Kang Ok from Vigilante is my favorite character (aside from Jiyong of course) cause he’s just so baby girl. He’s obsessed with Jiyong (relatable) and absolutly unhinged and unwavering in his support. I kind of though when he first was introduced there would be conflict between his ways if justice and Jiyong’s, but no he’s like ‘oh I’m doing it wrong? Well, you’re the boss babe’ and just completely does whatever Jiyong tells him. I also thought there would be conflict when Jiyong started to work with Jo Heon (beacause Kang Ok clearly does not like him) but nope, instead he was like ‘oh we trust him now? Well I know I said I’d kill him for you but since you said he’s good now I’ll do whatever you say!’ And I just love that energy. Unhinged and hopelessly devoted is my favorite kind of character

The Dragon’s Lover: Chapter 1
Tumblr media
Mirae’s POV
I get dressed in my favorite short, black dress and knee high boots. I was fixing my black hair when I hear a knock on the door. I open it and my grey eyes meet with those of my bodyguard Jiyong, he has been your bodyguard since you were born and before that he was your mother’s bodyguard. Not only is he like a father to you, he’s your father’s best friend and second in command. I give him a small smile as I put on my hoop earrings. “Ready to go?” He asks. “Almost Uncle Jiyong, just one more thing.” I pick up the beige fur coat I had put out earlier and put it on, I pick up my matte black pistol, and place it in the inner pocket of my coat. I hear Jiyong chuckle. “You know just in case.” I follow Jiyong down the stairs of your family mansion, which was way too big considering only my father and I live here. I make my way to the Cadillac parked in the round driveway, and wait until Jiyong opens the door to the backseat for me. Once I’m in, Jiyong enters on the opposite side of the car, and takes a seat next to you. “Let’s go.” He tells the chauffeur.
I’m not sure where we’re headed, my father had called earlier to let me know that there was a meeting later on and to make sure I looked good. This sounds ridiculous, but it was a very successful technique. My father made the offers to clients and I was there to seduce them into accepting it. This isn’t the only thing I do though, I’m basically running the mob myself. When my mother died, my father had lost it. Even though I was only 18 at the time, I basically took over. It helped me numb the pain and ignore reality. Of course Jiyong could have taken over, but usually second in command only take over when the boss dies and since he wasn’t dead it would be seen as an attempt to overthrow the boss. I made the Blood Dragons as successful as it is, and my father still didn’t see me as anything more than a pawn. The family business should be passed down to the next generation of Kwons, but since I’m an only child and a girl, father would never let that slide. Even though I never had a good relationship with my father, I know I can eventually change his mind by showcasing my skills. Before I know it we’re already there, a dark abandoned warehouse.
Yongguk’s POV:
I arrive at the warehouse, and head towards the room surrounded by 10 guards. As I’m about to enter I’m stopped by one of the guards posted in front of the door. My 5 guards tense up behind me ready to fight, but I put my hand up to signal that it’s ok. “I have a meeting with Mr. Kwon, what’s the hold up?” I ask the guard. “No weapons.” He replies, his face expressionless. “How does he know this isn’t a setup? There’s no way he’s going in without any protection.” Himchan exclaims, he was my second in command and head of security. “It’s fine. It’s just a meeting anyways, there’s no need for any violence.” I disarm handing all my weapons to the guards. My bodyguards and I are about to walk in when the expressionless guard chimes in again. “Only one of them can go in with you.” “What the fuck are all these rules?” Himchan says, becoming more frustrated. “Himchan quiet and follow me. The rest of you wait out here.” I say with a stern voice. Himchan disarms and follows you in. I see an older man sitting on one side of a rectangular table, with 4 guard standing behind him. “Mr. Bang! Welcome!” He shouts as I enter. “Nice to finally meet you Mr. Kwon.” I say as I shake his hand. I was surprised when I got his phone call a week ago. He was the head of the most notorious mob in South Korea, the Blood Dragons, there was no one to rival them for years until my gang became successful about 2 years ago, when I became the boss of the Red Snakes. I was sure the rivalry would come to a bloody end until I got the phone call saying he had an offer. “I’m interested to see what this meeting is about.” I say as I take a seat. “I don’t like beating around the bush so I’ll get right to it. How would you like to combine our two gangs?” I’m taken aback a bit, when I thought about an offer this wasn’t what I had in mind. “You mean like an alliance?” I inquire. “An alliance of sorts. It’s not a secret that the Blood Dragons and the Red Snakes are the most successful mobs at the moment, and if we don’t combine our forces now we’re gonna be left with a confrontation later on. I don’t have bad blood with you so why not squash the beef before it starts.” It sounded like a good idea but there’s no way I’d trust the words of the head of another gang, without receiving something in return. “How can I be sure you’ll keep your word?” I ask with a raised brow. “As you might know I have a daughter, I was thinking about having you marry my daughter and become family.” It wasn’t uncommon for mobs to arrange marriages, but it was surprising that Mr. Kwon was willing to give up his one and only daughter for this deal. It’s not like I had a problem with getting married, it just seemed fishy that he was willing to give her up so easily. “What would you want in return?” “Oh not much. Just 30% of your yearly investment, and a list of all your investors and the people you get your product from.” I laugh at his request, he was asking for a lot considering he wasn’t giving up much. “You must think highly of your daughter if you want all that in exchange for her. 15%.” You state. “20. My daughter is one of the reasons why the Blood Dragons is so successful, not only is she skilled but she’s very beautiful.” I still find this whole situation hilarious, never in a million years would you have thought that you’d be negotiating with the head of the Blood Dragons. “I’m not making any promises until I see her.” The door opens as the words leave your mouth.
Mirae’s POV:
I make my way into the warehouse, and follow Jiyong through the maze of hallways until we reach a well-guarded room. Most of the faces are familiar except the 5 men standing to the side. They must be new I assume, the guards open the door and I follow Jiyong into the room. I see my father and an unfamiliar man sitting across from him. I walk to the only seat available and sit down. “Mr. Bang this is my daughter Mirae. Mirae this is Bang Yonnguk head of the Red Snakes.” I see why father wanted me to look good this was an important client. “Nice to meet you.” He says as he scans the part of your body that isn’t under the table. I’m used to it at this point, but you roll your eyes at the amazement of how much of a dog men are.. “You too.” I reply. “So what do you say to my offer Mr. Bang?” I was confused, I usually was there when the offer was put on the table so it didn’t make sense for them to have discussed it before you arrived. “What offer?” I ask a bit annoyed. “You’re marrying Mr. Bang Sweetheart.” I laugh at his words, this has to be a prank. But you notice no one else is laughing. There’s no way he’s serious. “Says who?” “Says me.” Your father answers almost as soon as you asked the question. “How are you gonna marry me off, I’m your only heir.” I state in disbelief. “Women aren’t meant to run a gang. They’re meant to be a good wife and mother, and stay home. Nothing good comes out of a woman not knowing her place, look where it got your mother.” I’m furious at his words, I knew he didn’t like the idea of me becoming the head of the mob, but I didn’t think he’d go through such great lengths to oppose my succession. On top of that using my mother’s death to prove his point. “So you’re gonna sell me like a whore to some random fucker? The Blood Dragons wouldn’t be shit without me, who kept everything running when you decided to fucking clock out? Who has the fucking highest body count in the stupid mob? Who’s the smartest businessman in this entire fucking gang? Me!” I’m shouting at this point and no longer sitting. “Don’t you raise your voice at me you spoiled brat! You’ll do whatever I tell you to do and you’re going to marry him! Now sit down!” You bring your face towards his until you’re only inches apart. “Over my dead body.” As you’re about to storm out of the room you feel the barrel of pistol on the back of your head. You slowly turn your head to face youe father, the barrel now on you forehead. “Marry him or you die.” He threatens. “Kill me old man.” He cocks the pistol, ready to shoot. “$10 million.” Both you and your father turn your heads to the face of the owner of the voice. His voice was a lot deeper than you expected, and you were caught off guard. Now that I’ve gotten a good look at him I realize just how attractive he is. “$10 million what?” Your father asks, the pistol not moving from your forehead. “Marry me and I’ll give you $10 million.” I smirk his offer not sounding that bad. There’s nothing like money to convince you of making rash decision. “So you’re accepting my offer Mr. Bang?” Your father says with a smile. “She peaks my interest.” It’s amazing how unfazed he is with all that’s going on, but he’s probably seen worse. I think about my options here, I can still become the head of the Red Dragons if I marry him, but if I’m dead that’s out the window. But I can’t give in so easily, I want to see how much I can get out of this mysterious Bang Yongguk.   “Add a car and it’s a deal.” I demand. “Deal.” He says, a smirk resting on his face. “Pleasure doing business with you Mr. Bang.” I say picking up my purse as Jiyong lead me back to the car.

