Why is the Passiveness Of Stainless Steel Necessary?December 14, 2022
Stainless antibacterial material It is well known that stainless steel is the industry choice for its corrosion resistance and low-temperature performance. In addition to its excellent corrosion resistance, the Passiveness of stainless steel is considered one of the world’s most hygienic industrial materials. Joseph blake smith shares the same ingredients that cause these two excellent properties of ubiquitous metals.
Passive layer.
The passivation layer is a thin layer of chromium oxide that forms on the surface layer of stainless steel with chromium—even content greater than 11% due to the reaction of chromium with ambient oxygen.
In contrast to rust and iron oxide, the inert layer is inert.
This “passive” property makes it reluctant to react with other chemical elements. Making it both hygienic and anti-corrosion. With the recent coronavirus epidemic. The fear of germs is more significant than ever. Stainless steel has long been helpful in medical settings. But using products that can be quickly disinfected has become critical to combat outbreaks. It must have suitable mechanical and physical properties to be non-reactive with disinfectants.
Stainless steel is an easy-to-clean material and often requires warm, soapy water for general cleaning. However, more rigorous cleaning may be necessary for environments. Such as medical care. Even many commercial cleaners and polishers best use soap and water. BS Stainless understands that with the rapid spread of viruses such as coronavirus. There is a growing demand for stainless steel materials that are effective against most bacteria.
We can provide materials with improved microbial properties. Even our Passiveness of stainless steel is antibacterial resistant and prevents fingerprints on brushed stainless steel with silver coating. However, That makes stainless steel easier to clean, more durable, and more hygienic.
Why is Waterproof helpful material?
The material is waterproof to cleaning agents and stain-resistant. And making it ideal for use in medical settings, kitchens, and gyms. Or an environment with a risk of contamination or the spread of infection. As the desire to eradicate germs grows with outbreaks. Such as the coronavirus, anxiety rises, and so does the need for clean surfaces.
What is the Passiveness of stainless steel?
Passivation is a widely used metal finishing process to prevent corrosion. However, the stainless steel passivation process uses nitric acid or citric acid to remove free iron from the surface. Chemical treatments especially provide a protective oxide layer or passivation film that is less likely to react with air and cause corrosion chemically. Even Passivated stainless steel is rust-resistant.
Passivation prevents rust in stainless steel.
Passivated stainless steel resists rust.
What does passivated stainless steel mean?
For manufacturers, the industry standards ASTM A967 and AMS 2700 represent the most widely used standards for passivating stainless steel. That’s why according to ASTM A967, the definition of passivation is:
“the chemical treatment of stainless steel with a mild oxidant, such as a nitric acid solution, for the removal of free iron or other foreign matter.”
Further, ASTM A380 states that passivation is:
Because it removes exogenous iron or iron compounds from the surface of stainless steel utilizing a chemical dissolution, most typically a treatment with an acid solution will remove the surface contamination. But will not significantly affect the stainless steel itself. That’s why Joseph blake smith discusses To enhance the spontaneous formation of the passive protective film.”
Type of Passiveness of stainless steel
Today, the industry standard for surface passivation offers three types of passivation. Each class is based on the chemical used for passivation. There are three types of passivation:
nitric acid
Nitric acid containing sodium dichromate
citric acid.
However, the choice of chemistry used for passivation often depends on the customer’s requirements. Each type of passivation has its advantages and disadvantages. See the article “Nitric acid and citric acid passivation” for more information. Why Passivate Stainless Steel?
Because Passivation is a post-manufacturing best practice for newly machined stainless steel parts and components. Benefits include:
Chemical Film Barrier Against Rust
Extended product life
Removal of impurities on the product surface
Reduces the need for maintenance.
How does passivation work?
Stainless steel is an iron-based alloy usually composed of iron, nickel, and chromium. Stainless steel gets its corrosion resistance from its chromium content. When chromium is exposed to oxygen (air), it forms a thin chromium oxide film that covers the surface of stainless steel and protects the underlying iron from rusting. The purpose of passivation is to enhance and optimize the formation of the chromium oxide layer.

