I love the variety of fan designs for characters from books/audio dramas, it’s great. Also gijinkas. They’re fun and creative!

but man there are always a couple characters that make me do a double take like “I mean it’s not illegal to draw this character as white. It feels like it should be though.”

#I remember when I saw a white Isabel Lovelace. And I went. This Feels Illegal #It’s also a weird feeling every time I see a white gijinka of ART. like that just feels wrong. ART’s dad and sister are Black #White Murderbot also makes me feel Not Right. But that one’s gonna be inescapable soon #On the other hand there are also characters when people draw them POC it makes me go. Have you thought about what you’re suggesting here #K3pl3r kinda falls into this category for me tbh. Like you do you but really.#I remember when humanstuck artists would draw Equius the only Black troll and even in high school it made me go. ARE YOU SURE
