Once again, I am sorry for pushing these back another day, it's been an exhausting weekend and this upcoming week is going to be full of stuff for me. I have been really excited for this prompt, as I've been waiting to draw my boys again DESPERATELY, and I'm sure you guys are excited to see them too. I remember seeing this idea from another person at one point, of Astarion being driven mad with blood on his nose, mouth and d*ck during - had to draw it out.

What is the current best guess as to how likely/unlikely it is for verified fundraisers to be scams?

Hoo boy. If I had a good guess for that, this would all be much easier.

There are a lot of different people/groups who have at one point or another done some form of verification, many of which do not publicize their methods (often because they don't want scammers to be able to get around them more easily, but still, that makes it tough to accept). Each different person/group may have different standards of evidence and different willingness to verify a fundraiser.

I have spent several hours going through around a dozen fundraisers. I will not be publicizing which ones or what my conclusions are, because getting any kind of certainty with this kind of thing is very, very difficult, and I don't want to get it wrong (in either direction). Some challenges:

Many people have an instagram or tiktok which clearly shows a Palestinian person living in Gaza with a history prior to October 7th, but this social media account does not link back to either their GFM or their tumblr (both of which were created much more recently). In some cases this is probably innocent, but in others, scammers may search common tags on those sites and quietly assume their identities. I have no idea what the proportion is.

In some cases I can be somewhat confident the Palestinian the GFM is for is real, but the middleman (the westerner in charge of sending the gofundme money to the Palestinian refugee) is a complete ghost, not mentioned anywhere and not googleable, and I have no idea if they are reliable.

In the other direction, there are gofundmes with no socials that feel formulaic, with some other things that concern me (ask patterns that feel like botnet behavior, no demonstrated ability to write in Arabic anywhere), but these are also impossible to dismiss as scams - if you are relying on machine translation to try and get from Arabic to English, you are going to sound somewhat formulaic, and to be a refugee is to lack many of the traditional markers of legitimacy that someone in a more stable situation would have.

So in short - shit's fucked! It sounds like the verifiers know this too, and from a mixture of more Palestinians hearing about tumblr's willingness to donate and scammers smelling blood in the air, it sounds like people are burning out. Many of the existing verifiers are themselves Palestinian refugees, and being a refugee puts a huge amount of stress on you in a way that makes it very hard to maintain a verification workload. As I've said before, this kind of thing is a full time job.

If someone reading this would strongly prefer to donate to an individual over an established organization, I would recommend the paypal linked in 90-ghost's bio.

90-ghost seems like as confident as I can be that someone is who they say they are - he has a long history on this site posting about Palestine in Arabic prior to October 7th, other Palestinian users on this site seem to trust him, and the PayPal he links (his brother's, not his) is someone he knows personally and doesn't have a middleman between his family and the money.

Remember: don't just click that link! Before you send anyone money, double check my work - go to his blog and verify that I linked the correct PayPal and that the things I just said are true.

Thinking about Erwin’s appearances on set despite no longer being in the show for years now. That doesn’t stop him from coming from back time to time. He tries to attend every award ceremony to support his friends and the rest of the crew. The same treatment is often reciprocated when it comes to his award ceremonies.

One time, Zeke posted on his Instagram story regarding the filming season and how it was about to start again. Make-up set, props ready in the background. Other actors were seen sitting around in their uniforms. Erwin was there to give a surprise visit, giving him a side hug with a clapperboard in his right hand.

A month or two after an episode is aired (to avoid spoilers), Connie uploads blooper videos to his YouTube channel. One of the few moments that get really popular is Levi breaking character every few seconds because he can't stop laughing at the ticklish feeling of the bandages over his eyes and lips.

Eren and Jean stream video games on Twitch (scheduled on weekends) and are really great friends outside of the show. They often drag Armin into it, who isn’t great at games, but he tries. What matters to them is having fun regardless of what they do! They get into character once in a while, saying lines or coming up with something silly, and the chat goes insane.

Erwin ends up creating a channel to post vlogs every week or two. He gets active on social media, but he isn’t constantly up to date with trends. He’s a supportive guy though, and he learns the power of emojis the hard way.