Why is Religious Freedom Vital for the Peace of the Nation?
December 15, 2022
You also have the right to act according to your thoughts and beliefs. That is called religious freedom. Because that may include the right to wear religious clothing, speak of one’s faith, or attend religious services. No public authority can prohibit you from practicing your religion without good reason. Why is Religious Freedom Vital for the Peace of the Nation?
Importantly, this right protects various non-religious beliefs, including atheism, agnosticism, veganism, and pacifism. According to Joseph Blake smith little rock, Premises protects under this clause must be severe. Relate to essential aspects of human life or behavior, be held in good faith, and be respected in a democratic society. Are there any restrictions on this?
Why is Religious Freedom Vital for the Peace of the Nation? Justifications are mentioned in this article.
Public authorities cannot interfere with your right to express or change your beliefs. Still, there are some circumstances in which public authorities can interfere with your request to speak or express your thoughts, ideas, and religion. It is only permit if the leaders demonstrate that the action is lawful, necessary, and appropriate to protect.
Public security, health, morals, and
rights and freedoms of others.
A measure is “proportional” if it is not more than necessary to address the problem.
Use Of This Right – Examples
Whenever the European Court of Human Rights has ruled that a person cannot be force to hold opinions or actions about a particular religion. That means, for example, that authorities should pay attention to procedures involving oaths. Requiring a commitment to a religious text like the Bible violates human rights law and religious freedom. That’s why another form of affirmation that has nothing to do with religion should be available.
(Examples of human rights and human life:
A guide to human rights law for public authorities. )
provision of law
This text is taken directly from human rights law.
Article 9:
Freedom of Thought, Conscience, and Religion
1. Everyone has the right to religious freedom of thought, conscience, and religion. This right includes the freedom to change one’s religion or beliefs and manifest one’s religion or beliefs alone or in a community with others, publicly or privately, in worship, doctrinal practices, and customs. Includes the freedom to
2. Freedom to express one’s religion or belief shall be subject only to those restrictions prescribed by law and necessary in a democratic society to protect public safety. Even public order, health or morality, or the community’s security. Do. Rights and freedoms of others.
However, a group of parents and teachers have tried unsuccessfully to use Article 9 to ban corporal punishment of children in schools. Lords reject the case because parental rights under Article 9 were limit by the need to protect children from the harmful effects corporal punishment (punishment involving intentional physical violence) could have.
I declined because they deny religious freedom. Because the House of Lords concluded that children’s vulnerabilities required legislation and that legislation banning corporal punishment in schools was legitimate and proportional.

Create Worksheet For 1st Grades in 6 Simple Steps. You will discover how to create worksheets for 1st grades in this article for your use or sale. Have you ever searched online for a worksheet and couldn’t find it? I used to experience that frequently!
I used to Google a subject and got tons of materials, but I would then have to spend time figuring out what needed to be changed. J. Blake Smith had to find a more straightforward solution. Have I mentioned that we need textbooks? One of the numerous factors that led me to start making resources for my classroom was this.
After studying, I discovered how to create all the tools I required for my classroom using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Create Worksheet For 1st Grades in 6 Simple Steps are described in a precise manner.
1. Select the Software For worksheets for 1st grades
I create worksheets in PowerPoint, as I have explained. I use Excel to insert graphs when necessary. Making worksheets in Microsoft Word has been a pain for me. You can place text and graphics wherever on the page using PowerPoint. Much simpler!
Perhaps you’re wondering, “Wait…PowerPoint? I’m not attempting to create a traditional slide show! I initially had the same thought. However, you may develop any material you require once you understand the ins and outs of PowerPoint.
There are different software package choices.
For visuals and classroom posters, Canva is helpful.
Adobe Acrobat enables the editing of PDF files.
You can create digital files with Google Docs and upload them to the Internet.
I will only refer to PowerPoint and Excel in this blog post since I use them both exclusively. You don’t need additional software for worksheets for 1st grades. Because most teachers already have these tools. Office 365 is available with your school email for free if you don’t already have it. Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are included in this.