Chapter 8
The ride back to Seunghyun’s house was done quickly but with a lot of evident regret from Seunghyun himself. He drove just a touch above the speed limit and his face was a mask of concern, mirroring how you felt inside. It was very unlike him to be unsure of himself or what was happening and despite the fact he wouldn’t tell you more than that he was going somewhere for a while, he would give you no more details. This detonated a bomb of worry in your head, if Seunghyun was concerned enough to show it, then something big was going on and you would find out one way or another.
All thoughts of Jisoo were pushed from your head as Seunghyun’s phone rang again.
“Yes?” There was barely a second of silence before Seunghyun’s voice sounded, a clang of anger and confusion in his tone. “I’m on my way. _____, we’ve got to make a stop somewhere.”
Seunghyun pulled the car away from the direction of his house at twice the speed he had been going. You heart went into your mouth. Something bad had happened and you didn’t really want to know what but you guessed you were about to find out.
“Where are we going?” You voice trembled slightly, whether because you were worried about what had happened or because you were worried this was about to be your last car ride ever, you weren’t sure. Your hands gripped the sides of the seat beneath you and you were squeezing so tightly you were certain there would be permanent impressions left behind from your fingers. You did not like being in vehicles that went too fast.
“Something’s happened at the ToppDogg base, we need to go check it out.” Moments later you were rushing out of Seunghyun’s car, a fire brigade in front of you battled to put out the burning blaze that engulfed the building. You found Pgoon hunched down on the ground and you made a beeline for his diminished form.
You bent down and put your hands on his shoulders and he jumped slightly, relaxing when he saw it was you. He had his head in his hands and suddenly you had an awful sinking feeling in your stomach.
“Pgoon?” The man didn’t move an inch, almost as if he knew the question you were about to ask. You hesitated, not knowing if you truly wanted the answer or not. “Where are the others?”
He didn’t respond for a moment and you didn’t think he would but suddenly you were grabbed by the arm and hauled away from him. You swung around, raising your fist but your wrist was grabbed too. You found yourself standing face-to-face with a very tall man, and that was saying something considering you knew Seunghyun. He had large eyes and a cold, expressionless face.
“Who are you?” He asked you, continuing to grip your limbs. You were about to bite his head off but you guessed it was lucky that Seunghyun interjected.
“Nakta, not now. This is the girl from the warehouse.” Nakta let you go and a little warmth crept into his expression, a slight apologetic look crossed his face before he turned to Seunghyun. “There are four members missing.”
“Who’s missing?!” You grabbed Nakta’s collar and pulled him closer, shaking him a little bit. The poor man was in enough shock already that he didn’t even laugh at a small person like you attempting to intimidate him.
“Jenissi, Hojoon, Xero and Bjoo.” You dropped the fistfuls of Nakta’s clothes and stumbled away from him, your mind racing to Bjoo and how you could help him or if you could.
“Seunghyun, we gotta go!” You said, walking away from the men toward Pgoon. You grabbed him and pulled him into a standing position.
“Excuse me ma’am, we need to question him.” A police officer stated flatly. You gave him your best no-nonsense look.
“Go question the BFG over there, this guy’s in too much shock to be interrogated now. I’ll bring him by the station when he’s ready.” You turned and dragged Pgoon into Seunghyun’s car, dumping him in the back and buckling his belt. You pulled back and looked at him, tears streaked his face hand your heart broke. However worried you were about Bjoo, you needed to multiply that by forty and that would be Pgoon’s feelings. You brushed the tears from his cheeks and he pulled his head away, wiping his face, embarrassed.
“Hey, we’ll find them and bring them home.”
“Not if they’re four piles of ashes we won’t.” He whispered. You weren’t convinced. You hopped into the passenger’s seat as Seunghyun started the car and made his way back towards his house.
*
“Ok, just ignore the fact I have eavesdropped on some of your little meetings and let me explain what I’m thinking.” You said, but no one looked too surprised so you guessed they already knew. Good. That would make saying your piece that bit easier. “I don’t think this is an accident, for obvious reasons.”
Most of the room shifted in their seats looking confused or skeptical while Jiyong and a few of the ToppDogg boys remained unresponsive. You caught Seunghyun and Seungri looking impressed and you immediately started to feel embarrassed. This wasn’t some detective show, you weren’t Sherlock and you weren’t part of any of this underground gang shit so why did you feel like you had the right to make assumptions here? You felt it in your bones though, the sneaking, clawing sensation of Iron coming closer to you, just like before. It had started this way back then. Those you loved and cared about disappearing or winding up dead. It was a curse. He was a curse. He had taken so much from you and he would take so much more... The part of you that wanted to give in an hand yourself over raged against the part of you that was too proud and too stubborn. You wouldn’t let the people you loved die only for you to give in. But, could you keep going on like this, letting more people be wiped from this Earth?
“Iron’s behind this, and if there’s anything I know about him, it’s that he generally likes to have a personal hand in people’s deaths and he likes to rub that in his target’s face. If I’m right about this which, no offence but, I think I am, then the missing TD members are still alive...for now.” You looked around the room slowly, trying to gauge the reactions, hoping with all hope that you would be taken seriously.  Iron had always let you either see him kill someone close to you or else he let you know it was him. Soon a calling card would come, something he would send to let you all know it was him but whether Bjoo, Xero, Hojoon and Jenissi would still be alive by that time, well, that was a different thing.
“We better start looking into it. If we leave it to the authorities to determine, we could be waiting a while and besides, that’s not our style anyways” Jiyong said, standing up and looking at Daesung. “You know what to do.”
Jiyong motioned to you to follow him and suddenly the room was a flurry of activity. Daesung was already talking with Pgoon and his men as well as Youngbae. Seunghyun and Seungri were following you and Jiyong down the hall. You had never been to Jiyong’s office in Club Lies and it was as opulent as you had expected, but you didn’t have a lot of time to indulge yourself in the all of the decor as a large tapestry adorning the wall above his desk caught your eye. It depicted a large green dragon.
You stopped in your tracks, staring at the tapestry, the words from Mr. Song’s letter swimming around your brain “look out for the green dragon”. Was this what he meant? Was this the man the envelope had been meant for?
“It is a lovely piece, but I’d like to remind you that we have more pressing matters to discus.” Jiyong’s voice brought you back to earth.
“They don’t call him G-Dragon for nothing, you know!” Seungri said nudging you and directing you into the chair on the other side of the desk.
“G-Dragon? As in Green Dragon?” Your head felt fit to explode, there was so much happening, your eyes fell onto the desk and your tried to clear your mind and focus but you ended up staring at a picture of Jiyong and Jisoo and suddenly your thoughts picked up speed again. You swallowed, eyes darting between the men, you didn’t know where to start or what to say. Jiyong was frowning at you and Seunghyun looked concerned. Seungri was by your side, hand on your shoulder.
