SSC JHT Recruitment 2023 – 307 Vacancies

Staff Selection Commission will hold an Open Competitive Computer Based Examination for direct recruitment to the posts of Group-B, Non-Gazetted posts of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translation Officer, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator and Senior Translator for various Ministries/Departments/Organizations of the Government of India. Eligible candidates can apply before 12-09-2023 (23:00 hours).

Senior Hindi Translator/ Senior Translator Level-7 (Rs.44900- 142400) 10Master‟s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or Master‟s degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or Master‟s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or Master‟s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or Master‟s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level and Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or three years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government Office, including Government of India Undertaking.

Age Limit and Age Relaxation:-

18 to 30 years as on 01.08.2023, i.e., candidates born not before 02.08.1993 and not later than 01.08.2005 are eligible to apply.

How to Apply: SSC JHT Recruitment 2023

Applications must be submitted only in online mode at the official website of SSC. Before submission of the online application, candidates must check through the Preview/Print option that they have filled correct details in each field of the application form.

Application Fee and Mode of Payment:-

Candidates have to pay Rs.100 through online payment modes, namely BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or by using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, or RuPay Credit or Debit card. No Application fee for women candidates, SC, ST, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex-Servicemen.

To become a Scientist - C, you must have an appropriate Master's degree (M.Sc., M.Tech.) from an approved university or institution, with at least a first class (60% marks) in your qualifying degree or its equivalent. Additionally, it must have at least seven years of relevant experience.

Candidates must have a B.Sc. in computer science, a BCA, or a three-year diploma in computer engineering, computer technology, or information technology with a minimum of 60% marks, or the equivalent qualifications, to be considered for the position of Scientific Assistant A. Candidates must have a Master's degree in Hindi with English as a required or elective subject, as the medium of examination at the degree level, or vice versa to be eligible for the position of Junior Hindi Translator.