2. Configure your page
When creating worksheets, you should begin by formatting your page. I’ll start by describing how to build your PowerPoint project from scratch. You can skip this step if you are familiar with PowerPoint.
You’ll need to modify the page size since you want your page to be a letter size (8.5 by 11 inches). Slide Size and Page Setup can be accessed by clicking the “Design” button. It is possible to alter the page size and orientation using the page setup box (landscape or portrait)
Your page should now appear as in the illustration below. Text boxes can be deleted by clicking them and pressing the delete key.
3. Include Name and Title.
After setting up your page, you should include a space for students to submit their names and titles. Click “Insert” and “Text Box” to add a text box.
Click and drag the mouse to resize a text box to your desired size. Then type in the text to add. For the resource’s title, add another text field. Your page should resemble the one below.
4. Fonts
You must obtain fresh fonts from an online source if you wish to create worksheets using adorable fonts (and who doesn’t?!). Online stores like Urban Fonts, Dafont, and FontSpace offer free fonts.
On Teachers Pay Teachers, you will find some of my favorite fonts worksheets for 1st grades. Some of my preferred typeface designers are:
A dessert for the instructor
Kimberly Geswein
On Teachers Pay Teachers, you may find both free and paid fonts. Make sure you purchase a business license for the typefaces to sell your resources on Teachers Pay Teachers or another website. A personal license is acceptable if you intend to utilize the resources in your classroom.
You must install a font or font collection after downloading it. You may install it on a PC by going to the “Fonts” folder in your control panel.
5. Borders and Clipart
Worksheets for 1st grades can also be made to stand out by adding borders and clipart. There are many clipart resources online, just like there are for fonts. My preferred creators of clipart on Teacher Pay Teacher are:
Clips from The 3 am Teacher by RedPepper. You can create a “clipart” folder on your desktop after downloading a set of clipart. I store every piece of clipart I own in that folder to quickly access it when creating resources. By clicking the clipart and dragging one of the corners, you can enlarge or reduce it.
J. Blake Smith suggests you wish to copyright your fantastic resource at last! This step is especially crucial if you want to sell your help. You want everyone to refrain from claiming the glory for the work you put in.

Let’s face it, college is difficult enough without tedious lectures from teachers with a monotonous voice and pitch. You spend hours in a prerequisite lesson that you had to pay for and purchase the book for; there is nothing fast or slow, no feeling, and nowhere to go. so start your course taught by a monotone professor
Where else, in what other country, am I allowed to demand that you foot the bill for Blake Smith Little Rock Arkansas own torture? It’s simply unfair, but in order to graduate, you must put up with it. The instructor could change this, but he has tenure and doesn’t care.

J. Blake Smith Little Rock Arkansas | How to Doctors React in an Emergency
How to Doctors React in an Emergency
Have you ever tried to figure out the doctor’s motivation for treating the patient in such a cold manner? If you have, you must have noticed that it frequently happens in the most doctors trying circumstances.
The goal of this article is to increase people’s broad knowledge on how to handle stressful situations. Before revealing the main points of this post. J. Blake Smith Little Rock Arkansas wants to talk about how the doctor-patient interaction needs to involve both parties’ involvement.
Hospitals are in a critical situation.
In these circumstances, medical professionals typically maintain their composure and strive not to panic. especially when discussing the patient’s situation with the patient’s family and the patient themselves. Even, The patient is eagerly anticipating expressions of compassion and support that will give them encouragement and additionally, fortitude to deal with their situation.
Case of an Open Heart Surgery Patient
In one instance, I was an intern in the field of biomedical engineering. My 5-year-old daughter must have open heart surgery. Her parents’ worried expressions shows, and all they wanted was for things to go smoothly. The girl was instructed to stay calm and obedient. The surgeon informed the parents of the seriousness of the situation during an urgent conversation.
Their daughter needed to have this procedure as soon as possible because she developed atherosclerosis. The surgeon was unable to fully establish a positive doctor-patient relationship due to a lack of time (DPR). Only a surgeon could afford to tell parents of the patient’s medical condition and the most effective course of action at the moment. So J. Blake Smith Little Rock Arkansas said, At this moment, a surgeon could only focus on rescuing the patient. Instead not about winning the parents’ compassion or about forging a bond with the patient.