“Hey, are you ok?” He asked you, examining your face, which you were sure displayed your inner turmoil.
“Yeah... Yeah, sorry.” Like someone hitting an organise button in your head, your brain began to file everything in order of highest priority, everything else could wait while there were lives at stake. Afterwards, you would have to make the decision of whether to giver Iron what he wanted or not.
“Well, if we can get down to business..?” Jiyong said, sitting in his chair across from you and fixing his blazer. You tried to clear the blizzard in your mind and concentrate on the task at hand, everything else could be sorted out later, envelopes and cheating girlfriends were secondary to the lives that were currently at stake. “I know you haven’t told me everything about your experiences with Iron and I want you to talk now or I’m going to make you talk.”
Jiyong motioned to Seunghyun and Seunghyun looked back at his boss, obviously confused.
“Call Yano in here, I’ll take it you’re not going to make her talk and I hear he’s quite good at it.”
“Wait, what? No way!” Seungri looked outrage, his grip on your shoulder tightening. You wanted to feel as confused as Seunghyun looked but you guessed this was the only way Jiyong would deal with this situation; mafia style, brute force.
“It was all fine and well for her to hid things from us before our members were directly affected, but things have changed, Seungri, back off.” There was an electric silence as the two stared each other down across the deep mahogany desk. Sparks were almost visible as one man battled to remain a subordinate and the other dared him to make a move. Seungri opened his mouth to say something but Jiyong cut him off. “So help me God, if you try to get in my way I’ll make sure you’re strapped to the chair beside her, Seungri. I get it, I do, she could have died trying to help you live back at the warehouse and I’m grateful to her, I am, but she’s not worth losing an appendage or limb over.”
“I hate to be rude.” You interjected, stomach twisting anxiously at the mention of losing limbs. “But, most people send cards or flowers to show their gratitude not... Not whatever the hell you’re about to have done to me.”
“Then talk.” Jiyong said, glaring at you, his eyes burning deep holes into you and you knew he was about to ask all the wrong questions, and you would not direct him towards the right ones.
“Why is Iron after you?”
“I don’t know.”
“What did you do to get his attention?”
“I don’t know.”
“Get Yano and then get out.”
*
The yelling and scuffling, shattering of vases and smacking of fists echoed dully in your mind. The darkness that engulfed you magnified nothing and you tried to move your body, assess the situation, remember what had happened after Jiyong ordered Yano into the room and the other men out.
You had been shoved, head smacking of the hard wood floor. Seungri had lunged across the desk, Seunghyun intercepting him. You had gotten up to pull him back and you had been hit, hadn’t you? The vague sensation of being dragged out of the room and away from the erupting chaos trickled over you. Then it hit you. Yano. It all came flooding back. Flashes of the heavy metal chair with leather straps. The sheet placed over your head as ice cold water was poured over your head, almost drowning you. No questions were asked this time. Small slashes made with a scalpel on the webs of your fingers, the knuckles, under your nails, you hadn’t even stopped coughing or gasping for air. He worked fast but he didn’t work to permanently damage. This was a taster, a light example. But now you felt nothing and you saw nothing. Had he beaten you too? Your memory was still hazy. You shivered in the dark, regretting not leading Jiyong to the answers he wanted. You imagined yourself, still strapped to the chair, eyes swollen shut, shivering from the wet and cold. But your hypothesis had to be wrong, your face didn’t sting and when you wrinkled your nose you could feel a fabric scratch against your skin. You were blindfolded, but you were still strapped and shivering.
A noise. A door opening. Footsteps. Then, a hand on your face, burning hot in comparison to the icy flesh of your cheek. “Awh fuck, _____, I’m so sorry, I tried to stop them.” “Seungri...” You flinched against the glare of light that hit your eyes as he removed the blindfold. After a moment you were able to look at him as he undid the restraints. His face was bruised and his lip split, his knuckles were cracked and purpling, but most of all his eyes were conflicted and full of sorrow. You felt like breaking. Everything that had ever happened had led you to hide yourself and become dishonest. Dodging questions or leading people astray, never letting anyone in, never letting anyone know. You had thought it was for the best, hiding everything away inside but now you could see the damage the festering mass was making inside of you. You could barely tell who you were, why you were here or where you were going to go. You didn’t want to be like this, so why were you allowing this behaviour to continue? Why couldn’t you change? You didn’t want anyone else to get hurt, but in trying to prevent that you were only hurting yourself and now, other people were being hurt again. Seungri’s hands cupped your cheeks again and you felt the tears slipping from your eyes, you couldn’t hide. You couldn’t hide yourself and you couldn’t hide your past but you were scared of what exposing either of those things would do. You were so fucking scared. Seungri’s arms wrapped around you as you began to sob openly. Your body hurt, your hands could barely move, and you looked down to find them blue from the cold, purple from bruises and red from dried blood. Why was any of this happening to you? You had grown up in such a normal environment, surrounded by normal people, doing normal things. Your dad had left before you were born but your mom had met a nice man who worked hard as the owner of a quiet bookstore. Your mom was a florist and by all accounts, your biological father had been a businessman. You went to a community school followed by a community college. Your first job was in your stepfather’s bookstore and after college you began work as a member of HR in a hotel. Nothing about your life was exceptional. Nothing was abnormal, at least not until Heon Cheol arrived and tore everything away from you, shredding your soul apart along the way. Seungri pulled away from you and wiped your tears away. His eyes soft and sad.
“Why won’t you tell us?” “I don’t know... I c- can’t...” You sucked deep breaths in, trying to calm yourself. Seungri pulled off his jacket and wrapped it around you. He remained hunkered down in front of you, one hand on your knee, the other gently stroking your tear-stained cheeks. There were words on the tip of your tongue, threatening to tumbled forward but were held back as he held your gaze. Both of you sat there, in the silence, your sobs subsiding, breathing steadying, his thumb stroking the warming skin of your cheek. He looked as though he had just as much to say to you as you had for him but without words, both your stories were being told quickly and at the same time. You were lost in your own histories, flashes burning through your minds, yet you were both focused on what the other was telling. Seungri’s eyes drew out a map of deep pain and loss, a message that was mirrored in your own eyes. You understood him and he understood you. He was here and he wasn’t going to leave you and you wouldn’t leave him either. Seungri leaned toward your slowly, his hand running away from your cheek, fingers sliding into your hair. You were drawn towards him by some sort of subconscious, magnetic pull.
The cracked skin on his lips couldn’t hide the soft plumpness and the faint tang of copper was almost hidden by the vague taste of spearmint. He was gentle and careful, whether because of his own aches and pains or not. The kiss was unobtrusive, there was no haste or whiney need, it was soft and simple and laced with a deeper emotion. It felt natural and right and for a moment you forgot about your aching ribs, your frozen body, your shredded hands and your broken soul. For a moment you felt home.

“Any word?” Jungkook asked as he sat next to Seung hyun on the balcony, Seung hyun stayed silent as he stared at the stars, the only indication he gave that he heard Jungkook was a shake of his head. “I don't understand, why are we not going after noona? It's been a week and nobody's done anything”
“Because we have no other choice”
“But we can't just do nothing”
“Would you rather we go in guns blazing and get her killed?” Seung hyun asked with a raised eyebrow as he looked at Jungkook.
“No” Jungkook furrowed his brow.
“Well then we have no other choice” he said turning his attention back to the night sky.
“But she needs our help”
“I know”
“Then lets do something”
“We are”
“Then what are we doing, because it sure feels like nothing”
“We're waiting for her to make a plan”
“But how will we know?”
“Because she'll come back to us....” he answered as his eyes landed on the moon.
The full moon beamed down on you through your bedroom window, it's bright rays pulled you towards it, calling for you to look at it. You sighed as you stood up from your bed and walked towards the window, your hands resting on the frame as you looked up at the glowing circle in the sky. It had become so hard to keep up appearances since the night in the alley, your thoughts were constantly filled with his face, often you would zone out while in the company of the others. It was becoming dangerous, you knew they would notice something soon but you couldn't stop yourself.
