Also my personal favourite marcia hc that I actually drew,, a tiny sketch of one time is that she like,,, glows when she's happy absudbrurb,, not enough to be super noticeable normally but u can see it if ur looking absudndjdnnd

okay i absolutely love that hc!! and here we go septimus + marcia headcanons part 2:

· marcia tries to teach septimus how to cook. she’s rather good at it, when she can be bothered to do it and not cheat by using magyk (it doesn’t taste as good if you use magyk). but poor septimus, he just isn’t very good, which isn’t fair because he does try. the best he can manage is burned toast, but though he lacks an ability to cook, he can make a great cup of coffee. marcia quickly relinquishes the coffee pot over to him (also, the coffee pot is terrified of her).

· septimus has no idea what mother’s day is because they didn’t have mothers or holidays in the young army. his siblings ask him what he’s doing for mum on mother’s day and he has no idea what they are talking about. but, after it’s explained to him and he’s had a good day with his mum, he decides it wouldn’t be right if he didn’t do something for marcia. she's not his mum, but she does mum things. so he pulls flowers from the palace gardens (stems, dirt, and all) and hands them to her with no context. marcia is confused for the rest of the day—until alther says, “I think that boy just gave you your first mother’s day gift.” she thinks about it for weeks.

· the heaps have weekly family dinners since all of them no longer live together. eventually they start involving marcia because septimus wants her there (she’s family too). she pretends to hate every second of it and always tries to find a reason not to go, but she’s there every week and right on time because she’s never late to anything.

· for three weeks after he got those horrible fake teeth for his fourteenth birthday, septimus scares marcia with them whenever he can. it gets her every time. she even shrieks and throws a book at him once, but he just laughs his head off.

· fizz froot is banned from the apartment because it makes septimus go crazy go stupid

· marcia is not great with heights (and even less so after the fall into dungeon number one) but its worse after she thinks septimus has fallen to his death. likewise, septimus was not scared of heights until he thought she fell to her death. neither tell the other but they have nightmares about it for weeks and marcia does not let septimus leave the apartment without the flyte charm. despite never wanting to use it herself, he still tries to convince her to take it, because that’s twice now she could have fallen to her death, and “are you absolutely certain you don’t want to hold onto it? just for today?”

· so uh what happens once can happen again, and when septimus is older (his twenties) marcia takes a bullet for him the way alther did her and nearly dies, and “alther it fucking hurts why didn’t you tell me it hurts.”

· septimus doesn’t think marcia’s job is as stressful as she says it is until she tells him that if its not stressful, he can do her job for the next twenty-four hours. three hours in septimus is begging for her to take her job back. he isn’t ready.

· marcia can handle the aftermath of nightmares and panic attacks but she absolutely cannot handle him being sick. she stays six feet away unless he absolutely needs her

· when marcia and milo first get back together septimus is like, “i support you and whatever this is but can you please not do this in my home” and a week later, jenna kicks his door down because “septimus heap did you fucking give marcia and milo permission to make out in my palace”

· he likes pranking her. it’s a normal, quiet day until marcia’s sudden shriek, and then she appears in front of him with her bathrobe tied tight around her and her hair dripping wet and bubblegum pink because he turned her shampoo into a color charm. she demands he fix it, but he’s laughing too hard to get the spell right and marcia has bubblegum pink hair for a week.

· septimus is insufferable and head over heels in love with his first girlfriend and marcia is so over it and the PDA. alther reminds her that she was the same way at his age. she scoffs because she very much was not, and he thinks about it and decides she’s right, but her triumph is short lived. “you were worse,” he says.

· septimus once hid every pair of purple python shoes she owned and she went berserk trying to find them. “maybe the snakes came back to life and slithered away,” he suggests, knowing full well that each shoe is hidden underneath his bed. “that doesn’t make any fucking sense,” marcia shrieks, hardly visible in the mess of her own making

· he misplaces everything and asks her, every time, if she knows where his things are. every time, she’ll know without having to look. “marcia have you seen—” “the stairs.” “what about—” “the table.” “and—” “your desk, the closet, the shelf.”

· septimus doesn’t let anyone touch his hair after he’s kidnapped rescued from the young army. when he comes back from the past though, his hair is several inches longer, and it was already too long. it takes weeks but finally, marcia convinces him to sit down and at least let her cut it, if he’s unwilling to let anyone else touch it. he’s skeptical at first—he trusts her more than he trusts anyone, but to trust her with scissors? –but ultimately, he lets her cut it.

· he wishes marcia and marcellus would stop arguing over him because it feels like they’re in divorce court and they’re arguing over custody. not that they’re his parents. or that he even knows what divorce court is like

· in the first few months of having marcellus in their time as a young man, when septimus is left alone with him he has horrible panic attacks thinking he’s stuck in the past. his first instinct is always to run to the wizard tower because marcia is always in it and he knows he’s in the right time if marcia is there. there is only one time when he cant find her; instead of marcia, he swings open the purple door only to reveal julius pike’s ghost (who is there in an attempt to warn marcia against marcellus) and he is inconsolable until marcia reappears

· when they shove her sofa (and jillie djinn’s ghost) into the hallway, septimus has to stop her from shoving it down the spiral staircase. “jillie deserves it.” “marcia, she’s dead.”