Patient-Doctor Relationship
The case illustrates a weak DPR. What makes this partnership successful? Empathy and sympathy are essential components. Even, It is a common adage that “Empathy serves better than sympathy.” A patient requires compassion to undergo therapy and have enough faith in their physician. Empathy will help you accept the problems and work with the doctor to receive the best care possible.
A doctor must also satiate their patients by informing them of their medical condition and showing real concern for them. Only empathy can, in essence, accomplish this. A doctor’s primary goal should be to put himself in the patient’s position and determine how to lessen their suffering. This relationship between the doctor and the patient is mainly built on empathy and patience on both sides.
Counselling’s Impact Patient-Doctor Interaction
Terminologies that may hinder communication between a doctor and patient are frequently used when discussing a patient’s medical condition. J. Blake Smith Little Rock Arkansas says, the patient’s .......

When it comes to making the best economic decisions for your company, it is impossible to completely eliminate business risks. Decisions must be made even when we do not have all of the facts and are uncertain about the future. For example, market regulations create an uncertain environment in which risk-taking is not optional if you want to progress.
Your company may be vulnerable to a slew of potential issues that you may be unaware of for months, if not years. This is why large corporations practice risk management, employing highly paid accountants, legal experts, and other specialists in this field.
How to Solve Risk With Effective Management Skills
J. Blake Smith Arkansas Business expert advises the following are some of the areas in which business owners can concentrate their efforts to help manage the risks associated with running a business.
1. Establish priorities
The very first stage in preparing a risk management plan should always be to prioritize risks and threats. You can do so by employing a somewhat universal scale based on the likelihood of each risk occurring:
It is very likely to happen.
Some chance of occurrence
The likelihood of an occurrence is low.
There is a rare chance of this happening.
Of course, a risk in the top category should take precedence over the others, and a plan to prevent, or at the very least mitigate, these risks should be implemented. There is, however, a catch. Risk should be prioritized if it falls into a lower rung but has the potential for more financial harm.
2. Obtain Insurance
Assess your company’s liabilities and legal requirements to determine what types of insurance are required. This could include
Insurance for life
Insurance against disability.
Professional liability insurance
Insurance for completed operations
Purchasing insurance allows you to transfer your risk to insurance companies for a low cost, particularly when compared to the potential cost of uninsured risk.
4. Implement a Quality Assurance Program
If you want to run a successful business, you must have a good reputation. Customer service is essential for success. Always test your products and services to ensure the highest quality. By testing and analyzing what you’re offering, you’ll be able to make any necessary changes. Consider going a step further and evaluating your testing and analyzing methods.
5. Limit High-Risk Clients
If you’re just getting started, make it a rule that customers with bad credit must pay in advance to avoid complications later on. To do so, you must have a procedure in place to identify poor credit risks well in advance.
6. Preserve Growth
This is entirely related to employee training. If you sell products and/or services and set lofty goals for your employees, they may be tempted to take unnecessary risks, which can harm your company’s reputation. Instead, teach your employees to prioritize quality over quantity. You will avoid the risk of declining sales as a result of high-pressure sales tactics that customers dislike.
J. Blake Smith Arkansas said, On a related note, while innovation is critical to success, it is important not to innovate too quickly. If your company’s growth is dependent on the next innovation, a hiccup is unavoidable because not all new products and services will be successful.
7. Expand Your Product or Service Offerings.
Diversifying your business offerings is a good idea whether you offer products, services, or both. This not only allows you to provide more options to your customers, but it also allows you to have multiple income streams.
Expanding your products or services also aids in maintaining public interest in your company. It can also give you a competitive advantage. It can also give you an advantage over your competitors. So, if your company relies solely on one product or service, it’s time to diversify. Furthermore, always ensure that any new product or service you introduce is of high quality.
8. Determine potential hazards
Your company is sensitive to both internal and outside threats. Internal risks can range from simple fire hazards in your building to major events such as an economic downturn, supply chain disruption, or weather hazards. Internal dangers may include
Slip-and-fall dangers
Fire danger
Employee turnover is high.