“No, come back” you wailed as the long beep of the machine flat lining rang through the room.
“I'm sorry noona” Jiyong said as he pulled you in for a hug, his eyes were just as wet with tears as yours.
“Don't fucking touch me” you screamed as you pushed him away “Why are you stopping?” you yelled over Jiyongs shoulder at the two men you had never seen before that stood beside Seung hyun's lifeless body.
“He's gone” Jiyong spoke softly as he looked you in the eyes, you shook your head violently.
“No, no, he can't be.... I won't let him” you said as you rushed over to table where his body laid. Your hands where shaking as you reached out to him and shook him. “Don't you dare leave me Seung hyun”
“Noona...” Jiyong called as he grabbed your arm and tried to pull you away from Seung hyun.
“No” you yelled as you yanked your arm free, you began to weep as you nuzzled your face in to his neck “Please come back.... I need you”
The realisation of loosing him was beginning to set in and you internally scolded yourself for not finishing Dong-won off in the room when you had the chance, your mind was so cluttered with the possibilities of how you could have changed the out come that you didn't even notice the high pitch long note had stopped and was replaced by the sound of a low beep.
“Don't touch me” you screamed as a pair of hands wrapped around you and pulled you away, you kicked and screamed trying to get out of their grip.
“Noona calm down and look” Daesung's voice in your ear made you calm slightly, you looked over to see the long green line on the machine was now jumping erratically around the screen.
“Noona, you're needed” Taehyung called from the door making you jump, you were so lost in your thoughts that you didn't even hear him come in.
You didn't bother to answer him, instead you walked straight passed him, not even giving him a glance as you did. When you walked into the lounge you noticed Jin and your father off to the side discussing something, their conversation stopping when they noticed you had entered.
“Your little boyfriend and his gang fucked us over” Namjoon spat at you.
“Shoo fly” you replied as you waved your hand in his face.
“So what brings you here?” you asked your father, he had been staying elsewhere, he said it was best if you wanted to gain the trust of the others.
“I heard the Green dragons got one over on you again” your father stated walking over to you.
“Yes, but I used Zico to get away”
“That's not good enough, you should have shot them” you could tell by his tone that he was far from pleased, you had to speak carefully.
“I was unarmed, a condition of Zico's if we wanted to enter. He had a gun at Seung hyun's chest but Jiyong came out of no where and it all went south”
“So you just ran?” he asked a snarl appearing on his top lip.
“My supposed backup had disappeared”
“Is this true?” your fathers head snapped towards Namjoon.
“Y-yes sir” he replied dropping his head to look at the ground, he knew he was in trouble.
“Why is it you left my only daughter alone and unarmed in a place full of guns?” he questioned as he approached Namjoon.
“W-we thought she could handle herself.... after all it was Seung hyun..... he wouldn't hurt her”
“You seem a little flustered Namjoon would you like a drink?” he asked circling him like a hungry shark.
“No sir”
“It's ok Namjoon, let me get you something”
Your father casually walked to the dinning table and grabbed a bottle of whiskey that sat on it before returning, he smirked at Namjoon before crashing the bottle against his head, instantly shattering it. Namjoon screamed as he held his hand up to his face, small shards of glass were stuck in his skin and one particularly large piece from the neck of the bottle stuck in his hairline above his temple, blood streaming from it.
“He is the last person to get his fucking hands on her” he growled through gritted teeth as he pushed Namjoon's hand onto his face, driving the small shards in further, Namjoon dropped to his knees screaming from the pain. “Don't you ever fucking leave her again, do you hear me?”
“Y-yes s-sir" Namjoon managed through tears.
“Good, now go clean yourself up, you're leaving in an hour” he said coldly as he released Namjoon's hand.
“Where are we going?” you asked furrowing your brow.
“Seeing as they won't leave us alone, you're going to pay those dragons a little visit”
The club was completely dark, not a single light was on when you pulled up. Your heart was thumping as you got out of the van, Jimin stayed behind leaving the van running while the others followed suit, you casually walked to the garage that lead underneath the building. Taehyung used his bolt cutters to cut a big enough hole in the metal grid for you all to get through, you entered first, treading carefully as you made your way through the parked cars to the side door, Taehyung stayed outside as a lookout. You slowly opened the door, careful not to alert anyone you were there, you wanted to let them know somehow but if you did the others would be onto you and you knew that would be game over.
You made your way through the hallway, nodding towards the door that lead to the club room, Hoseok nodded back and proceeded as agreed into the club. You continued to the next door where Yoongi paired off to head to the office, you noticed the door to the room you used to train in with Daesung was open. It was odd, it wasn't an important room but you knew they always kept the doors closed. You looked back at Namjoon and back at the door, he picked up what you were saying straight away and headed for the room as you proceeded up the stairs with Jin.
It was jet black when you entered the apartment, you could barely make anything out but luckily you knew the place well enough to find your way around. You headed straight past the room you shared with Seung hyun and entered the hall that lead to the others rooms, in an attempt to throw Jin off and lead him in deeper, maybe they knew you were here and just waiting for the right time to strike.
After a few steps into the hall you heard a tussle break out behind you, you turned around to see Jin was no longer there, instead replaced by two figures wrestling on the ground. You heard a grunt closely followed by a thud, you ran over to the light switch and flicked it on, quickly returning to the entrance of the hall when you did so.
“Thanks for the help” Jin said sarcastically as he rolled Seung hyun's limp body off him.
“I-I thought you had it under control” you said staring at Seung hyun knocked out on the ground.
“Or were you hoping he would over power me?” Jin questioned as he got up and dusted himself off.
“How many more times do I have to fucking tell you that he means nothing to me any more?” you growled as you stood up to Jin.
“Prove it, tie him to the chair” he said as he stared in your eyes and pointed at one of the chairs at the dinning table.
“No problem” you replied before getting the chair.
Jin helped you lift Seung hyun on to the chair before you tied him up, as you wrapped the final parts of the rope around his wrists you glanced over at Jin to see his attention taken by his phone, you quickly pulled your switch blade out of your pocket and tucked it in between his wrists, under the rope to keep it in place until he woke.
“Now what?” you asked as you stood up and made your way to Jin.
“Now we wait”
“Wait for what?”
“You'll see soon enough” he answered with a smirk.
Seung hyun groaned as he came too, you looked away from him, in fear of being unable to control your emotions. You could hear him grunting, you knew he was struggling. You began to walk away, you couldn't bare the thought of what was about to come.
“No” Jin said as he grabbed your arm to stop you from leaving “I want you to look at him”
“Why?” you asked as he span you around, your heart raced as soon as your eyes landed on Seung hyun, he was sat perfectly still looking up at you as blood trickled down from the gash above his eyebrow where Jin had hit him when he knocked him out.
“Because I want you to see how pathetic he is now, how weak he is because of his love for you” he said as he stood behind you and placed his hands on your shoulders. You furrowed your brow at the somewhat truth he had spoken, you had made Seung hyun weak and vulnerable.
“I'm sorry princess” Seung hyun said softly as his eyes glazed over with tears.
“See, he can't protect you any more” Jin said as his hands trailed down your arms, his eyes wandering down with them.
“I don't need anyone to protect me” you snapped, hitting his hands away from you.
“No but you need a man, a man who is willing to do anything for you” he said as he placed his hand under your chin, forcing you to look at him.
“Will you..... do anything for me?” you asked placing your hands on his chest.
“Anything” he replied as he closed the gap between your faces, his lips were so close to your own, you could feel his breath mixing with yours.
“Kill him” you said softly, one of your hands trailed around the back of his neck as you gazed into his eyes.
“Who?” he asked with his eyes half closed, he seemed drunk on you.
