Justification: “Well my main reason for this is that a running sthick/gag/whatever you wanna call it with her is that she frequently gets crushes on other conventionally attractive guys, at least by whatever standards cogs have. There's Saul G. Cog, whos a charming scammer, who she got all smitten and giggly over because "he's a charmer", and there's Graham Ness Payser, who does nothing but brag about how awesome he is AND SHE'S SMITTEN ANYWAY. And it goes literally nowhere because Graham cannonically has a boyfriend LMFAO. And it seems like this is a running theme for her, SO my big brained take is that she's conflating romantic attraction with sexual attraction, like she finds them physically appealing but because she's like middle aged and no one has told her what aromanticism is. PLUS I can see her being like "ughhh why would you get into a relationship when you can just have friends with benefits" and people would take that as her being Scared Of Commitment but actually SHES JUST ARO SHE DOESNT WANT ROMANCE!!! Plus I love Jennifer I really do but things like the getting crushes scenes I described above make me audibly go "GIRL WHAT ARE YOU DOINGGGGGGG" and I think its just so much more interesting to have a character like her, whos normally like snarky and flaky about her work and she lovesssss to gossip and be all like "boy crazy" or whatever be aro if that makes sense. Also im aro so it'd be neat. Also her boss, Thomas Saggs, is canonically aro (he explicitly states multiple times he doesn't want to be in a romantic relationship) so I think it would be really funny if she learned about it through him. Being aro would save her and give her a better understanding about herself and she would stop getting crushes on guys who either completely suck (saul g. cog) or are straight up gay (graham) please it would be so awesome it would be so cool.”
