"What am I wearing?!" Tracy shrieked, getting up on her knees and goggling at the disposable diaper strapped tightly around her waist. Her head felt funny. Why was she in bed? The last thing she remembered was Sabrina, her stepdaughter-to-be, giving her something to drink, and then...
"Ah, you're awake!" came a young woman's voice. "Did you enjoy your little nap, Tracy?"
Tracy looked up to see Sabrina standing over her, a mocking smile on her face. "Sabrina?" She still felt a little confused and disoriented, but she didn't like the expression on the girl's face at all. "What's going on?" she demanded. "What did you..." She thought back to that moment in the kitchen, when Sabrina had unexpectedly offered to make her morning coffee. "Did you drug me?!" she screeched. "And why did you put me in a fucking diaper?"
Sabrina's smile widened. "If my Dad wants to get remarried, fine," she said matter-of-factly. "But it's not going to be to some vapid bimbo who's only after his wallet."
Tracy flushed. So what if she was only after Sabrina's father for his money? He was in his sixties or something. If he wanted a hot young trophy wife, what was wrong with that? And if she ended up divorcing him after a year or so and taking half of his fortune, it would be his own stupid fault for being so naïve.
"Unfortunately," said Sabrina, "Dad's been totally taken in by your seductive little schemes, so it's up to me to protect him." Her eyes glittered dangerously. "It's up to me to make sure he'll never be attracted to you again."
"What are you..." But Tracy suddenly gasped, a manicured hand flying to her mouth, as she felt a tiny trickle of pee leak into her Pampers. She tried to clamp down on the flow, but nothing happened. The trickle stopped after only a few seconds, but it was enough to make the padding between her legs feel disgustingly warm and wet, and more to the point, it had been completely out of her control. “What did you do to me?!" she squealed, repulsed by the sensation of piss soaking into her pants and pressing against her pussy.
"You really are stupid, aren't you?" Sabrina laughed. "Isn't it obvious, you dumb whore? I made you incontinent. Or is that word too big and complicated for you? Would it be easier to understand if I told you that you'll never use the little girl's room again?"
Tracy stared at her, open-mouthed, too stunned and horrified to speak. She couldn’t be incontinent. She couldn’t be. It wasn't possible to just take someone's control away!
"I added a special ingredient to your latte this morning," Sabrina explained, as if reading her mind. "A little something I found online. A few drops are enough to cause total and permanent incontinence, though I promise you it's quite untraceable, so don't bother running to the police to whine about how your boyfriend's meanie daughter stole your potty training. I made sure not to leave any evidence, and you'll just sound crazy."
Tracy felt as though she'd been doused in icy water. If Sabrina was telling the truth, if she really was incontinent, then she'd never be able to seduce a man again! Her stomach rolled as she imagined trying to persuade Sabrina's father to buy her a new pair of shoes, clutching his arm and rubbing her breasts against his chest, only to feel her diaper drooping between her legs as she pooped in it without warning. She'd be a joke!
Sabrina was smirking. "Are you getting it now, you gold-digging trollop? Your homewrecking days are over. Men aren't going to look twice at you when they find out about your little potty-pants problem. The kind of guys you're after want a hot piece of ass, not a diapered one, and without your sex appeal you're nothing but an overgrown brat. But you should know, there are men out there who are into girls that need diapers. Maybe you could find one of them to look after you? Of course, it wouldn't be the kind of glamorous lifestyle you'd hoped for... It would be a life of spankings, early bedtimes, messy highchair feedings, and begging your Daddy for diapie changes. But hey, at least you wouldn't have to work!"

Yandere Overhaul x Reader on their period headcanon + drabble
Synopsis: The title sums it up!!!
Notes: yandere, kidnapped reader, reader gets their period, misogyny, humiliation, period-based shaming and punishment
Tumblr media
“Oh, you dear thing–you dear, sullied thing.”
Predictably, he is not the nicest about the nature of your period. Although there is an inherent oozing, cooing condescension in regards to anything medical which causes you pain or discomfort, your period is a little… trickier.
It is, objectively in his mind, so very dirty, after all.
Of course, there is the mess involved. His germophobia makes him feel ill in regards to most bodily functions, and that does include menstruation.  It is something of a conflict for him, because he does feel he should take ownership of your medical needs, but he has zero desire to be involved in anything related to bodily function.
But don’t think that means he gives up control during that time of the month. Barring a medical reason, he chooses your method of menstrual hygiene: pads, and pads only. Why? Because tampons can cause toxic-shock syndrome, and because he’s a freak who doesn’t want to imagine you putting anything inside but perhaps, down the line, with careful planning and utmost cleaning, his dick.
