idk I think Dani’s stories about melting would probably count
and it’s not like everyone knows she’s a clone, right?? or that she was made half-dead. she could spin that into a cool story.
or she could do the thing where she never tells the same story of her “death” twice. How did she really die? You’ll never know! But that’s sort of half the fun, with her.
there’s gotta be ghosts who are better at telling their death stories, too. real drama types, y’know? All “I came into this world covered in blood, screaming, and I became a ghost much the same way”. Very poetic.
there are famous ghosts who are often asked the details of their deaths. conspiracy theories are validated or discarded on the word of those who actually experienced the events. there are so many people who died mysteriously or ambiguously, imagine being able to ask them about it.
wild.
Danny Phantom death ‘talks’
So like a popular trope I’ve seen is that talking about how you died is a HUGE no no for Ghosts, it’s this whole thing especially in crossovers. But really it’s the opposite. Desiree talks about her death easily, Ember’s death is the song she’s using to go famous, heck if we presume Boxy died from a job involving boxes, a popular fan theory, his whole thing is talking about the death that killed him.
So like, what if it’s the opposite. Ghosts are the ones MOST OK with talking about it. Like Danny will tell you, in agonizing detail how dying felt, every volt, every burned hair, every thought that raced through his head, but it just doesn’t bother him. Stubbing his toe last week is more traumatic than that.
You know it’s a coping thing, the ghosts aren’t hurt by being made. But that makes everyone ELSE feel like shit. I mean what living human wants to hear this literal child describe, essentially torture, as he died? To go to the crossover idea, do you really think Batman wants to hear this child that looks quite a bit like his own kids just tell him how absolutely awful dying was? Of course not, but as a ghost Danny can’t see why it’s a problem.