“My father” you said as you played with the hair on the back of his neck.
“You want me to kill your father?” he asked with a smirk as he raised his eyebrows.
“You said you would do anything for me...” you said pulling away from him, he grabbed you by the waist to stop you moving any further.
“Maybe if you let me taste those beautiful lips again...” you smiled at his words, you had him right where you wanted him.
You grabbed him by the shirt and crashed your lips against his, he groaned as his finger tips dug into your waist.
Seung hyun flared his nostrils as he watched you kissing Jin, he knew you were only doing it to save him but he still didn't like the fact of another man's lips on yours. He struggled slightly as Jin deepened the kiss, he could see his filthy tongue in your mouth. He was about to protest what was happening, to tell him to get his hands off you when he felt something slip from his restraints. He felt around, a smooth metal object was threatening to fall from the rope. He managed to wiggle the object out with his finger tips, he felt around it, narrowing his eyes when he realised what it was. He flicked the button on the side and began to saw at the ropes that bound him as he kept his eyes on you and Jin.
“I'm glad to see you two are finally getting along” a deep male voice said from the doorway making you jump and push Jin away from you.
“Dad, what are you doing here?” you asked in a panic before correcting yourself in a bad attempt not to give yourself away.
“Jin here, let me know it was clear for me to enter, if I had known what you two were up to I would have given you a little more time” he said with a slight chuckle as he approached you but his laugh didn't fool you, you looked over at Jin to see him smirking back at you, something in his eyes told you he was up to no good.
“Here he is sir, just like I promised” Jin said as he stepped aside so your father could get a clear view of Seung hyun.
“Good job Jin, you'll make a fine son in law” he said patting him on the shoulder.
“What did you say?” you asked as you furrowed your brow.
“Jin asked me for your hand in marriage, I told him if he could deliver Seung hyun to me then he could have you”
Your whole body tensed up at his words, you clenched your fists as you tried to keep your cool.
“I am not yours to give” you said through gritted teeth making your father laugh.
“Are you not my daughter?”
“Yes”
“Then I shall give you to whomever I please”
Seung hyun watched as your hands went white from clenching your fists so tight, you were about to expose yourself, he couldn't let you, not after what you had just asked Jin to do.
“Hey asshole, you think I'm just going to let her go that easily?” Seung hyun said as he stared up at your father.
“And what are you going to do about it strapped to that chair?” your father asked with a chuckle as he got right up in Seung hyun's face.
“You think we didn't know you were coming?” Seung hyun asked with a grin as he raised his eyebrows, your father snarled at his cockiness.
“If that were true, wouldn't they have stormed in here already?”
“There waiting”
“Waiting for what?”
“For your guard to be down”
You father chuckled heartily at his words.
“What absolute bullshit. You, Seung hyun, are a thorn in my side that needs to be pulled out”
“Why don't you just hurry up and kill me so I don't have to listen to this fucking shit”
“Oh no, I'm not going to kill you... she is...”
You looked at Seung hyun with a gulp.
“It's an important lesson for her, so she can finally move on from you and this ridiculous fantasy of love”
Your hand was shaking as you held the gun up at Seung hyun, his eyes were soft and a small smile appeared on his lips.
“It's ok princess..... you don't have any other choice.... do it”
Tears fell from your eyes at his words as you cocked the gun.
“Do it, prove yourself to me once and for all” your fathers voice sounded from somewhere behind you.
You quickly span around and aimed the gun at your father.
“I see” he said as he straightened his body up “Well, what are you waiting for? Shoot me”
You fired the gun as he said but nothing happened, only the click of the trigger, your father laughed hard as he bent over and clutched at his stomach.
“Did you honestly think I would let you come here, of all places, with a loaded weapon?” he continued to laugh, only making you angry.
“Fuck you” you screamed as you threw your gun at him, his laughter stopped almost immediately and he looked up at you with dark eyes.
“You're just like that dirty fucking mother of yours” he growled as he rushed towards you, before he could reach you Seung hyun broke free of his restraints and rushed to intersect him with the switch blade in hand but Jin was too quick, he grabbed Seung hyun's hand that held the blade and forced it back towards him, driving it straight into Seung hyun's stomach.
“She's mine now” Jin spat in Seung hyun's face.
You watched Seung hyun frozen in place, his hands over the man's that stabbed him, Jin pulled it out and quickly drove it back in again.
“No” you cried as you stepped over to help him, a fist appeared in your front of you momentarily before complete darkness.
“Fuck” you groaned as you clutched at your head, you could feel your heart beat in your brain, thumping against the inside of your skull. You opened your eyes but the darkness stayed, you sat up, your hand resting on the cold concrete floor. You felt something pull on your leg along with the echo of a chain rattling bouncing off the walls filling the empty room.
“No, no, no, no” you muttered as you realised where you were. You got on your hands and knees and felt around, your finger tips brushed against the ice cold metal of the door. You got closer and banged on it like a maniac with both hands, it wasn't long before you heard footsteps approaching. The door slid open violently, you had to hold your hand over your eyes, the sudden contrast of the bright light burning your eyes.
“Why are you making so much noise?”
“Jin? You have to help me, get me out of here” you cried in a panic as you rushed towards him, he opened his arms and held you.
“Why would I do that? You're right where I want you” he whispered in your ear as he nuzzled into your neck, you looked up at him in confusion as you pushed yourself away from him.
“Why, why are you doing this?” you asked making him laugh.
“Because you betrayed us, you betrayed me” he said with a growl as he got closer to you, you took a step back when you saw the look growing in his eyes, it was like the look in your fathers.
“I never betrayed you” you said trying to calm him down, but it had the opposite effect, he grabbed you by the throat and drove your back against the wall, hitting it with a thud and knocking the wind out of you.
“You think I'm fucking stupid?” he asked as he placed his face up to yours, you could feel heat building in your cheeks as the blood pooled in your face, it's movement restricted, cut off by the grip he had on your neck.
“No...” you strained as you tried to gasp for air.
“Don't fucking lie to me” he yelled in your face “I saw you with him, I went back to get you and when I got to the alley I saw you two together, I saw you kissing him” he said giving you an extra hard squeeze with the last part, you made a fist and hit him as hard as you could in the side of the temple, he dropped you as he stumbled back.
“Where is he?” you strained as you sat on your hands and knees coughing, his burly laugh was amplified by the small room.
“Dead” he said as he continued to laugh.
You balled your hands into fists and clenched them tightly as anger enveloped your entire body, you screamed as you ran at him but the chain around your ankle was too short to reach, it pulled your feet out from under you making you hit the ground with a thud and your head knocked hard against the concrete. The room span as you struggled to keep conscious, you heard him laughing along with the sound of the metal door scrapping as it closed.
“Seung hyun” you called weakly as you gave into the darkness.

“So when do you want to set the date for the big day?” Dong-won asked as he opened the limousine door for you.
He always got chauffeured around, one of the perks you enjoyed about him being a CEO of a multi million dollar company..... or so you thought.
“I always thought spring would be nice, right when the cherry blossoms are in bloom” you said as you got in.
“You want me to wait that long? We're only in winter” he joked as he got in behind you.
Daesung couldn't believe his eyes, they had to be playing a trick on him, a girl like you would never be involved with someone like him. He sat on his motorbike, flicking through the photos on his digital camera to make sure he got clear shots of what he had just seen when his phone rang.
“Hey boss”
“Have you got anything yet?”
“Yeah.... I think maybe I do” he said as he zoomed in on a particular photo.
