger all throughout the town(? City? Whatever.) Or you know, when he fished those ginormous fish from the water and he was like “lmaoooo these are the smaller ones 😃😃😃😃”. I found it super cool that he was the first one to find out about the obvious fact about Phi is no good (looked at his soul and past the ✨pretty boy✨ facade.). There really isn’t any problem with Laban and I think the issue isn’t him, but the fact that there are characters I just like better. He is silly, but there are people I consider more silly than him. He’s good. But he’s not the best. Enough said.

Just out of the way real quick, I have a headcannon that stands for most if not all animal companions and like 2 or 3 human characters

They are all seeing. That means that they can see everything that could ever happen. They can see the past, the present and the future. They can also see your deepest darkest secrets.

Other than that, I only have one head cannon for Carl and a few for Harry, so let’s go over them.

Carl

Later in the season, Cuza managed to teach Carl how to sound like anyone (yes, anyone) while talking. That way, Cuza could pull up some nasty pranks (e.x: get into someone’s room by having Carl pretent he’s Kris.) Carl usually goes along with it.

Harry

His favorite food are raisins lol.

Lain found Harry on the streets one day, and out of empathy for the poor hedgehog, decided to take him in (This ties into another Lain head cannon but hey… This isn’t about Lain it’s about Harry)

Harry sometimes crawls out of the fluff in Lain’s Jacket only to fall asleep on the boy’s hand

Carl

Solid ✨9/10✨. I like him. He was funny. He was a good comedy relief character and just showed us that not all comedy relied charathers needed to be human. Also, he had some golden scenes, especially the ones he had in the episode where they set off to look for red eye ( I really love that episode). The only reason he isn’t a 10/10 is because It’s been a while since I watched Evolution and I can’t remember him that well. But maybe when I rewatched Evolution, He will become that perfect 10/10

Harry

✨9.5/10✨. Cmon you guys he is so adorable how could you not like him. I know he hissed at people a lot but that just adds to his character!!! It just makes him perfect!! And the scenes when he and Lain are alone.. oh my god it just warms my heart ❤️❤️❤️. The only complain I have is that we should get more Harry. He was cute, but we didn’t get enough of him to satisfy my needs. Also, we got a bit of Lain backstory, but why no Harry backstory 😭😭😭? It kinda hurts me inside 😔. But it’s ok, the Harry that we get is amazing and heartwarming, even if it’s just a little

I never thought anything of Suoh until I was in my third re-watch of the season ( Of is a personal rule I have with myself to rewatch all the beyblade seasons at least once a year) That is when he really shined through. He has impeccable fashion sense, first of all. Also his voice, it’s very pretty. It tells you like “yes you can be calm, but don’t get too comfortable cause I can and WILL kill you 🥰” without actually saying that. Although he becomes like way less revelant as his time in the season goes on (much like his friend Fubuki and Hae-Jin ) he feels like he was the one that was least affected by this change in screen time, because the moments he is there he is extremely revelant (like the fight he had with Aiger after the world macth where Aiger was corrupted?? *chefs kiss😘* that was perfect!!). One thing I would like to be fixed though is that I want a lil explanation to his “evil” side that suddenly awakens when he gets Salamander. That would be fun!

Wakiya talks trash about people. A lot. The main person he talks trash about with is Diago because he is quiet and a good listener and Wakiya for sure knows that Daigo won’t tell anyone.:

The main reason why Wakiya made the sudden switch from being a blader to being part of the WBBA was because in reality he just wanted more power lmao. Considering that in the 6th season, Valt was asking Wakiya to organize this, to fix that, to kickstart that event, this is probably true

The first time Wakiya met Bel, he saw his younger self in him, but then he was like “Wait a second… I WASN’T THAT EMO!” And he never saw himself in Bel like ever again.

Wakiya says that he hates the nickname goldylocks, but he secretly likes it.

Heat me out. Please. I personally think that Wakiya was peak Wakiya during the first two seasons. He was an annoying little b*cht but in an adoring kind of way. He had all the attributes of a spoiled brat that were either good or kind of funny on display at all times. He even had some heartfelt scenes, like when he went out and rescued Toko and Nika while simultaneously facing his worst fear. But 5th season and 6th season(not counting 7th season because there still may be hope)… he just faded into obscurity. He was just another background character. I think it was worse during the fifth season though, so there’s one thing that QuadDrive did kind of right(/j I genuinely loved some of the characters fro quaddrive ok 🥺). Anyways in summary bring back anoying Wakiya back and get rid off “I’m only here to do favors for Valt” Wakiya.

Any headcanons for Pri Forsythe (The Lesbian Ever)?

okay bet.

I’m just going to start by saying that Pri was absolutely great and she is 100% gaslight gatekeep girlboss material. So much, that each time she was in a match, I would be like “I hope she gaslights gatekeeps girlbosses the other person OUT Of ThERE-“

yahhh Pri is really cool.