You will be solely responsible for the disposal of your pads, however, and he takes it seriously. He’ll instruct you–distaste obvious on his face–to wrap them first in the provided plastic liner, then in several rounds of unused toilet paper, and then into special biohazard bags. Yes. Biohazard bags. Punishment will be swift if you disobey him on this–he’d find any straying from this necessary “hazard” treatment abhorrent.
He’ll instruct you to clean yourself exceptionally well during your period, too. He has a tendency to instruct you while you bathe–gaze to the side, if you’ve been good–and he would want you to take special care to wash your privates during that time of the month. It’s humiliating. Patronizing. But if you don’t do it, he’ll force himself to take the reins and do it for you–something you definitely don’t want.
On the other side of things, he gets a twisted satisfaction from treating your other symptoms. Feeling weak or lightheaded? Cramps? Backaches? Wanting to simply curl up and sleep it off? Those trigger something thickly patronizing in him–and he’d want to take care of you.
It’s a very strange sort of pampering, in which he is both hands-on and, due to his distaste for menstruation, hands-off.
He’d forbid you from engaging in anything too strenuous. You should be in bed, dear. Resting. You’d get a pillow to shove between your legs. He would provide you with a heating pad, and supervise you the whole time, lest you misuse it and burn your skin.
If you behave, you can have medication to ease your pains. If you don’t, well, biology has seen fit to suitably punish you, hasn’t it?
He will absolutely line your bed with incontinence pads in case of any “spillage” in the night. Anything that gets stained goes into a biohazard bag.
Overall, it’s not a great time. You’ll start dreading your period because while he doesn’t exactly mistreat you during that time of the month (withholding medication when you aren’t “good” notwithstanding)-- he treats you like you’re some sort of mildly dirty thing that needs to be carefully handled.
Your skin burns fire-hot and you keep your legs pressed together, hands covering the fold of your nightgown over what you know is a blood-damp patch. There hadn’t been any signs of your period coming this month–but considering the amount of stress you were under on a daily basis, it was no wonder that your body was a bit out of sorts.
“There’s no use lying to me,” he says, voice low behind the mask. There’s displeasure in it, yes, but something else, too. Something that makes your stomach curl up, slimy and humiliated.
Disgust.
“I didn’t–I’m not–” You cross your legs again, and feel the cool damp patch in your underwear move. An unpleasant sensation made worse by the man standing in front of you, acting like you’d done something awful by merely getting your period in the middle of the night.
If only you’d woken up before he came into the room. You might have been able to rush into the bathroom and hide the underwear, maybe, or–your mind whirs for ways you might have gotten out of this situation, but everything ends up being a dead end.
You’re not supposed to open the dresser by yourself, so he’d know if you got a fresh pair of underwear and a new nightgown. And where could you hide the soiled clothes, exactly? Nowhere. Maybe you could have set them in cold water in the sink to soak, but no doubt he’d make you scrub the sink with disinfectant if you’d tried that option.
You’re left with nothing to do but move your hands and stand up and stare at your bare feet as an awful, sludgy mixture of humiliation and anger courses through you. It makes your stomach clench and roil–or maybe that’s just a lovely effect of the time of the month.
“I didn’t mean to,” is what you finally manage to say, eyes burning a hole in the soft carpet at your feet. Apologizing for what used to be an eye-roll and irritated sigh moment in the mornings where your pad had shifted or when you’d started while you slept. Apologizing for daring to have a biological function that–like most biological functions–made him comfortable.
He hums, softly.
“Of course you are, dearest.” You still can’t look up at him. It’s enough to hear the low ripple of discomfort in his voice; enough to know that he finds you dirty.
And maybe that’s part of the shame. That someone who has no trouble going on about your purity, about the need to keep you away from the dirtiness of the outside world, sees that dirt in you once a month between your legs.
“No need to delay it any further, hmm? We’ll get you disinfected and properly dispose of those clothes.” You wonder if he’s looking at the stain on your gown, now; is he imagining the way the stain must look underneath, still damp on the plain white cotton underwear he gives you each day?
You keep your eyes trained to the floor. It’s better not to know.

Home Nursing Advice Column #6: Home Nursing Kit
You have probably heard of a first aid kit, and you may already have one. First aid kits are pretty much for minor injuries and illnesses, and to get you through the first few minutes of more severe injuries.
This post is not about those. This post is about a home nursing kit. Things you need or would at least want to have while taking care of someone at home long term.
Note that you probably wouldn't need all of this for a home nursing kit if you have one particular patient in mind. But it's good to own some of these things just because you're probably going to take care of someone at some point- be it a child, chronically ill person, or elderly person.