“Good, come back to the club, I want to see it right away”
“Ok, but boss..... I think you're going to want to see this alone or at least without hyung”
“Very well, just hurry up and get back here”
Seung hyun swore to himself as he carried a crate of guns down the hallway, this sought of shit kicking job was normally reserved for the new recruits or that little smart mouth Seungri as a punishment for speaking out of turn, he was the newest one that was entrusted in the main circle and was still learning the ropes. He wasn't a bad guy, he grew up in a more western lifestyle where he was used to speaking out against his elders, that and he was a spoilt little rich kid. Seung hyun could never get why someone like him would want to join a gang when he didn't need to, but he couldn't deny that the kid had skills, he had proved himself on many occasions. He was one hell of a getaway driver and could talk his way out of almost any situation he got himself into.
“Was this why Kang was so weird?”
Seung hyun stopped outside the door to the office when he heard Seungri's voice, why would he be in there and not Seung hyun.
“I'm not sure”
Jiyongs voice was barely audible so he moved closer to the door.
“He didn't even glace at the rest of us, only you and hyung” he heard Taeyang say.
'What the fuck, is everyone but me in there?' Seung hyun thought to himself as he clenched his jaw.
“Nobody tell him about this, not until we know for sure”
The corner of Seung hyun's jaw twitched when he heard Jiyong say that, how could he keep something from the one he had know the longest.
Seung hyun dropped the box of unloaded weapons and opened the door, the four men were stood around the computer, their heads whipped towards the door as soon as it opened.
“Don't tell me what?” he asked as he furrowed his brow.
“Hyung please” Jiyong pleaded to try and keep him calm.
“What are you looking at?” Seung hyun asked as he tried to make his way around the desk but Taeyang stopped him.
“Hyung I promise I will tell you, you just need to let me confirm this before we jump into anything” Jiyong said holding up his hand like he was trying to control a wild animal.
“No, tell me now” Seung hyun demanded.
“Hyung don't do this, let me get the facts first”
“Just fucking tell me” Seung hyun shouted.
“Boss, it pretty much is what it is, I think you should let him see it” Daesung stated.
Jiyong threw his hands up as he walked away from the computer. Seung hyun pushed passed Taeyang and stood in front of the screen, it took a few seconds for his eyes to adjust, the colour ran out of his face and a feeling of dread crashed over his body as he realised what he was looking at. You were kissing that psycho Dong-won and you looked like you were enjoying it, grasping at his suit jacket while he had his arms around you.
“Why the fuck does he have his filthy hands on her?” Seung hyun asked with a growl.
“We think she's the one he's getting married to” Jiyong said sympathetically.
“See the ring on her finger” Daesung said as he pointed to the screen.
“No, she wouldn't....” Seung hyun paused as he processed everything.
You did say you're boyfriend had proposed, but there wasn't a chance in hell that you would be with a monster like him, would you? When Seung hyun heard your live in boyfriend had popped the question he decided the best thing was to drive you away from him and towards a more decent man, to sacrifice his happiness for your own, but he never thought of the possibility that he could have been driving you towards someone far worse then himself.
“Her friend, Hyorin, is she still here?” Seung hyun asked Jiyong with a look of desperation.
“I'll get her” he replied before rushing out the door.
Seung hyun racked his brain trying to figure out what you saw in this man, he was a power hungry sociopath with psychotic tendencies.
“Where are we going?” Hyorin asked as she was ushered through the door to the office.
Seung hyun grabbed her by the arm and dragged her to the computer.
“What is she doing with him?” he growled as he pointed at the screen.
“Why do you have a picture of _____?” Hyorin asked confused.
“Just answer the fucking question” Seung hyun yelled making her wince.
“Hyung, your scaring her... Jagi, could you please answer him?” Jiyong asked calmly.
“That's Dong-won, she's been with him for three years”
“Fuck” Seung hyun let out in frustration as he raked his hand through his hair, this was the man he had driven you to.
“He's really quite nice, even though he goes on a lot of business trips, he's the CEO of some stock exchange company”
“You've got to be fucking kidding me” Seung hyun growled as he began pacing back and forth, how could you be so naïve to believe his bullshit.
“I guess that's how he explains his wealth and late night business to her” Jiyong said looking at Seung hyun sympathetically.
“What's going on?” Hyorin asked confused.
“This guy is not a CEO and he is most definitely not a nice guy, he's a gang boss and a relentless murderer” Taeyang told her.
“How do you know?” she asked.
“Trust us, we know” Jiyong said with raised eyebrows, Hyorin's mouth dropped open as the reality of the situation set in.
“We have to warn her" she stated looking around at the men.
“She has a tail, I'd say it's one of his. A guy like that wouldn't let his prized woman walk around freely, especially when he hasn't broken her in yet” Daesung said calmly.
“What do you mean 'hasn't broken here in yet'” Hyorin asked as she turned to Daesung but he didn't acknowledge her.
“That would explain why he was saying all that weird shit the other night, he knows about you, he knows she's come to see you twice now” Jiyong told Seung hyun who had now stopped pacing and was leaning on the desk, chewing on his bottom lip as he stared at the picture.
“Would someone tell me what the fuck you're talking about?” Hyorin shouted, trying to get them to finally pay attention to her.
“You're friends in danger, we need to get her away from him but we have to be careful, if he finds out his illusion has been shattered......” Seungri paused knowing the end of the sentence was too much for her to hear.
“What?” she asked, her eyes pleading with him.
“But none of us can get close to her, not now he's revealed his hand, he had to know we would follow him..... his men would know what we all look like” Taeyang said changing the subject.
“I can do it” Hyorin offered, the men looked between each other considering the possibility. “I'm her best friend, they wouldn't be following me unless I were with her which means they probably wouldn't know I was here. They wouldn't suspect me, not until it was too late”
“She has a point” Daesung said.
“I don't know” Jiyong said as he turned away from them.
“Please Jiyong, let me help my friend” she asked placing a hand on his shoulder
“What do you think of this one?” you asked Jenny as you passed her your phone, she screwed her face up as soon as she saw it making you giggle.
“I don't think it's...... you” she said politely passing the phone back.
“Ok, I'll keep looking” you said with a smile as you flicked through your phone.
The bell on the shop door rang, you quickly put your phone away so the customer wouldn't see you sitting around looking at it, you knew how much they hated that. You looked up ready to greet the customer, your face beamed as soon as saw who it was.
“Hyorin, you're just in time, we were looking at wedding dresses” you said giving her a hug.
“Oh really, can I see?” she asked glancing at Jenny, the guys had told her not to trust anyone.
“Sure” you answered grabbing your phone.
“No, in your office” Hyorin said abruptly.
“Ok...” you said furrowing your brow as you looked at her, she was acting weird.
“What kind of a best friend would I be if I let you look at them on that small thing, you can't see any of the detail” she said as she smiled widely at you.
“What would I do without you?” you asked as you began to walk to your office.
You walked in and sat down at your computer immediately typing, Hyorin looked around as she closed the door.
“There's this one that I've been looking at that I want to show you” you said as you clicked at the mouse not paying attention to what your friend was doing.
“Sweetie I need to talk to you” Hyorin said as she turned on the radio.
“Sure, what is it?” you asked still focusing on the screen.
“This is serious” she said as she turned your chair to face her.
“Ok.....?” you said looking up at her.
“It's about Dong-won” she said kneeling in front of you.
“What about him?” you asked cocking your head to the side.
“You can't marry him, he's not what you think he is” she said as she grabbed your hand.
“What are you talking about?”
“He's not a CEO, he's the boss of a gang... a really bad one” she told you as she gave your hand a squeeze.
“Ha ha, nice joke” you said as you shook your head. “Now would you like to see the dress?”
“I'm serious. Why do you think you've never been to his office?”
“Hyorin, this really isn't.....”
“Why has he never once introduced you to someone he works with?” she said cutting you off.
“Because he wants to keep his private life and his work life separate, he needs to keep a hard image in front of his staff” you said slightly irritated that she would even think that of him.
“Exactly.....” she said with a slightly raised voice, you scanned her face looking for a sign that she was joking but you only found desperation in her eyes.