Levi doesn’t have social media except for a Twitter account that he never uses (mainly to claim his name so no one else could take it, and there’s no profile picture). His bio is something simple that the kids come up with.

Moblit falls under this category of non-social media users but appears in posts of others.

Levi had no idea people were shipping his character with someone else, but he doesn’t get why. There’s hardly romance in this story aside from Mikasa and Eren, it’s mostly about war.

In a Q&A, he briefly admits that Eruri is cute but thinks Levihan has more chemistry.

During an interview, Connie once accidentally said a minor spoiler and Reiner tried to cover it up by flexing his muscles as a form of distraction. Mikasa laughed the entire time as the two freaked out, and Bertholdt had to tell them, “Be quiet before you guys say something worse!

However, 95% of the time, it’s Eren who spoils almost everything about the show… if it isn’t for Annie covering his mouth and Floch suddenly making weird “ah-ah!” screams to stop him from saying anything else.

Levi had brought duck tape to cover the poor boy’s mouth—if needed, he claimed.

Petra and Oluo were in awe when they heard about AurEtra. She gives her support to Eruri and Aruani, while Oluo thinks love is the last thing to worry about in this tragic journey.

cartman -- 4chan. self-explanatory. his favorite boards are /cm/, /pol/, but is also partial to /toy/ and /gif/. /Lgbt/ lurker firmly of the position that traps aren't gay.

kenny -- youtube. watches a lot of fail compilations, conspiracy theories, and doomsday preppers. occasionally he plays three hour long sigma male motivation and philosophy videos on the nature of evil in the background while huffing computer duster.

stan -- snapchat. the guy that makes a bunch of annoying black background 2 am “anyone up” snaps all the time and then is upset when no one is. Mostly watches others' stories and does not post incredibly often but is easily tricked into sending shirtless pics to girls from school despite better judgement then minorly freaks out when notified a screenshot was taken (for the purpose of light mockery at the girls' slumber parties) to Kyle who chides him for his low self-esteem.

kyle -- reddit. super annoying about it too. is a mod for 2-3 midsize subs where everyone hates him because he takes it far too seriously and is constantly making pinned posts reminding everyone of sub rules. always making snarky comments like “not sure why i’m being downvoted...” that are then in turn downvoted. Bitches to Stan about mod drama who gives it the good ol college try pretending he cares about the power struggle between him and mod u/PoohDonkey420

butters -- split between Pinterest and TikTok. likes a lot of paper craft and seasonal decorating ideas on Pinterest and then makes videos of his attempts to recreate them on TikTok; becomes a minor celebrity subject to many conspiratorial YouTube documentaries about his living situation given how often Stephen interrupts a video to yell at him that butters is not tech savvy enough to cut out in their entirety.

craig -- also 4chan. almost exclusively sticks to /co/ and /mu/ but likes to pop-in to /lgbt/ to remind everyone on board (see: Cartman) that traps are indeed gay.

clyde -- twitter. Gets no engagement whatsoever but is posting all day every day. Is always direct messaging chicks with onlyfans links in bio to see if he can sweet talk them into nudes for free. Never does. cries to Craig about it who then calls him pathetic.

tolkien -- instagram. gym thirst traps and pictures of expensive family vacations. Super into grindset posting about no days off and aspirational graphics, power of positive thinking type shit. falls victim to the charms of hot women hawking tummy tea.

jimmy -- also reddit. master of fake-post-as-creative-writing-exercise posting. Frequents r/TIFU and r/jokes, then cross-posts his r/jokes post into r/standupcomedy to ask “is this anything?” and receives maybe two comments, three if it’s a good day. is the “you sir win the internet have my upvote” guy.

tweek -- tiktok, but it's a love-hate relationship. the never-ending stream of short videos is the perfect time-wasting relaxation pit due to his severe ADHD but induces extreme paranoia about what exactly the algorithm *does*. never posts, just favorites funny and/or cute videos to show craig later; Craig laughs at maybe every fifth one.

“Sneaky Link”

With Halloween around the corner and surge of unusual violent robberies and kidnappings going on around town, more and more young ladies decided to give it a try. With the police having their hands full investigating the string of home invasions in the area, that left room for easier pickings of the low hanging fruit.