· marcia is ridiculously clumsy and septimus develops a sixth sense in stopping her from crashing into things or falling flat on her face. she is incredibly nearsighted and does own glasses, but does she wear them? no.

· similarly, marcia just knows when septimus is getting into trouble. she doesn’t even have to be nearby—she can be suffering through tea with sarah in the palace or suffering through paperwork in her office and suddenly her eyes will narrow because septimus is getting into something. she isn’t sure where or what, but he’s getting into something.

· the other wizards like to blame marcia for their problems even when it isn’t her fault and septimus defends her every time

omg WHOOPS LMAO i forgot to ask specific questions and topics but for a topic, i’d love for u to talk about some of ur fav classics or period dramas 🥺 maybe i haven’t seen them! and for a question, have you seen belgravia (another period drama made by fellowes) and if so what’s your opinion on it? lastly i only drink unsweet iced tea but i like it without flavor or fruity if it has to be, and as for comfort clothes i have a really big puffy white jacket that makes me feel so safe and warm 🥺

- fave period dramas and classics: first off vanity fair (2018) solely because olivia cooke is the best becky sharp i’ve ever seen, and i love the way this one is shot!!! it’s slightly modernized but only in the way of like, slight fourth wall breaks and soundtrack. stunning but def too short. also victoria on pbs masterpieces! i watched that before watching downton and it was sort of a gateway to period dramas for me lol but it remains one of my faves. the costumes >> and jenna coleman is so talented. and for a comfort classic the 1985 anne of green gables movie series always does it for me :)

- fun fact my mom actually watched belgravia withOUT me after we originally watched downton together, she liked it a lot so i’ve had it on my watchlist for forever and one day i will def get to it! :)) thank u for the q’s <3

ibuki headcanons!!!

had a scene phase and never outgrew it

plays minecraft. building off of @tenkolesbians hc for chiaki i think she runs a minecraft server w/ chiaki for the class. (more info on team chiaki and ibuki later!)

loves memes. has a group chat for the class where she just sends them memes.

she’s super outgoing, wants to see the best in everyone, and wants to get along with everyone, so you know you’re a fucked up person when she doesnt want to be your friend (applies heavily to teruteru & souda)

bc of this she’s super close to almost everyone in her class! she’s always trying to find some way to bring them together, and she even thinks some of her classmates would be cute couples, so she ends up trying to matchmake them

shes a lesbian and also polyamarous but she’s chill w/ being in a monogamous relationship too. all the matters is that she’s in love

her makeup skillz & instrument talents are all self taught

she has a journal where she jots down lyrics for songs if she gets hit with Sudden Inspiration

her horns are like. almost sentient. they get droopy when she’s sad and perk up when she’s happy. kind of like hiyokos pigtails

she likes to work with chiaki over class rep matters, and hosts a lot of class parties. they always end up being chaotic because its ibuki but people still have fun and that’s what matters!

a matter of fact ibuki basically. shares the role of class rep w/ chiaki. ibuki is much better with people anyway but ibuki wouldnt dare take over the role so they work together! 

ibuki was the first of her classmates to come out. when they first came to hopes peak they were all kind of tense & nervous bc they didnt know each other & stuff but they all ended up being lgbt w/ the exception of souda

the only problem w/ this though is that ibuki flirts with the girls a lot and none of them can tell if she’s actually being genuine or if she’s just being ibuki

ibuki LOVES reptiles. especially snakes. she has one at home

ibuki isn’t an only child. she has a couple of younger siblings and she has gay moms

her childhood was really good but chaotic. her moms are nice and supportive bc loving ur child is IN. 

she has adhd

ibuki is one of the best people to go to if you’re having troubles. she gives the best advice. this is bc despite her Ibuki Attitude she knows when to drop her quirks and take things seriously. 

but she’s also known to give advice w/ her quirks too, but she saves that for lighthearted stuff. after the killing game she gets really serious when people vent to her about their guilt or what haunts them

ibuki doesn’t like holding grudges; when she wakes up from her coma she forgives mikan like, immediately. 

during her school years she noticed chiaki, peko and mikan were having trouble making friends so she made it her Personal Mission to be their best friend and help them get closer w/ their other classmates

obviously she has a soft spot for those 3 girls but she loves all her classmates except for teruteru and souda. she especially loves hiyoko for her tsundere attitude and she thinks mahiru is the perfect mom friend and gundam is her Chaotic Partner in Crime

akane, sonia, and peko are her gym buddies. she loves to work out just for fun!

she actually has depression. she feels like she’s supposed to be happy all the time so she usually masks it but she tries her goddamn hardest! mahiru’s got her back & gives the best advice giver the best advice.

ibuki kinddd of gets a crush on mikan & peko and goes to mahiru all screaming & troubled bc yes IBUKI is poly but what if THEY arent

turns out mikan & peko are perfectly fine with “sharing” ibuki but then slowly peko and mikan fall in love with each other too so its a perfect poly relationship where they all love each other

hajime & the imposter keep her from going all over the place and overexerting herself etc.

