Senior scientist Dr. Mahendra Shah with Guru Yogi Shivan during his visit to Indimasi Healing Village, Poovathoor. During his interaction, he appreciated the work and vision of Indimasi towards building a healthy and sustainable world. Dr. Mahendra Shah has dedicated his life to sustainable development with decades of work with the United Nations, the World Bank, International Science, Policy Research Institutions and also as an investment policy adviser to Governments. He was a Special Advisor to the Secretary-General of UNCED during 1991-92 and prepared the Earth Summit report "The Global Partnership for Environment and Development - A Guide to Agenda 21". Dr Shah is the founder of Zen Resort Bali where the vision is to create a holistic approach to sustainable human health.
