1. PM Narendra Modi – ‘PM Narendra Modi’ is an upcoming Indian biographical film directed by Omung Kumar and jointly produced by Suresh Oberoi, Sandip Ssingh, and Anand Pandit. The film is based on the life of Narendra Modi, and 14th Prime Minister of India; starring Vivek Oberoi in the lead role who is also credited as co-writer of the film. The first look of the film was released on 7th January 2019. The film will release in 23 different languages. The movie will release on 24 May 2019 alongside Arjun Kapor’s ‘India’s Most Wanted’.
2. India’s Most Wanted – ‘India's Most Wanted’ is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, and starring Arjun Kapoor. The film is about tracking a terrorist in a secret mission and arresting him without firing bullets. This film also deals with a journey of Prabhat Kapoor's (played by Arjun Kapoor) life of action adventure. India's Most Wanted is inspired by the arrest of proscribed organisation Indian Mujahideen (IM) terrorist Abdul Subhan Qureshi, also referred to as India's Osama Bin Laden, in January 2018 by Delhi Police. The movie stars Arjun Kapoor, Amrita Puri and Rajesh Sharma amongst many others. The movie is going to release alongside ‘PM Narendra Modi’ on 24 May 2019.
3. Bharat – ‘Bharat’ is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language period drama film written and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. It is jointly produced by Atul Agnihotri, Alvira Khan Agnihotri, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Nikhil Namit and Salman Khan under the banners Reel Life Productions, Salman Khan Films and T-Series. The film stars Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Tabu, Disha Patani and Jackie Shroff. It traces India's post-independence history from the perspective of a common man, and follows his life from the age of 18 to 70. The movie is going to release this Eid i.e. 5 June 2019.
4. Kabir Singh – ‘Kabir Singh’ is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language drama film written and directed by Sandeep Vanga. It is a remake of his own Telugu film Arjun Reddy (2017). Jointly produced by Cine1 Studios and T-Series, the film stars Shahid Kapoor, Kiara Advani, Suresh Oberoi and Nikita Dutta amongst many others. It focuses on the title character, an alcoholic surgeon who goes on a self-destructive path after his ex-lover marries someone else. Principal photography began in October 2018, and ended in March 2019. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release on 21 June 2019.
5. Mission Mangal – ‘Mission Mangal’ (transl. Mission Mars) is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language film directed by Jagan Shakti. It stars an ensemble cast of Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Nithya Menen, Sharman Joshi and Sonakshi Sinha, and tells the story of scientists at Indian Space Research Organisation who contributed to the Mars Orbiter Mission, which marked India's first interplanetary expedition. The movie is said to release on the Indian Independence Day i.e. 15th August 2019.
6. Batla House – ‘Batla House’ is an upcoming Indian Hindi action thriller film based on the Batla House encounter case that took place on 19 September 2008. The film starring John Abraham, Mrunal Thakur, Ravi Kishan and Manish Chaudhari is directed by Nikkhil Advani. Abraham plays police officer Sanjeev Kumar Yadav in the film which began filming in September 2018. It is set to release on 15 August 2019 alongside Akshay Kumar’s ‘Mission Mangal’.
7. Saaho - Saaho is an upcoming Indian trilingual action film written and directed by Sujeeth, and produced by UV Creations and T-Series. The film stars Prabhas, Shraddha Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Arun Vijay, Jackie Shroff and others in supporting roles. It is being shot simultaneously in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil languages. Filming began in June 2017. The film is made on a budget of ₹300 crore, which includes the use of VFX. The film was shot in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Romania and other parts of Europe. The filming for the movie began in August 2017. Actors like Arun Vijay, Jackie Shroff, Lal, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Mandira Bedi were roped in along with the leads, Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor. A better part of the budget was spend to shoot some action scenes for the film. Also, international stunt choreographer Kenny Bates has been zeroed in to supervise the major action scenes. The movie is said to release on 15 August 2019 alongside ‘Batla House’ and ‘Mission Mangal’.
8. Commando 3 - Commando 3[2] is a 2019 Indian action film, directed by Aditya Datt and produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah. The film features Vidyut Jamwal, Adah Sharma and Gulshan Devaiah. This film marks the Bollywood debut of Angira Dhar. The film is a sequel to the 2017 film Commando 2. The film is scheduled for release on 20th September, 2019.
9. Housefull 4 - Housefull 4 is an upcoming Indian action comedy film directed by Farhad Samji, and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. The film is the fourth installment of Housefull. The film was third to be directed by Sajid Khan who also directed the first two installments, but he was replaced by Farhad Samji. Nadiadwala claimed that the film will be the highest budgeted Indian comedy film. The film is slated for a Diwali 2019 release in IMAX. The film stars Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deo and Pooja Hegde among many others. The film is said to release on 25 October 2019.
10. Street Dancer 3D - Street Dancer, also known as Street Dancer 3D is a 3D dance drama film produced by Bhushan Kumar under T-Series. Directed by Remo D'Souza, the film stars Varun Dhawan, Prabhudheva, Nora Fatehi and Shraddha Kapoor. It is slated to release on 8 November 2019. The first schedule of the film was shot in Punjab with Varun Dhawan, Sonam Bajwa and Aparshakti Khurana. After which, the second schedule took place in London with the rest of the team including Shraddha Kapoor, Shakti Mohan and Nora Fatehi. Katrina Kaif was first leading lady, but after she opted out, Shraddha Kapoor was taken.
