The shop my ex CLAIMS he wanted to buy LOL #texas [He has back taxes on two properties (in the court public record!) and owes me 15K there is no way in hell he could afford this!] The story as dipsh*t tells it is he drove down to the woman's house and she called his show "dated" and how she wasn't interested in doing business with him. THANK GOD she was a smart woman! He told me he was going to set it up as a recording studio for people to rent out cubes to record in. He's such an idiot the sound proofing alone he didn't even have money for! He's over 30K in debt!! How did he ever expect to buy this???? Johnny Balfour Arlington TX
