The Jade Emperor has acted as Yao’s father figure since he(Yao) was a little kid, and he’s had a human form; which he’s used to go visit him. And since it’s the 21st century; his human form now has short; grey hair.
On a lighter note; J.E. is the most asian parent ever, and Yao is annoyed by it.