There had been quite a few warning notices emailed to all the students about a series of robberies which male victims were lured through apps like Tinder and Facebook dating. But guys were stubborn. All of them had the idea that it would never happen to them. Just like Rich. He was a natural ladies man. They practically loved him. He heard about what happened to the other guys, but to him, they were all clowns who barely had any experience with girls. Unlike him, he got them all. His name rung around campus amongst different friend groups about what he was working with. Never in the slightest, had a girl took anything from him other than smooth and powerful back shots.

It was around 2:30a in the morning when he sat back in his gaming chair killing time with rounds of call of duty with his boys. In between games, he would sit on his phone, scrolling through his instagram direct messages, or swiping through Tinder and Facebook dating. Every now and then, his boys would often joke and complain about him not paying attention because he was too busy talking with some girl. “If yall mad yall don’t get no pussy, just say that…” Rich laughed into his headset. “Na bro, you just be OD with sometimes, you gonna fuck around and catch somethin’… or a bitch gon catch you”, his friend Josh replied, the rest of them in the party chat laughing into the background. “I hope I’m wrong, but the bitches been movin’ sus as fuck lately, broski… strap up in more ways than one”, Josh added. “Aww bro I’m not worried about that shit! My hoes know it’s only one thing they taking from me…”, Rich responded.

Waiting for the game to start, Rich quickly swiped through Facebook dating a few times, barely pausing to read the girls bios or even their names. “Cmon bro, what is you doing? We on the move, Rich!”, Keith yelled at him through party chat as they were being shot at. “That’s my bad, twin… I’m finna lock in…” Rich replied after he sat his phone down on his desk. After 10mins of laser focus and his team clutching a win, his phone began to explode with notifications.

“Damn, who is that?!” Rich exclaimed in surprise to himself. He had a match on Facebook with a brown skin girl named Janiya. Her complexion a mixture of honey and brown sugar left him mesmerized. She sent him a message right after they matched. “Check your insta and follow me back…” Rich read to himself before navigating to the next app. He hit follow after checking his instagram notifications then noticed she sent him a dm. In the message, she attached two hidden images. Tapping the imagines, he caught a quick glimpse of risqué poses. “Oh my goodness!” Rich said to himself, unprepared to see that so soon. Her curvy, and thick stature enticed Rich immediately. Soon after the images disappeared, she sent him a voice message. “When you coming to put your hands on me, baby? I’m waiting for you…” the sweet voice of an angel dragged out full of lust and desire. “I can come right now… I’m mean if you really about that…” Rich explained smoothly in response with his own voice message. Janiya quickly replied, “meet me around the commons area, daddy… park on the backside…” Rich responded with a quick text, “Bet!”, he spoke out loud. “Ay, I gotta go fellas, I’ll get up with y’all tomorrow…” Rich proposed into his headset. Everybody in the party chat began to smack their lips in playful discontent. “Here he go with this shit… be careful out there my guy and remember what I said”, Josh said in the party chat. “Cmon now, dude, are you my father? I’m good my guy!” Rich joked, “but I appreciate you looking out, I’ll hit you tomorrow…”

Rich took off his headset as he backed out the multiplayer lobby, leaving his friends in the party chat. He quickly threw on his grey Nike tech suit and slipped his feet into crocs, his go to sneaky link attire. He grabbed his keys and made his way to his car. The exhaust of his Dodge Charger made a brief roar as it started before he slowly pulled off from his parking spot right outside his apartment.

He was very familiar with the commons area back street. It was about a 5 minute walk from the freshman girls dormitory. He had many fun times with a countless number of girls back there since they weren’t able to have boys inside. Midway through his first sophomore semester, this became just as routine as heading to a lecture. He checked the middle console of his car, making sure that he was fully protected and prepared for the night. He pushed aside his Glock 19 as he pulled a condom out and shoved it into his jogging pants pocket.

Tight spandex leggings covered their legs, tucked into soft, black tube socks. Black suede timberland boots covered their feet giving them at least an extra inch to their 5’7 and 5’8 heights. Their hands snuggly fit into tight leather gloves as Raya flicked and closed the black pocket knife she stole from a corner store earlier that day. Black knit beanies sat on top of their heads covering the knot of the doubled up nylon stocking mask over their faces, with holes cut out for their eyes allowing giving them better vision. It also allowed their full, false eyelashes to flutter freely. From a distance, no one would be able to realize the mask. With big lips drawn into place, colorful eye shadow and sharp eyebrows sketched into the nylon, they looked like two life size Bratz dolls. You would hardly be able to tell up close either, until they begin to speak.