A key employee is departing.
Failure of a computer
Customer data loss
Embezzlement shift harassment
External dangers may include:
New technology renders you obsolete.
Disruption in the supply chain
An economic downturn caused by computer hacking
A hurricane, blizzard, wildfire, and flood
Pandemic
Conclusion
Risk management is a type of insurance in and of itself, and it is a necessary step for long-term success. J. Blake Smith Arkansas summed up in these eight steps outlined above should get you started on developing a risk management strategy, but they are only starting points. A thorough examination of your company and industry will enable you to better shape a risk management strategy that could save the company you worked so hard to build.

How Affordable Housing Benefits Economies in 6 Ways will be interesting to know. Unfortunately, the public needs to learn about affordable housing benefits. Myths and misperceptions about affordable housing developments are based on anxiety about negative stereotypes. Like property prices and the changes they bring about to neighborhoods. Because all of these are frequent justifications for opposing a new affordable housing community. How Affordable Housing Benefits Economies in 6 Ways.
The scarcity of safe, cheap housing has a significant financial impact on American communities. Whereas Cities that fail to provide solutions for reasonable accommodation expel citizens. Joseph blake smith says that’s why they lose potential workers and stifle the expansion of their regional economy.
People with secure homes may not feel the actual cost of poverty. But its repercussions are real and can hurt our communities. Let’s look at a few of the financial affordable housing benefits and How Affordable Housing Benefits Economies in 6 Ways in detail one by one.
1. Greater financial investment in local areas
The rise in discretionary spending is the most apparent economic advantage of inexpensive housing. The largest and most significant monthly expense for most people is their rent. The possibility of spending money on anything but the bare necessities. When an income loss puts the capacity to pay rent in jeopardy hurts the local economy.
However, when inhabitants of affordable housing communities can pay their rent, they can spend more locally, going above and beyond the bare minimum to buy healthy food, have greater access to healthcare, and spend more at their neighborhood businesses.
2. Reduced evictions
One-fourth of the 108 million Americans who rent their homes or apartments or live in rental housing pay more than half of their monthly income on rent. That indicates that millions of individuals could lose their homes due to a tiny unforeseen expense. Since the US unemployment rate increased to 10% during the COVID-19 epidemic, people have been forced to make even more sacrifices to pay their rent, including those for medical, daycare, groceries, and education.
The prospect of eviction has always been present for workers making just enough money each month to cover their landlords’ rent. Now, many more people are fast turning it into reality. These impacts will probably continue for a long time and affect several generations of a family.
Families experience a cycle of instability after being evicted. Joseph blake smith experiences this hurts those communities’ social and economic prosperity. Since it prevents evictions regardless of the economy and has significant social and economic benefits, housing stability is at the core of affordable housing.
3. A more robust economy results from a healthier population.
A significant social factor of health is a person’s living situation. Housing and other elements like wealth and education substantially impact a person’s physical and mental health. Because it drastically restricts people’s options, poverty is associated with various health issues, both acute and chronic.
The quality of the affordable housing benefits stands out the most. Poorly built or maintained low-income housing can expose residents to lead paint, contaminated water, and a host of other environmental concerns that are much less likely to affect more affluent communities.
These environmental hazards cause long-term health problems in kids, families, and elders, which are extremely expensive and avoidable for the locals and their larger communities. The risks are not limited to the buildings themselves. Other essential health elements, such as wholesome diets and doctor appointments, are farther out of reach when a person’s home is pricey.
4. Enhanced government facilities
A local government can offer more services to its citizens when more residents have the financial means to pay property taxes. What exactly can they afford to fund? According to research by the National Association of Home Builders, the construction of 100 affordable rental homes.
This Housing scheme Creates 161 local employment, $2.2 million in taxes and other local government revenue, and $11.7 million in local income in the first year alone. This additional money could result from improved infrastructure, more great green space, and other aspects of healthy cities that keep their inhabitants safe and healthy.

Delicious Dinner Ideas For Christmas Eve
Cooking expert Joseph Blake Smith Ar brings these dinner ideas for Christmas eve.
