Opinion: Issei would absolutely be head over heels for Yumeko Jabami from Kakegurui since A. He canonically attracts women with strange personalities which she fits the criteria of and B. Yumeko's stupendous tits

Yuuuup, I definitely think he would be. Her 'stupendous' chest (a wonderful description by the way) is rather large and that would attract Issei very quickly. Plus, he does indeed always seem to attract women eventually, ESPECIALLY of the... more eccentric variety.

I also had the idea that Yumeko falls for him in turn because Issei's bullshit luck comes through for him and she loses like a dozen bets with him in a row. I think she'd wager her clothes and end up nearly naked before their betting competition finally ends. She can't understand how such a normal person bested her so many times in so many different wagers!

But she certainly wants to get to know him afterwards~.