Anyways…!Time for the (rather few) Pri head cannons:

She likes mint chocolate chip ice cream. Bel doesn’t. They argue over this.

If you’re being super SUPER annoying she will actually ignore you by putting her headphones on at full blast. That’s how you know if you’re annoying to her or not. Sorry not sorry 🤷‍♂️

I still feel that even though she blasts music to block you out, most of the time, her headphones are at relatively low volume because my girl here doesn’t want to go deaf at 25.

Pri probably liked shiny stuff. Not just like jewels or whatever but genuinely any shiny fabric like ever. It’s just captivating to her.

The reason that she didn’t dance that much during her time is because she wasn’t that confident in her dancing abilities. (I needed to find an explanation for this, and this one was kinda reasonable so I just went with it. A.K.A this is subject to change)

after the events of season 7, it took Pri a while to rebuild trust with her brother, but they did so eventually, and now they are chill with each other again.

One time someone mistook her and Phi’s name by accident and even though she didn’t know who Phi was (or at least knew who he was but she had forgotten he existed), she was ready to drop everything and throw hands

Pri has a stupidly high chance of either being a magical girl or liking magical girls and there is no in between.

last but not least, she obviously likes baggy clothes, but unlike your average middle school boy, she can make it look good.

(Pri) Rating time!!

easy ✨9.5/10✨. The series decided to end with one of the best protagonists of any season EVER and I’m so glad for that. I really liked Pri. She didn’t feel like a copy paste protagonist. The writers really did her justice, especially by adding depth to their characters. I especially liked how they made her have a just a teensy tiny existential crisis over her own identity, which literally no other bey burst protagonist had (closest that came to that was probably Aiger, and cmon, Aiger was protagonist like 3 seasons ago before Pri showed up). All I wish for Pri was for her to have another season and for her to battle either Bel or Pax in the seventh season finale, but alas, we don’t always get what we want. She made season seven really fun, and I’m so glad that girlie here was the best case of gaslight gatekeep girlboss there ever was.

Idk why I didn't ask before but count nightfell headcanons- anime really didn't even touch upon the potential of him and zac being brothers, his double life, it's crazy

If you may, hcs about the rest of dead gran as well as phi and hyde were done. Which is like, evel, count night, kyle and even the goofy announcer, damon. You may split the post or something but just asking if you have something to say about them since they seemed low on your tierlist in knowledge.

Okay!! I’ll do Count Nightfell on this post. Then tomorrow, I’ll write about Evel and Kyle. I won’t make a post about Damon because I don’t have anything to say except that I don’t really like him and he was just super annoying (lmao Another was better!!) (Damon was like a ✨2/10✨. The only rewarding parts about him being like, his silly little devil horns and the fact that he works for Hyde.) (There, I ranked him.)

Plus I actually do have a few Count nightfell head cannons. Although most of them revolve around his relationship with Zac lmao. I find it crazy that the show didn’t touch on that part of Count Nightfell’s life, especially considering that that could have been a perfect way to introduce or even mention Zac (who was the only member of the supreme four to NOT make it to season 2 OR 3). Maybe I’m just salty cause I need more Zac lmao.

Count Nightfell headcannons!!

He is actually very overprotective over his younger brother. (Like cmon why wouldn’t he Count Nightfell may steal beys but he’s not a b*cht)

Count Nightfell (along with Zac) is British

After the season ended, Hyde granted him residency to stay in dread tower and since then, he just comes and goes as he pleases

Count Nightfell now probably keeps his collection of stolen beys inside drear tower.

He tries his hardest to make it to most if not all the concerts that Zac has.

Also If you hadn’t guessed at this point , he as a generally good relationship with Zac (A.K.A it’s just me tired of the common “siblings hate each other trope and adding yet ANOTHER healthy pair of siblings in the bey burst cinematic universe)

I’m not undermining him over other similar characters (guys I am totally not talking about Zac) and I find him incredibly silly and interesting and a good comic relief character (I mean, do you remember the scene where he tried to impersonate Ranjiro to steal Aiger’s bey and got it so right down to the bone except for mistaking Ranjiro’s favorite food with his own favorite food? Yeah that was hecking halerious.) It’s just that he has the same issue as Harry, just to a greater extent. NOT. eNOUGH. SCREENTIME. He is a good character. A great character even, but he’s not going to work that well if you only give him like 5 minutes segments across 3 episodes to really shine! Heck, even Phelix might have more screen time than he does! PHELIX. THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT ThAT FORGET ABOUT PHELIX( it’s ok I still love u Phelix.) But knowing that makes Count Nightfell seem so unimportant and small 😞😞. I think he would have worked better as a charather ( and probably have captivated my interest better) if you just gave him time to shine 👍

headcanon about free? :)

I am actually so sorry, but although Free is a very popular character, I actually don’t have any head cannons for Free. It’s probably because I never got that attached to evolution anyways (some people call it the greatest season… I say that it kinda one of my least favorite seasons actually, probably second only to surge)
