.... and then I go to indie lisboa to say that my fave movies are perfect blue, juubee ninpuuchou, madoka magica's movie (rebellion), pokemon 2 (the one with lugia i don remember the legit name and it also changes depending on the country ), angel's egg, paranoia agent and revolutionary girl utena (the ova and the anime tbh should both be considered movies) ARE MY FAVE MOVIES BUAHAHAHHA

as a part of that whole classics only thing this year I'm also trying to watch more anime as well, moreso movies than series but yh...

so I watched ninja scroll today n it was really good, i really didn't have any expectations besides always seeing it on a bunch of aesthetic accounts (you've probably seen em with the tattoo snakes moving or two dudes fighting in a fire), but it was really good!!!

idk if I was just underestimating the quality it would have coming out from 1993 but everything was great, interesting and unique enemies, great character dynamics, brilliant art direction and fight sequences, I was really pleasantly surprised

also the mc was just so great, loved him n all he was about

anyways yh if you haven't seen it I highly recommend it, really good stuff
