It's suddenly occurred to me that Malleus' broken horn is a perfect setup for a possible book 8. The pattern has always been that the previous antagonist/dorm helps us in the next book and, well, it would be really hard to do that with Malleus without having the enemy defeated in 2 seconds yk.

His power being significantly reduced because of his horn works way better than either A. Making up a stupid reason for him to not be there (a la Superman in Justice League episodes) or B. Making the enemy stupidly strong and simultaneously nerfing Malleus in an unrealistic way.

Tbh I'm excited to see what's to come and how Malleus manages with the damage!

I saw Vil’s new card and was so confused because I thought his hair was black but it’s just a weird hat thing🥲

It does look like he dyed his hair black from far away…

The “hat” Vil is wearing is most likely a silk sleeping cap or bonnet. The smooth texture of silk helps to reduce friction from tossing + turning, retain moisture, and minimize hair breakage and frizziness. (By keeping your hair out of your face, it serves a dual purpose of minimizing the chance of acne forming from hair-skin contact.) Vil has a pretty intense beauty regimen, so it doesn't surprise me that he'd sleep in one of these.

aelhqcongeoaeygcwa Not related to the headwear, HOWEVER. I was shocked to see Vil dressed in such a low-cut top. I know he wore something pretty low for Tapis Rouge too, but at least that time it can be explained as presenting as "sexy" to promote a film. I don't see the need to dress like this if you're going to sleep in it every day and no one else is around? It doesn't look super warm 💦

When he’s without makeup, I find Vil’s face a lot kinder and more approachable 😂 so that’s nice! But then the low-cut top scares me away anyway/j
