Dubai mi dona sempre una grande creatività. Scenari nuovi, tanta luce, tanta arte contemporanea di qualità intorno, la possibilità di poter interagire come voglio ed anche la grande serenità di sentire dentro di me che sono qui per creare cose nuove. Le ceramiche sono sempre state un grande dilemma per me (per esempio). Non mi piace lavorarle, non mi piace pitturarle (con le regole ortodosse intendo), però ho tante idee su come vorrei farle e qui mi sono semplicemente detta: perché non posso come dico io, con quello che piace a me, con i materiali che conosco? E poi ho giocato con i cuori neri di Marti, i chupachups di Ludovica, ho continuato a lavorare su questa CicciaModesty, cioè una CicciaWonder con il velo (Sheila) ed i tatuaggi dell’inno alla libertà delle donne iraniane (Jin-Yijan-Azadi/Donna-Vita-Libertà). Ed ancora CicciaFrida, le mie prime due CiccieYayoi (presto anche in scultura di 30cm), ed ancora sperimentazioni su collage e materiali fluo nuovi, schizzi, inserti, ripassi, ricerca di perfezionismo psicotico.