“You sure this gonna work? What if he doesn’t come?”, Jada nervously asked, scanning the street up and down in paranoia.

“Will you please relax? He gonna come… Rich never turns down a ‘fun time’…” Raya replied, sarcasm trailing off her statement. Raya had a couple fun nights with rich in the past. He was her first boyfriend as they both started off their freshman year of college in love… for about 2 months until he cheated on her. The worst part was that he broke things off with her for confronting him about. That left her heartbroken seeing that she gave him her virginity. It was the beginning of her villain era. She began to sleep around with different guys more frequently, but still nowhere close to the volume of her ex-boyfriend. Her heart grew colder as she realized that wasn’t fulfilling her hunger for some kind of revenge. It wasn’t until summertime, on a girls trip to Miami. She and her friends drugged a couple guys on the last night of the trip, robbing them of expensive jewelry and cash in their hotel room, leaving Florida immediately the next morning. That was the first time she felt control in her hands. The embarrassment the guys felt as they woke up stripped of their valuables was a fair exchange for the embarrassment of the heartache Rich caused. She vowed to herself to make sure he felt it personally, maybe even worse.

With the recent events playing out, and all the talk of girls being suspected of these elaborate robberies and abductions, she decided it was time to raise the stakes. Her and a couple friends, including Jada, started to set up thirsty guys using social media and dating apps. With pocket knives at their side, they robbed multiple guys, well before the school decided to bring notice to the crimes.

“Somebody’s coming!”, Jada whispered ducking down as head lights danced through the brush of tall grass and low hanging branches. Both Raya and Jada watched Rich’s car pass in front of them oblivious to their presence. As his car crawled down the street slowly, Raya’s phone lit up with an instagram notification. “That’s him… wait, get down, he’s coming back this way…” Raya advised before both her and Jada slouched down into their seats.

The head lights flickered off of the Kia Stinger parked along the trees in the grass. Rich paid it no mind, as he pulled his car past to park in his usual spot under the street light. “Building D… perfect!” Rich said to himself as he got out of his car and began to walk back down towards the dead end that lead into the commons area of the girls dormitory. Building D was notorious for their lacking enforcement of the no boys allowed policy. Guys were being snuck in and out of there regularly because of its lack of light and security patrol. With many robberies and other dastardly events that took place behind building D, security guards were either lazy or too scared to patrol there only being armed with a flash light. Being the super hero he thought he was in his own mind, Rich felt no way as he faded into the dimness of the park. Covered by the shadows of the tree line, Raya and Jada left the car, silently shutting their doors before they quickly split up. Raya made her way towards building D, deeper in darkness before she crossed the street to meet an unsuspecting Rich along the sidewalk. Jada made her way towards Rich’s car, quietly opening the door before the auto lock engaged. She began to rummage through it as he walked on.

“Hey Daddy! Why you keep me waiting like that?” A feminine voice spoke out from in front of him. Having only heard her voice once through the brief message on instagram, Rich confidently assumed it was Janiya’s. Most girls sounded the same to him to begin with so he didn’t really give it much thought of it not being her. “Cmon, love… I got over here quick as I could, I had to go to the store and get right, you feel me?”, Rich said as he began to see the figure close distance as they walked towards each other. As got closer, Rich began to see a difference in Janiya’s appearance. She was a bit slimmer than her pictures suggested. Also, her face was a bit brighter than he remembered. “She probably was using filters or something, no big deal to me… a win is a win”, Rich thought to himself. About 10 feet away from each other, it started to set in that something may be off a little. He began to notice her outfit, covered in black, as she slowly stepped forward. Still keeping his stubborn optimism, not trying to seem too puzzled, he joked, “you taking ‘sneaky link’ to another level, huh?”