Assessment/Data Gathering Tools:
Stethoscope (and ideally know how to differentiate normal and abnormal lung sounds)
Blood pressure cuff (manual and know how to use it, or automatic- upper arm cuffs are more reliable than wrist ones, but the wrist ones are cheaper)
Fingertip pulse oximeter
Nitrite dip sticks for UTI detection
Thermometer (ear or oral- the glass kind never need batteries jsyk)
Glucometer and test strips
Personal Care Tools:
Nitrile gloves
Urinal (female or male depending on your patient)
Bath basins
A lot of washcloths
Electric kettle for warming up water (mix boiling water with tap water to desired temp in bath basin)
Rinse-free soaps
Leave-in conditioner or de-tangling spray
Bed pads or diapers for incontinence (they both come in both disposable and reusable- even for adults)
Bed pads or draw sheets for positioning
Evaporative cooling towel
Hot water bottle
Ice packs
Pillows for pressure reduction
Nail care kit
Medications:
Person's prescription medications
Acetaminophen
Some kind of NSAID
Aspirin
Some kind of antihistamine
Pill organizer
Pill cutter
Petroleum Jelly
OTC antifungal (like the cream kind for vaginal yeast infections, especially if the person has a vagina or skin folds and takes antibiotics)
Laxatives and stool softeners
Wound Care Tools:
Adhesive bandages
ACE wraps of different sizes
Irrigation syringe or the ability to improvise one
Cloth or paper tape
Gauze pads. Like way more of these than you could possibly think that you could use if you're dealing with literally any wound. Alternatively strips of soft cotton cloth that are boiled in between uses.
Food Items:
Instant chicken stock
Electrolyte powder
Drink mix powders to make water more palatable
Some good milkshake recipes
Some good soup recipes
Overbed tray

When I was in the high school I went through a massive growth spurt over one summer. I went from being a short chubby kid with a girlish voice to a tall good looking young man with a deep voice. Bullies were leaving me alone and girls were actually giving me attention. What had not changed was that I was still an insecure kid who was prone to anxiety that was about to rear it’s ugly head.
Early in the first semester a teacher convinced me to run for class President. There were no guys running and he wanted me to run just for the experience. One day I noticed everyone gathering after lunch in the gym. I asked my classmate Julie what was going on and she said enthusiastically “We’re listening to the speeches for Class President! I can’t wait to hear yours! “ Walking to the gym I could see that the whole class was there. It was part of an election seminar. How could I have forgotten this?
When I sat down I caught the eye of Michelle a cheerleader I had a crush on. She smiled and said “Good Luck!” It seemed I was on the precipice of a life change. If I just give this speech I would be legitimized. I decided I would listen to the other speeches and I would come up with something similar. However there was one problem. I was the first candidate called to the microphone. My stomach dropped, my hands started shaking, and I suddenly had a very dire need to urinate. My need to pee was so strong I could barely walk to the microphone.
As soon as I was handed the microphone I froze and stared at the audience in total silence. My heart rate went through the roof. My hands were shaking. There was total silence and then an audible sizzling sound. It sounded like someone had turned on the shower.. It could be heard over the speakers. A female voice yelled “IS HE PISSING HIS PANTS?” I looked down in horror at the growing wet spot on my white pants. I wanted to run but I was frozen. I literally could not move. The microphone was right by my hip and it was recording the audible hissing sound that everyone associated with someone having a wetting accident. I looked out in the crowd and there were a lot of people laughing…including Michelle. I tried to stop the urine stream but I couldn’t. The pee cascaded down my pant legs and left a growing lake of urine on the floor. In addition to the hissing you could hear the splattering of urine as it streamed down my legs and puddled on the gym floor. The white pants had become see through to reveal my Superman underwear. Widespread laughter erupted in the gym. All of a sudden I became lightheaded and I collapsed into the arms of the school nurse.
I woke up in the hospital hours later . I had to be sedated at the school because I had a second panic attack that had resulted in “agitation and continued urinary incontinence” I was dressed in a hospital gown. Under the gown I was wearing a t shirt..and a disposable diaper.
I never lived this down. Michele and the popular girls called me “StareyWetsey.” It was an homage to the Betsy Wetsy doll. The Starey part of the name was given to me because I stared at girls and I was caught looking up girls skirts. Michelle would later tell me that that my worsening bladder problems were karmic payback for being a total upskit pervert. I would return to school two weeks later but the problems persisted. Eventually the school nurse informed me that I would not be able to go to school unless I wore adult diapers. My mother protested and said that my bed wetting had returned and she was already stretched to the limit buying diapers for me at night. The nurse said the the school social worker said there was a program for students with disabilities that would pay for the diapers. I would put a diaper on and be checked by the nurse in the morning and I would do the same after lunch. I would tell the nurse how often I experienced “involuntary urination.” During school tests the nurse suggested I wear a booster pad and plastic pants. She said it might be noticeable but you are going to need to adjust to that.