she really misses being in a band & she tries to start one w/ the twilight syndrome girls. they suck at it

turns out sonia really likes screamo. sonia appears in some of her singles

ibuki loves gaming. she loves undertale. she loves minecraft. she loves lis. chiaki introduces her to a ton more games. 

she also loves bandori and love live

also she’s online friends with sayaka and gets SO excited when she finds out she’ll be her underclassman next year

she loves sailor moon. and naruto

before chisa was teacher she skipped class a lot basically bc she got so BORED of waiting for kizakura all the time. so she just went back to her dorm and practiced her instruments and thought about how gay she was 

her hair is dyed & she probably wears contacts but i couldnt tell u what her natural colors are(also her eyebrows are drawn on. she makes them Pink for Aesthetic. probably shaved them like jenna marbles)

but if u were to guess you’d probably say dark, dark brown or dark teal. maybe her eyes are silver? blue? purple? only peko and mikan know!

ibuki really misses chiaki when she dies :~( plays a lot of games in her memory and cries about it a whole lot and feels really guilty for some reason and then when she finds out that souda, chihiro & miu worked 2gether to make chiaki a new Robot Body w/ her information from the game ibuki cries a whole lot and hugs chiaki and is a real melodramatic mess (thank u to @tenkolesbian and that one fic i read for the inspiration of this hc)

diys a lot of her clothes. also has a ton of merch and fashion from hot topic

her room is kind of. a mess. peko & mikan help her clean it once a week or so

loves trying funky new hair styles!!! Braids!! Pigtails!!!! Buns!!!! every now and then she’ll go get a new thing of hair dye and then everyone begs her to change it back bc she looks so strange

really lovey dovey & touchy... she likes to kiss her girlfriends and cuddle with them and have any excuse to be close. She likes to steal pekos glasses as an excuse to kiss her nose before giving them back & she likes to kiss mikans birthmark

a surprisingly good cook? obviously not shsl worthy or else teruteru wouldnt exist but she lovesss cooking, especially baking. she loves domestic life in general. sign her up

also loves to travel. likes to go to concerts and cons. likes to go to carnivals. just get her out of the house!!!

her relationship with peko & mikan is really healthy for her gfs bc she encourages them to go out of their comfort zone while respecting their boundaries and reassures them that their trauma & mental illness dont define them, and help them cope with their issues.

ok but someone give me that cute bartender storyline though? like this guy tends bar at a restaurant or a pub or something and always sees this cute girl hanging out there, but she’s always either with friends or with some guy so he never really gets the time to talk to her BUT ONE DAY she walks into the place alone and orders so many drinks until she’s so bloody drunk, screaming about how her boyfriend cheated on her, that the bartender had to bring her home himself. she wakes up with a horrible hangover, stumbles out the room to find the bartender cooking breakfast and rolling his eyes, laughing. “FIRST OF ALL, YOU’RE AN IDIOT. SECOND, WE DIDN’T HAVE SEX IF THAT’S WHAT YOU’RE WONDERING. THIRD, BREAKFAST WILL BE READY SOON. SIT.” and fluff commences HELP PLZ ( x )

i wanna do a plot where muse a’s dad is a cop and the cop gets a call from his daughter while on the job and he has like a twenty-one year old in his backseat and his son/daughter is like eighteen and hiS KID IS LIKE “WHO IS IN THE BACK?” AND THE DAD IS LIKE “A TWENTY-ONE YEAR OLD GIRL/BOY.” AND THEN HIS KID ASKS IF THEY ARE CUTE AND THEY ARE LIKE “I’D LIKE TO SAY YES” AND THEY FALL IN FORBIDDEN LOVE AND MUSE B HAS A MOTORBIKE AND MUSE A ALWAYS SNEAKS OUT TO SEE MUSE B BC THEY STILL LIVE W THEIR PARENTS BUT THEY GO AND STAY W MUSE B AT THEIR APARTMENT ALL THE TIME AND GET IN TROUBLE AND THEY MAKE IT HARD FOR EACH OTHER TO TALK WHEN THEY ARE AT THE TABLE AND ITS AMAZING ( x )

so we all have the sweet virginal innocent girl x the bad mature self-confidant guy ship and i fully support that but i also want a plot where it’s exactly that, except i want the sweet little cinnamon roll to be a guy, MUSE A, who’s sweet and soft and lovely and everyone around him falls in love with him because he’s a breath of fresh air and MUSE B is not immune. Maybe Muse B is Muse A’s older sibling’s best friend, maybe they met at a party and opposites attract. Maybe Muse B’s friends made a bet that Muse B could get with Muse A in a given time period and break their heart. We can discuss the details but I just want a flower boy with a flirty hard to resist dreamboat of a guy and all of their cute little conversations and how Muse A slowly but surely falls for Muse B’s charms and how Muse B would do just about anything for Muse A and really…hit me up if you’re interested.