With her gloved hands tucked away in the pockets of her bomber jacket, Raya was a just a few feet from Rich now. “You have no idea, baby boy… I don’t really wanna be seen right now”, she muttered with a sense of seduction in her voice before she removed her gloved hands from her pockets. Rich began to process the situation once he realized her lips did not move when she spoke. “Who… wait… what the fuck is on your face?” Rich asked in confusion as he began to look closely. The reality hit him. A strange doll face stocking covered most of her face. The masked girl suddenly flicked open a pocket knife blending in with the glove on her left hand. “Back up…” the masked stranger growled through her teeth. With his hands up, Rich took a few steps back before he gestured that he was about to make a run for it. Just as quick as he thought, he felt a stiff object at the back of his head stop him from turning around before it retracted briefly.

CLICK-CLACK The familiar sound rung in his ear before the object met his hood covered head again. “This is loaded right? I found it in your car by the way…” spoke the voice of another girl standing behind him. With a his own gun to his head and a masked girl clad in black holding a knife in front of him, he couldn’t believe what was going on.

“Little bit of advice... never link with a random bitch at 3am...” the masked girl said in front of him, mockingly. “Now empty ya fuckin' pockets, play boy!!”, she said before opening the palm of her free hand. “I'd be dumb not to rob your stupid ass...” she added watching as he cleared his pockets of his wallet, phone and car keys. “I can't believe this shit... This gotta be a prank”, he thought handing everything over one by one. They ordered him back to his car, the gun never leaving from behind his head. Opening the car door, the girl with the knife demanded him to strip before lying face down across the back seat. In nothing but his boxers, his wrists were tied tightly behind him with the laces of a pair of sneakers they found in his trunk. They slammed the door shut not before they stuffed his sock into his mouth. “Follow me to his place so we can go clean it out…” Raya said to Jada before she scurried away to her car. Unable to speak, he watched as the masked girl drove his car away from the commons area.

Leaving him tied up in the back seat, the girls made quick work of snatching valuables from his room. Clothes, shoes, his PlayStation 5, the shoebox of cash tucked away in his closet, all disappeared into suit cases and duffle bags they found around his room. Walking him back into his apartment, cutting off his boxers before taking pictures of him naked, tied up and gagged across his bedroom floor. Raya and Jada stripped themselves of their clothes, leaving only their mask and gloves on. Jada held the knife to Rich’s throat as Raya rode him intensely. After 15 minutes, they switched roles letting Jada get a piece of him. Roughly 10 minutes later, Jada was beyond satisfied. Finally seeing what the hype was about, she struggled to pull herself from on top of his 7” rod. “Do we have to leave him? We can’t take him with us for few days?”, Jada suggested before Raya squatted over his face, her sweet box inches away from Rich’s chin. “Maybe… if he does a good job with his tongue, we might just leave him be”, she joked in a deviously kinky tone. “But we can for sure pay him another visit if he plays nice…” she added. “Remember, pretty boy… we have those pictures… tell anybody about this and they’ll be uploaded everywhere in minutes!” She hissed as she gripped his chin in her leather gloved hand. His eyes widened at the threat of being exposed so embarrassingly. “Ok! Ok! I won’t tell a soul, I swear to God!” He pleaded rapidly after the sick was finally pulled from his mouth. “Good boy… now eat this pussy!” Raya snarled before pushing his head down, falling to her knees as her vagina pressed against his lips.

After ten more hard minutes of working his tongue with little air to breathe, the girls finally redressed into their black outfits. “This never happened, right?” Raya asked, Rich nodded still trying to catch his breath. “See you around, Richie!” she uttered flirtatiously. “Bye, pretty boy!” Jada added similarly. He laid there in still in disbelief. He definitely didn’t picture this happening when he left his room. He may have been robbed, but his tool was still put to use and by two different girls who seemed to know exactly how to please themselves as well as a man. Even if he had loss most of his belongings, a win was still a win. As he laid there in the bare, empty room, he heard his engine roaring away from his apartments.

“Fuck! That was even better than the first time… I definitely have to some of that again…” Raya thought to herself as she drove his Charger down the highway towards the chop shop with Raya trailing behind her. “I’ll have to switch it up a bit though, I doubt he falls for the same game twice…” she said to herself, still hidden behind her mask as a plan began to form in her mind.