“Where did you even come up with this?” you asked but she didn't reply, you shook your head as you figured out the answer and pulled your hand away from hers. “They are playing you Hyorin, their the ones that are in a gang”
“No, you're the one that's getting played. These guys are pussy cats compared to Dong-won”
“They lie, cheat and steal for a living, not to mention kill...” you yelled at her.
“They want to help you, that's why I'm here” she pleaded but you held your hand up to stop her.
“I don't need their help and Dong-won isn't what they say he is” you said standing up and grabbing your bag. “And I'm going to prove it to you”
“Please _____, don't do this” Hyorin begged as she watched you walk out the door.
“Can I help you Miss?” a voiced asked you as you looked at the sign, trying to figure out what floor you should head to.
You turned around to see a well dressed lady smiling at you.
“Yes, I'm here to see Mr Kang” you said returning the smile.
“And what department does he work in?”
“He's the CEO” you said and the woman frowned.
“I'm sorry but our CEO's name is Mr Lee, are you sure you have the right building?” she asked politely.
“That can't be right, he said this was where he worked” you replied, the smile on your face was beginning to fade.
“Well as you can see, our CEO is Mr Lee” she said pointing to a large photo of an old man on the wall.
You couldn't believe it, he had lied to you.
“I'm sorry for wasting your time” you apologised to the woman as you rushed past her.
You felt like you couldn't breath, you practically ran out of the building as the need for air rushed up inside you. The buildings outside felt as though they were spinning as you tried to run through everything in your head. How could he lie to you? Why would he lie? You trusted him, you never asked to many question, every good relationship needs trust and you wanted to show him that by being patient and letting him open up in his own time. You never imagined that what he told you was a lie but he couldn't be what they said he was, he wasn't that kind of person.
“Miss _____, are you ok?” a man asked as he approached you.
“How do you know my name?” you asked stepping back from him.
“I work for Mr Kang, he sent me to get you” he said with a smile.
“But how did he know I was here?”
“He didn't, I drove to your shop to get you and I saw you getting in a taxi so I followed you here”
“Oh”
“If you would come with me I will take you to him” he said as he bowed and pointed to a familiar looking limousine. You nodded, the man opened the door and you hesitated for a moment.
“Why does no one in this building know who he is?” you asked narrowing your eyes at him.
“Mr Kang will explain everything when you get there”
“Very well” you said before getting in.
“Where are we?” you asked the man behind you as he lead you down the dirty hallway of a run down building. Paint was peeling off the walls and holes had started to form in them from all the water damaged, the building looked as if it had been abandoned for a long time.
“This way Miss ____” he said pointing to a doorway at the end of the hall.
You walked up to the door and opened it, the room looked just as bad as the rest of the place, half a dozen men in black suits were stood around the room. One of them had his back to you, the man who had brought you there walked up to him and whispered something in his ear and you heard him tisk.
“Dong-won?” you asked and he turned around, his face was stone cold and he appeared unmoved by your presence. “Dong-won what's going on?”
“Why did you do it?” he asked, his face still cold.
“Do what?” you asked confused and he scoffed.
“Why did you have to go to the office and ruin everything?” he asked as he approached you.
“Apparently I was right to, you lied to me” you said as your eyes began to fill up and he laughed, this man was not the same man you knew, that man would never laugh at someone who was in pain.
“I hope this doesn't change anything between us kitten, I had such big plans for you” he said reaching out to touch you but you hit his hand away making him chuckle.
“What are you talking about?” you asked with anger clear in your voice.
“You know, I tried to be patient with you, to put up with all your touchy feely shit until the time was right and I was so god damn close but you had to fuck it up” he said as he walked around you like a predator prowling around it's prey.
“I want to leave” you said sternly.
“And let you run to him? I don't fucking think so” he said with a scoff.
“Who?”
“You know exactly who I'm talking about”
“No I don't” you said. Out of the corner of your eye you caught a glimpse of the back of Dong-won's hand before he slapped you hard across the face, the force sending you to the ground. You held your cheek as you looked up at him towering over you, his eyes were dark and full of hate but something about the look on his face, a look you had seen long ago but still imprinted in your mind, the look he was enjoying this.
“You think I don't fucking know about him, about what you've been doing? I've had one of my men following you since we started dating, I know everything” he shouted as he picked you up off the ground by the jaw, his fingers digging in to the flesh as he held on to it tightly. “Everything was going fine until you started running around with that piece of shit”
“Please let me go” you begged with tears running down your cheeks, Dong-won chuckled before throwing you to the ground with a thud.
“You need to be taught a lesson, so you never forget your place” he said before turning around and waving his hand.
Two men picked you up off the ground and dragged you down the hallway as you kicked and screamed trying to break free, they threw you in a room and closed the door, the sound of it locking closely followed.
Adrenaline surged through your body as you looked around the room for a way to get out but it was too dark, the only light coming through a small gap in the boarded up window from a street lamp outside. You made your way to the window and tried to pull out the board, but it was no use, the board was nailed down to well. You sighed looking around the room, you could barely see anything, only an old style bed that had been exposed from the light. It had a rounded metal bed head with bars running down it and you noticed one of them had been broken in half. You rushed over to the bed and laid on it with your legs facing the bed head and kicked the broken bar, it fell out straight away, you paused watching the door and listen for anyone coming from the sound it made when it hit the floor. After a few minutes you picked up the pole and headed to the window, you placed one of it's ends in the gap and levered it back, popping the nails. You moved the poll as far as as you could towards the other end of the board and repeated the action, this time bringing the board underneath with it. The boards landed with a thump but you didn't wait to see if anyone had heard it, you climbed out of the gap and ran, as you got to the end of the building you turned your head to see if anyone was coming when you bumped into something and a hand came down over your mouth, another around your waist. You struggled as the person dragged you into the alley way and behind a dumpster.
“Shhhh it's ok, it's Daesung, I'm here to help you” he whispered in your ear and you stopped struggling. “I'm going to let go of you but you need to be quiet and do as I say, ok?” he said and you nodded.
As soon as he let go you span around to look at him, mostly just to make sure it was him.
“I don't think they know I'm gone yet” you whispered.
As soon as you said the words you heard a door being slammed followed by a loud 'find the bitch', Daesung pushed you flat against the wall as you heard footsteps running past the alley way, he waited for a moment until everything was clear. He grabbed your hand and lead you towards the opposite end of the alley, he looked out making sure it was clear. He pulled you out into the street and lead you towards a black van, the back doors flung open, Jiyong and Seung hyun were looking back at you from inside, Daesung ushered you in and closed the door behind him. As soon as you were in the van it sped off, you looked around at the men, when you got to Seung hyun he looked away.
“Anyone following?” Jiyong called.
“No one sir” Taeyang replied from the passenger seat.
“Good, so it went well then?” Jiyong asked looking over at Daesung.
“Pretty easy actually, she saved herself” Daesung said in an amused tone.
“Where are we going?” you asked Jiyong.
“A safe house, Hyorin is already there waiting for you” he told you with a small smile.
As soon as you walked inside the house Hyorin ran towards you an threw her arms around you.
“I'm so sorry I didn't believe you” you said returning the hug.
“It's ok, you're safe now” she said as she lent back to look at you. “Oh my god, your face”
“I'm ok” you smiled.
“Take this” Seung hyun interrupted holding out a wet damp towel full of ice.
“Thanks” you said as you grabbed the towel.
As soon as it was out of his hand, he walked away and up a large set of stairs before disappearing, your heart sank a little. You had hoped he had wanted to talk to you or at least tell you he was happy you were safe, he's expressionless face told you different. You walked into the lounge and sat on the couch with Hyorin and Jiyong as you held the towel to your cheek, your mouth dropped open as you looked around at the beauty of the house.
“Where are we?” you asked still looking around at the extravagant items that adorned the room.
“My house” Jiyong said with a grin.
