The flavors of zucchini, mozzarella, and prosciutto come together in this tart to make a tasty and savory dish. This is great for brunch, lunch, or a light dinner.
Ingredients: 1 sheet of puff pastry. 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 4 slices of prosciutto, torn into pieces. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 200C 400F. Place the puff pastry sheet onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Arrange the thinly sliced zucchinis evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a border around the edges. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the zucchinis. Lay torn pieces of prosciutto on top of the cheese. Drizzle olive oil over the tart and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

These homemade elephant ears are a delightful treat with layers of flaky pastry, cinnamon, and sugar. They're perfect for a quick and easy dessert or snack.
Ingredients: 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400F 200C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix well. Unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface. Brush the melted butter evenly over the entire surface of the pastry sheet. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the buttered pastry sheet, pressing it gently to adhere. Fold the pastry sheet in half lengthwise, so you have a long strip. Slice the strip into 1-inch wide sections and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each piece. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the elephant ears are puffed and golden brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your homemade cinnamon and sugar elephant ears!

Raspberry Jam Straws
INGREDIENTS
1 sheet of puff pastry
2 tbsp raspberry jam
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 200c / 400f and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
Unroll the pastry and cut it in half width ways so that you have two equal sized rectangles.
Spoon the jam onto one half and spread it all over the pastry. Place the other rectangle of pastry on top and press down.
Cut the pastry width ways into strips of about 1/2 inch thick (or about a thumb width). Twist each strip, cut in half and place on the baking tray.     Sprinkle each straw with a little brown sugar.
When all of the pastry strips are ready, bake in the oven for 10 minutes,     turning half way.
Allow to cool just for a couple of minutes before serving as the jam will be super hot!