Christmas is a crazy busy time, but you can entertain with aplomb and make a visual impact using these four creative time-saving Christmas ideas! Let’s start; there’s a beautiful antipasto Christmas wreath and then, for the main event, an eye-catching seafood tower of glory. For something sweet, there’s the Snowball Sponge that takes 10 minutes to put together and a cute and Christmassy way to present fruit mince pies!
Christmas Recipes Food Easy 2020 has been a challenging year for most people – never before has a year been less exciting, but time has gone quickly! It was November when someone mentioned that Christmas was coming soon, and I panicked. I mumbled, “I’m not ready…” to my friend from under a blanket. Try these four Delicious Dinner Ideas For Christmas Eve if you’re in the same boat as me and want to take it easy this Christmas.
Easy-to-eat dinner ideas for Christmas eve recipes by Joseph Blake Smith Ar
1- I needed a trip to Woolworths to search the deli, seafood, and bakery departments. All four of these recipes were picked up while shopping.
2- After that, put everything together to make it look fancy and nice. These ideas show how to serve food in a Christmasy way, with fresh herbs and red currants reminiscent of holly leaves and berries. Frozen currants look snowy.
3 – Snowball sponge cake stuffed with strawberry jam, whipped cream, and glazed. If it’s easier and you don’t need to chill your cake, you can buy ready-made icing or buttercream mix (since fridge space is crucial at Christmas). Even better, this frozen decorated sponge cake can be frozen.
4 – To freeze this cake (and others), place it in the freezer (do not wrap it) on a round cardboard cake and freeze it for 45-60 minutes. By then, the cream or frosting should feel stiff. Then wrap it in plastic wrap and put it back in the freezer. That keeps the cream (that’s the technical term ;)) from bleeding into the cling film. Remove and thaw several hours before serving, remove plastic, and place on the counter to thaw or in the refrigerator overnight.
5 – Serve minced fruit tarts in a tree pattern for a Christmas look. A little powdered sugar, basil, and red currants complete the Christmas tree. Enjoy dinner ideas for Christmas eve.

Why Is the Relationship of Teacher and student Important?
Why the relationship of teacher and student is essential and how it affects the student study. Teachers spend a median of a hundred and eighty days a year with college students. During a hundred and eighty days, instructors witness a tremendous increase in college students academically, socially, and behaviorally. The diploma of a college student's achievements and development may be decided via way of means of the extent of courting constructed among the instructor and the scholar.

THE PROCESS OF BECOMING A PROFESSOR
THE PROCESS OF BECOMING A PROFESSOR: THE ACADEMIC CAREER PROCESS
The path to learning how to become a professor may begin with advice from one of history’s most important educators: the ancient Greek thinker Socrates.
Socrates wrote, “I cannot teach anyone anything.” “All I can do is get them to think.”
For thousands of years, Plato’s instructor and the man who gave his name to the Socratic method has influenced Western philosophy and logic. Today’s professors continue this heritage as educators and mind shapers.
Postsecondary education is a renowned and important profession that has existed for centuries. Students gain knowledge from professors. They evaluate information and provide context. They assess students’ development. Let’s discuss the process of becoming a professor.
How to Become a Professor in a College
A tenure-track position requires more than a high level of academic success. The steps taken along the road, like in any highly competitive field, can make or break a career.
Getting Experience Teaching
Even as aspiring teachers make their way through high school, college, and graduate school, they must gain educational work experience. This is due to two factors.
Teaching, for starters, necessitates prior experience. However, Student educators can improve their communication skills through tutoring, interning in a classroom, or working as graduate assistants. It’s preferable to figure out what works — and what doesn’t with students early on. Professors devote a significant portion of their professional lives to research, therefore it’s also critical.
Qualifications for a Professorship
In general, to consider for a tenure-track position, a professor must meet minimal academic attainment, work experience, and professional awards. The following are common examples:
· A master’s degree in a certain field of study
· A Ph.D. in a specialty field
· Expertise in a field as evidenced by published work
· A specific amount of years spent as a teacher (varies by subject and school)
· Ability to create curriculum and program materials
· Demonstrated ability to assess and grade student work
Professors are often encouraged to participate in campus life. Therefore, Serving on committees, mentoring young students, participating in faculty senate activities, and assisting in the recruitment of new students are all examples of this.