Two weeks later in mid October I had sat down in a classroom after school to do some makeup work. Michelle and her crew were preparing for the Homecoming dance. They had a video camera and were doing silly things with it. Heather walked up to me and offered me a bottle of water. The cap had been opened but I accepted it anyway. I quickly drank it. More women came in until about 20 were there. I finished up my work. I bent over while putting my books in my bag I felt my pants slide down. Then I felt a hand tug on the elastic backing of my diaper. I turned around and Michele was towering over me. Heather had the camera pointed at me. “ So you ARE wearing adult diapers. How pathetic! What kind are they? Attends, Depends, or some cheap off brand that you just know is going to leak.? “ I tried to say something and she said “Shut Up. They are an off bran called ShureDri. That’s what the state gives pants wetting speds whose families can’t afford to buy pampers! That’s what the state is giving you ! ..at least that is what your little sister told me. I am willing to bet that your pampers won’t last wrong. Look around. I have assembled all of the women you have humiliated with your Nerdy Perv actions. Staring, Objectifying, and of course upskirting. In humiliating you, you will understand how vulnerable and violated you made us feel.”
I apologized profusely and blamed the behavior on my shyness and sexual inexperience. I did however say “but it’s just UNDERWEAR and your wearing a short skirt so you’re kind of asking for it.”
“ASKING FOR IT? Girls it is time to put operation humiliation into action!!”

Saw your wet bed pics. I definitely recommend these disposable underpads, AKA Chux. You can get them at local pharmacies, but these are really really big ones and cost less than a dollar a pop. I bring a bag to a weekend event and a few live in my overnight bag all the time There's even one or two in my car for spontaneous fun. :)
Inspire Ultra 125 Gram Extra Large Super Absorbent Bed Pads for Incontinence Disposable 36 x 36 in. | MAX Absorbent with Polymer Incontinence Bed Pads Liner Chucks Pads Disposable:
https://a.co/d/0FCYtkK
For squirting, I usually use a waterproof blanket but it often catches me by surprise. However, these are sick because the ones I used during my dirty staycation didn't hold anything and it was so disappointing. Sad that the $1/pop cost is only for the bulk pack. The next time I have $50 to blow on better puppy pads, I'll remember this link haha

Non-Woven Adhesives: Demand Will Grow in Future
Fibers used in non-woven textiles are held in place by non-woven adhesives. Plasticizers, base polymers, and antioxidants make up these adhesives. They have excellent processability, high cohesion strength, high elasticity, softness, low odor, and heat resistance.
Training pants, baby diapers, adult incontinence products, sanitary napkins, surgical drapes, medical wound care pads, bed pads, medical dressings, and gowns are just a few examples of health and hygiene items that frequently use non-woven adhesives.
Additionally, they are utilized for internal engine compartment coverings, head, and wall liners, and other vehicle liners and covers. Because of their excellent mechanical stability, resistance to heat and humidity, and non-stick feature, non-woven adhesives are utilized as coatings for corrosion defense.
Tumblr media
Moreover, they are utilized in a variety of home products, including abrasives, furniture upholstery, mops, tea and coffee bags, wipes, and detergent pouches.
Because it is more robust to solvents and acids than other forms of non-woven adhesive, poly-alpha olefins demand is anticipated to be rather high in the coming years. In comparison to other adhesives, it is very inexpensive.
The use of non-woven adhesives in medical items is anticipated to rise significantly as a result of the healthcare industry's quick advancements, which heavily rely on new product improvements and breakthroughs.
Due to the rise in popularity of disposable hygiene goods including infant diapers, training trousers, and feminine sanitary items, there has been a recent surge in the need for high-performance non-woven adhesives.
The worldwide aging population has increased as a result of the growing life expectancy. Adult diaper non-woven hygienic adhesives are becoming more and more necessary as a result, especially in industrialized nations like Japan, the U.S., and Western European nations.
The industry for adult diapers is bigger in these countries than the demand for baby diapers. Thus, the demand for non-woven adhesives is expanding as the world's population ages.
The demand for hygiene products is driven by demographics and buying power. The hygiene industry, which includes everything from infant diapers to feminine hygiene items to adult incontinence, is largely driven by consumer spending power. Furthermore, the evolution of the hygiene business is driven by high performance and enhanced sustainability.
