So I'm obsessed with 'Espresso' by Sabrina Carpenter, and I've been watching both Vixella and Kelsey Impicciche play the Barbie Legacy and I was really inspired to make a sim similar to that! She's not a Barbie for a specific gen of that challenge, I just wanted to make a sim like this and share her!

My Barbie loves dancing, Sulani vacations, and the spa! Her aspiration is Inner Peace, and her traits are High Maintenance, Family-Oriented, and Dance Machine.

Ivan bit his lip to keep from bursting out laughing. Yuri white in the face, with a barely concealed murderous look, watched petrified as their teammate twirled gracefully along with his new apron.

"Peace and love, wasn't that cute?"

"So cute."

"Almost doesn't look like a gift from Boris"

Yuri hinted a forced smile, carefully avoiding answering. Ivan knew, Sergey had always been terrible at English, what he didn't know was what had happened to the knife with witch he was cutting vegetables.

It had disappeared, like his captain.

This house is as dysfunctional as family, everything happened while I was trying to take a perfect picture of Sergey.

I'm standing there ready to shoot and the dishwasher breaks (under the only counter he can use), it starts leaking water and making sparks, Boris starts repairing it taking up my view, the cat arrives meowing for attention, Julia wanting to drink coffee; super energetic Yuri arrives and wants to help cook (no Yuri. ..it's not for you), then he gives up and starts doing push-ups in the kitchen, then he plays with the cat, then he starts complaining about the chaos around there, Boris stands in the corner and talks to himself...I give up the idea and take Sergey outside and Boris follows me there too.

Meanwhile the food left unattended....

TJRO mantém condenação de homem por feminicídio, em Jaru

   A 2ª Câmara Criminal do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Rondônia, por meio de seus julgadores, não acolheu o pedido de nulidade do Tribunal do Júri da Comarca de Jaru, e manteve a pena de 23 anos e 4 meses de prisão a um homem pela prática do crime de feminicídio. O réu foi condenado sob a acusação de matar a sua esposa, com várias facadas, só porque a vítima pediu para que ele parasse de ingerir bebida alcoólica. Consta em um recurso sentido estrito (7001051-60.2022.8.22.0003), que trata do mesmo crime, que no dia a vítima (esposa do réu) conversava virtualmente (via celular) com a sua irmã, quando repentinamente foi atacada pelo réu, o qual a enforcou e, logo em seguida, a esfaqueou nas costas e no peito. Diante disso, a irmã da vítima, que assistiu à cena, foi até à casa;  mas, mesmo com a presença de sua cunhada no local, o réu continuou com a crueldade até matar a vítima. Consta em uma decisão (interlocutória) do juízo da causa, do dia 26 de abril de 2023, que o réu tem um histórico de violência doméstica contra a vítima, inclusive foi condenado a três anos de reclusão, no processo n. 0006616-42.2013.8.22.0003, por tentativa de homicídio, também com faca. Contudo, a vítima e o réu continuaram convivendo juntos. Anulação do Júri A defesa ingressou com recurso de apelação pedindo a anulação do júri sob o argumento de que a decisão foi manifestamente contrária a provas colhidas no processo. Entre as alegações, pedia o afastamento da agravante de feminicídio e motivo torpe. Para o relator, desembargador Francisco Borges, o crime foi cometido no âmbito doméstico, mediante recurso que dificultou a defesa da vítima, pois ela foi surpreendida no momento em que conversava com a sua irmã. Dessa forma, na análise do relator, “o acolhimento das qualificadoras não decorreu de mera ilação dos jurados, mas sim de informações concretas relatadas pela vítima e pelas testemunhas, não podendo, nesse cenário, haver por parte do Tribunal qualquer censura aos veredictos”. Segundo a denúncia do Ministério Público, o crime aconteceu no dia 5 de março de 2022, na cidade de Jaru. Despues de leer las explicaciones de la página The Sims Resource Oficial no he entendido cual ha sido la finalidad de eliminar a creadores activos y muy buenos de su web. Si es porqué "no cumplian con la cuota de entregas", como si fuera tan fácil diseñar un conjunto de muebles de la noche a la mañana, me parece absurdo. Así que, de ahora en adelante me uno al llamado de fatalrose y de ahora en adelante, me aseguraré que las descargas que promocione sean de MOD Collective o las propias de cada creador. Os traduzco el llamado de fatalrose:

Normalmente trato de ocuparme de mis propios asuntos y mantener mis principios, pero al ver lo que les sucede a las personas con las que hablo y a las personas que adoro, ¡me mantendré firme por ellas!

Recientemente, TSR ha degradado a al menos 70 artistas de una sola vez. Estos artistas no recibieron ninguna advertencia, ninguna explicación sobre lo sucedido, ninguna oportunidad de rectificar su situación, todo lo que recibieron fue un correo electrónico estandarizado y a medias.

Lo que TSR no se da cuenta es que hay poder en la gente. ¡Muchos de los artistas que fueron despedidos son miembros básicos de nuestra comunidad! ThisIsThem, Remus, ShakeProductions, la lista continúa literalmente. Entiendan que estos artistas no tenían ningún compromiso de exclusividad con TSR. No son propiedad de TSR. Han pagado por las obras que se suben allí, pero no por todo lo que hace el creador. Imaginen trabajar para una empresa de manera leal durante más de 10 años y luego ser despedido sin una palabra.

Lo que tampoco parecen darse cuenta es que ahora le han quitado la fuente de ingresos a mucha gente. Sé que algunos creen que los creadores no deberían obtener ingresos de CC, pero ese es el objetivo de TSR, la verdad. Y ahora están dificultando que los artistas eliminen sus creaciones porque aparentemente es abusivo para otros artistas. Así que ahora han despedido a muchas personas maravillosas, las han dejado sin trabajo, ¡pero seguirán beneficiándose de ellas!

Este es mi llamado a la acción para los simmers de la comunidad para la que creo y adoro. ¡Apoyen a estos creadores en otras partes! He cancelado mi TSR VIP y ya no subiré contenido allí. Si otros siguen mi ejemplo, es lo que se merecen. Deben entender que TSR no es nada sin sus artistas leales y si desean actuar de manera tan descuidada, deben ver que no nos vamos a quedar con los brazos cruzados.

Call To Action

Normally I try to mind my own business and Keep my Ps and Qs but seeing what is happening to people I speak with and people I adore, I will stand 10 toes down for them!

Recently, TSR has demoted atleast 70 artist in a fell swoop. These artist were given no warning, no explanation as to what happened, no opportunity to rectify their situation, all they got was a half baked standardised email.

What TSR does not realize is that there is power in the people. Many of the artist let go are staples of our community!! ThisIsThem, Remus, ShakeProductions, the list literally goes on. Understand that these artists had no pledge of exclusivity to TSR. They are not owned by TSR. They have paid for works that are uploaded there but not for everything the creator makes. Imagine working for a company loyally for 10+ years and then being fired without a word.

What they seem to not realize either is that they have now taken away many people's source of income. I know some believe creators shouldn't make income from CC but that is the whole point of TSR tbh. And now they are making it difficult for artist to remove their creations because its apparently abusive to other artist. So now they have fired many wonderful folks, put them out of jobs, but will continue to profit from them!!

This is my call to action for the simmers of the community I create for and adore. Support these creators elsewhere! I have canceled my TSR Vip and will no longer upload there. If others follow suit, it's what they deserve. They need to understand that TSR is nothing without its loyal artist and if they wish to act so carelessly, they need to see that we wont take it lying down!