For tenured posts, various departments at different schools have different standards. However, A professor up for tenure is normally judged on his or her ability to teach, conduct research, and serve the academic institution.
What Are the Different Professorial Types?
In the 2017-18 school year, 1.5 million faculty members worked at post-secondary institutions in the United States, according to data from the National Center for Education Statistics. However, Of those, 53 percent worked full-time and the remaining 47 percent worked part-time.
Full-time vs. part-time
Each institution’s definition of a part-time professor varies; it generally refers to an educator who is not employed full-time by the school. A part-time professor will typically work full-time in a subject related to their academic specialty while teaching one or two classes per semester.
A full-time professor, on the other hand, teaches a specific number of classes each semester (usually four or five) and, in many circumstances, does research for the university. For a professor, there are several levels of full-time work, each with its own set of responsibilities and expectations.
A full-time professor is an expert in a particular field of study. A full-time instructor is frequently required.
So, above is the process of becoming a professor.

Decorate home for the holidays
Make leaf art with your kids or use fall leaves to decorate your home for the holidays.
There are so many different types of leaves and colors to choose from that you can create unlimited combinations!
· For longer-lasting painted leaves, look for some dry leaves on the ground. Look for a variety of huge leaves so that you have more room to paint on them. Also, look for newly fallen leaves on the ground around tree bases.
To flatten dry leaves before painting them, place them overnight under a hefty book or other heavy flat objects.
· Pick some fresh leaves if you can’t find any on the ground. Remember that after a few days, young leaves will begin to wilt and dry. Keep an eye out for large leaves, such as maple leaves.
If you wish to harvest leaves from someone else’s land, ask permission first to decorate your home for the holidays
· Place the leaves face-up on a level work surface on some newspaper. To protect your work surface, lay down old newspapers or other junk material. Choose a handful of the leaves to begin painting and lay them in front of you on the protected surface.
Make sure there is enough space between the leaves and the newspaper edges to avoid getting paint outside of the protected area.
· Paint the leaves with acrylic paint to create solid-color motifs. On a paper plate, squeeze out little amounts of the acrylic paint colors you want to use. Paint any designs you want on the leaves with a little paintbrush.
Experiment with different color combinations to decorate your home for the holidays
· If you want to doodle rather than paint with a brush, use chalk crayons. Regular chalk crayons or liquid chalk markers are both good options. Make any patterns or designs you think would look good on the leaves.
To make elaborate designs on your leaves, draw repeated patterns.
· If you just want to utilize one color, spray paint the leaves. Place your leaves on a newspaper outside or in a well-ventilated place to dry. Hold the spray paint can 6 inches (15 cm) away from the leaf you wish to paint and press the cap down to spray the paint on.
To make unique decorations, spray paint tiny branches with the leaves still attached. Use gold or silver spray paint and let dry.
· Gather a variety of fresh leaves in all shapes and sizes. Fresh leaves are better for prints than dry leaves because they don’t shatter as easily when pressed. Make sure it’s legal to harvest leaves from the trees or plants you come across.
Large leaves, such as maple leaves, are ideal for making prints to decorate the home for the holidays
· If you’re not sure what a plant is and want to collect leaves from it, use your phone to check photographs of it to identify it and make sure it’s safe to touch.
Prepare your leaves and paints by laying newspapers on a flat work surface. On a paper plate, squeeze out a variety of acrylic paint hues. However, place the leaves on the table with the backs facing up. Leave space between the edges of the newspapers and the leaves to avoid getting paint on the sections of your work surface that aren’t protected.

ETL Program For Educators | Joseph Blake Smith
Joseph Blake Smith. The ETL Program for Educators arose from our observations of learners with learning disabilities, dyslexia, ADHD, anxiety, and depression on a daily basis as current and former teachers. We now understand the greater challenges that educators face when assisting these same learners in a remote learning environment.
