Second Sapphic Sunday: Julia/Mao

Anyone realize how the most popular wlw ships have a color theme of pink/orange???? JUST LIKE THE LESBIAN FLAG? iconic.

I have seen one (1) screenshot of the two together. I knew i wanted to draw Mao. (Also i drew her first and she looked so nice I wasn't gonna scrap it and do another Julia/Mathilda)

Initially it was Mao/Emily but it did. not. fit. (my hc for emily in this ship would not work for the pose) No matter how many times i sketched out the hair it looked like garbage. For some reason the Settei sheet for GREv does not have a side view of her hair and my brain nearly short circuited trying to figure it out. Then she didn't look right without glasses. (which then threw Ayaka out completely as well.) And then Mathilda, obviously, wouldn't work. So we are at Julia/Mao.

Probably going to do Mao/Mathilda or Emily/Julia next. And then finish the year off with Mao/Ayaka. (i could be completely unhinged and do Queen/Julia or Mariam/Salima. we shall see)