“This is yours?” you asked dumbfounded making him laugh.
“Don't be so surprised” he chuckled and you blushed from embarrassment.
“Sorry, I just didn't think you had this much money”
“It's fine, there's a lot of money in selling weapons”
“Is that all you do?” you asked biting your bottom lip, you were unsure if you were asking too much.
“Well we don't sell drugs if that's what you're asking and as for the other nasty stuff, we try to avoid it if we can”
“You mean killing someone?” you asked and Jiyong nodded.
“Up stairs is clear” Seung hyun announced as he descended the stairs.
“Good, shall we?” Jiyong asked Hyorin and she turned to you.
“I'm fine, go enjoy yourself” you said with a smile.
“I'm glad your ok” she said before getting off the couch and heading up stairs with Jiyong.
You stared at Seung hyun as he stood at the foot of the stairs looking back at you, shifting uncomfortably every now and again in the silence that filled the room.
“I can show you your room, I'm sure you would want to get cleaned up after all that” he said as he shifted again, you nodded in response before getting of the couch and following him upstairs.
Seung hyun opened the door and let you in, walking in behind you.
“There's some fresh clothes on the bed and a bathroom just off to the side there” he said as he pointed to one of two doors that stood side by side.
“What's behind the other one?” you asked.
“My room, all these rooms are connected in case something happens” Seung hyun said before turning to walk out.
“Seung hyun?” you called and he turned to look at you. “Thank you”
“It's fine” he said as he stared at you. “If you need anything just ask me” he said as he retreated out the door.
You sighed to yourself as you made your way to the bathroom, you turned on the shower and walked to the mirror to inspect the damage on your face. You ran your fingers over the welt on your cheek bone and looked down at your jaw, turning your head to the side as you noticed the bruising in the shape of finger marks from where Dong-won had held you already starting to set in. The engagement ring that was still on your finger caught your eye, you took it off and threw it in the sink before getting undressed and jumping in the shower.
You couldn't believe he had tricked you, he seemed so sweet and nice but it was all just a game to him, a sick and twisted game. The past three years of your life had been a complete lie and if it hadn't been for Seung hyun and the guys you would have married him, god knows what would have happened then, he said he had big plans for you.
You got out of the shower and wrapped the towel around you, you walked back in to the bedroom and picked up the clothes on the end of the bed. A tear fell from your eye as you recognised them. 'He kept them' you thought to yourself as you put on the over sized sweater and shorts. After all these years he kept something as silly as the clothes you left at his dorm for when you slept over.
You walked over to the door that connected your rooms and opened it, stepping into the darkness.
“Is everything ok?” Seung hyun asked worried as he sat up in bed
“No” you said as you walked over to him.
“What is it?” he asked as he began to get out of bed but you stopped him by placing your hand on his bare chest.
“You kept these?” you asked, your eyes adjusted to the dark and you could see his face clearly. He was looking back at you, his face was now soft, a harsh contrast from earlier.
“You kept my ring” he said cupping your face and you could feel his heart thumping in his chest.
“It was all I had left of you” you said sitting beside him.
“They were all I had left of you” he replied with a slight smile but it soon disappeared. “I'm sorry for pushing you away, I thought I was doing the right thing, I thought I was saving you from a life like this not pushing you towards something worse”
“You don't have to apologise, it's not your fault”
“Yes it is, if I hadn't done that then you....”
“Would have married him” you said cutting him off. “If you hadn't have came back into my life I would have still been with him, stupidly unaware of his true nature until it was too late”
Seung hyun closed his eyes as the possibilities of what could have become of you flashed through his mind.
You watched as a look of pain washed over Seung hyuns face, it broke your heart knowing it was because of you but it also made you feel closer to him then you had in a long time. You snaked your hand around the back of his neck and moved closer, placing your lips on his. A tingle of electricity sprouted through your lips and spread throughout your body from the contact, Seung hyun placed an arm around your back and pulled you towards him as he deepened the kiss. You raked your hands through his hair as you climbed on to his lap and started to grind into him, earning yourself a low groan from him. Seung hyuns hands trailed down your back to your ass, lightly squeezing it as he helped you rock back and forth. You broke the kiss so you could look him in the eyes, softly panting as you felt him getting harder underneath you and you felt yourself getting wet. He lifted one of his hands to brush the hair away from your neck so he could place kisses on the spot he knew drove you crazy, making you moan as soon as he hit it.
“Oppa” you cried out between your moans as the bubble inside your abdomen grew larger.
You had missed this, you had missed him. Seung hyun was always gentle with you, the contrast between him and Dong-won was great. Seung hyun always made love to you whereas the other treated it as sex, it was always more sensual, more enjoyable when you were with Seung hyun.
You pushed him away and pulled the sweat shirt over your head and threw it across the room, Seung hyun took a moment, comparing how your body had changed yet was still the same from when you were younger. You were a woman now, your breasts were fuller then what he remembered and the curve of your body had filled out into more of an hour glass figure, he never imagined you could be more beautiful then you were back then.
“Are you sure?” he asked looking up at you and you giggled. He hadn't changed that much after all, here you were half naked and riding him and he is asking if you're sure.
“I'm sure” you said smiling back at him.
He held on to you as he stood up before placing you gently on the bed and making sure your head was on the pillow, he grabbed one of your breasts and kneaded it as he took the other in his mouth, he slowly flicked your nipple with his tongue. You moaned louder as you felt the bubble getting tighter inside and you realised how wet he had made you, he switched breasts, making sure to pay equal attention between the two.
“Oppa” you moaned and you heard him grunt in response.
He moved his kisses down your stomach painfully slow, he hooked his fingers under your shorts and pulled them off, letting them drop to the ground behind him. He grabbed your ankles and straightened your legs out up right so he could place kisses on the sensitive spots behind your knees before putting them on his shoulders, he kissed down the inside of each of your thighs, stopping just before your core each time.
“Seung hyun, please” you begged breathlessly, you were so worked up, you needed a release.
He placed his hands on the inside of your thighs and used his thumbs to open your core, you clenched and you felt your juices run down yourself, he ran his tongue up the entire length of you making you moan. Seung hyun used his tongue to run circles around your entrance, you clenched again as you felt his tongue enter you and come back out again. He ran his tongue back up and flicked your clit with it, you arched your back at the hot flush that ran through your body, he knew you were close. Seung hyun placed his mouth over your clit and began to suck on it as he entered you with one finger, your hands clutched tightly at the corners of the pillow as you felt the bubble starting to come undone. Seung hyun saw the muscles in your lower abdomen starting to contract so he hooked his finger upwards and began to pump it while switching between sucking and nibbling on your clit.
“Oh god...... Seung hyun......” You screamed as your thighs closed around his head and you came.
Seung hyun pushed your thighs back down and stood up to take his boxers off before climbing on to you, he placed his lips against yours as he lifted your thigh and entered you, sliding in with ease from all your juices. Seung hyun pumped himself in and out of you, the bubble that he had helped burst just moments before started to build up again. Seung hyun pushed himself all the way inside of you to stretch you out and you dug your nails into his back from the intense feeling it gave you making him growl
“God I missed you” he said lifting his head up to look at you, he always loved the way you looked when you moaned. “I love you princess”
“I love you too” you replied sweetly.
Seung hyun lent his forehead against yours and looked deep into your eyes as he slightly picked up the pace, your moans became more frequent as you clawed at his back, you were close again and you could tell he was too by the twitch in his jaw. He felt your body begin to quiver under him so he placed his hand on your pelvic bone and began to run circles around your clit with his thumb. Within a matter of seconds you came undone, your hips jerked forward as you clenched around him and called out his name. He couldn't stop it, your body's reaction to him and the moaning of his name sent him over the edge, the only thing he could do was to ride it out for the both of you.
You laid there staring into each others eyes panting as he was still inside you.
“I promise you I will never let him near you ever again”
