Ok bare with me!
1. Amity Parkers in Gotham...
2. They somehow knock out the Joker
3. They hijack the Batmobile
(2 and 3 take part in different parts of the city but they eventually meet up)
4. They joyride around Gotham in the Batmobile with the Joker tied up and attached the the Batmobile via a long piece of rope.
