Okay so my brain decided that it's thinking about robul time right now
#Just talking recreationally#I have been thinking about their dynamic. And like.#I think canon ro/bul is so cute. And if I ever write them ill definitely take some stuff from canon#But also. I have my gripes with canon too so ehh#*slaps ro/bul(lmao)* this bad boy can fit so much angst#Also despite making multiple posts about them I havent really talked that much about my ideas for them#(Beisdes the whole marriage thing)#So uh. I think Bul definitely fell in love with Ro when they were children#Like. Very soon after meeting ro. He was smitten. At first it was maybe just a childhood crush#But over time it turned in love and affection for Ro#Imagine baby bul writing love poems for Ro. And then reciting them to him <3#Ro however. I think he found bul cute and adorable and amusing.#And even cared for him.#But it took them longer to love Bul. For a lot of reasons#Mostly fear but a lot of other reasons too.#And also the fact when they met Bul was an empire and Wallachia wasnt. I mean i think they sorta worked together at times for the empire(s)#But at the end of the day. The second bulgarian empire was more Bul's than it was Ro's.