Thinner cores, better ability to absorb physiological fluids, reduced waste, and more comfort are all benefits of product innovation in the hygiene industry. The sector is growing as a consequence of the technical progress in the makeup of the adhesives utilized on non-woven textiles.
In recent times, APAC has seen an increase in the requirement for non-woven adhesives. This spike in demand can be attributed to a greater understanding of the advantages of using it in items like feminine care and infant care products like diapers in nations like China, Japan, and India.
The growth in the need for non-woven adhesives in North America can be attributed to the knowledge of the adoption of improved sanitary standards in nations like the U.S.
In the near future, it is projected that demand for hygiene goods will grow, including feminine sanitary products and baby diapers, in nations in Europe like Germany and France will boost the non-woven adhesives trade.

Need For Ostomy Supplies in Tampa Bay and Port St. Lucie, FL
Experiencing incontinence can be embarrassing and troublesome. Such a condition often makes people anxious and hesitant about going out. No worries! The family is well equipped to care for the loved one by sourcing bed pads for incontinence in Tampa and West Palm Beach, FL. Sure, there are numerous products available to the end-user. While the absorbent bed pads are similar to incontinence underpants or pads, the disposable ones are meant for one-time use. It does make sense to check the related facts about such bed pads that can help the user keep the bed, furniture, and other surfaces stain-free and well-protected. Alternatively known as chux pads, these are available as absorbent, disposable, or washable pads to protect people suffering from urinary incontinence.
The bed pads are usually sourced in bulk by healthcare facilities or individuals for elderly care and looking after patients being treated for urinary bladder or kidney conditions.
Choosing the right item is not a challenge. Instead, the buyer must know the requirement to check the product's efficacy. Some of the points to ponder upon when making the final decision about buying the chux pads include the following:-
· The size & shape · Absorbency levels · Waterproofing · Durability · Washability · Risks of leakage · Non-Slip Design · Comfort
It is a good idea to initially source a limited number of bed pads. Using them as required will help the user and caregiver understand whether the product meets all requirements. The trial-and-error method will suffice here. Instead, it is best to buy the chux pads in bulk when one is convinced of their efficacy. This helps the user keep the surroundings clean and prevent the risks of infection. Never running out of pads is yet another aspect that must be considered before buying the products.
The end-user is pleased to have the bed pads provide a clean surface that will not allow tarnishing of the bed or bedclothes. The diverse benefits that are experienced on using the chux pads include:-
· Deep Sleep- A good night’s sleep is ensured when the patient lies on the clean bed pad. Sleep quality remains uninterrupted and deep without worrying about staining and damaging the bedclothes. The anxiety-free mind is sure to relax, resulting in deep sleep without being interrupted by bed wetting or leaking into the bed sheet.
· Convenience- Sure, accidents happen, but removing the bedclothes and scrubbing the bed's surface is unnecessary. Instead, a disposal bed pad may simply be removed and disposed of with a new one being laid on the bed. The other type may be washed clean without much effort. The material remains free of bacterial activity when quality cleaning products are used to wash it properly. Fortunately, the accidents are few and far between, with the bed pads being held securely in place with adhesive tapes.
Patients with stomas in their bodies after surgery find it important to purchase ostomy supplies in Tampa Bay and Port St. Lucie, FL, to ensure a worry-free and comfortable life without anxiety about managing the opening and/or the adjoining bag.

Baby Care and Incontinence Solutions: Role of Booster Pads and Other Products

Buying Guide: Incontinence Products
Living with incontinence can be challenging, but, fortunately, plenty of products can help make it more bearable. Consider some information on top incontinence products to find what you need.
What are the Best Pads for Incontinence?
When you shop for incontinence pads, you need to keep in mind that there are two types of pads: one type, some also call this an underpad, serves as an underliner to protect your bedding, while the other type of pads, aka liners, protect your underwear and the rest of your clothes.
Best Underpads: The best underpad will absorb any moisture to keep your sheets dry throughout the night. If you move around while you sleep, you want a pad that will stay still like the Simply Basic Disposable Blue Underpad.
Another essential feature is the ability of the pad to absorb liquid to keep your skin dry and comfortable throughout the night, like with the Covidien Wings Heavy-Absorbent Quilted Polymer Underpad. You can also find reusable underpads like Beck’s Classic Reusable Green Underpad.
Best Wearable Pads: Since you will be wearing the pad throughout the day, you want it to be absorbent and to control odor like the McKesson Ultra Unisex Heavy-Absorbent Bladder Control Pad. For overnight pads, the Tena Intimates Serenity Overnight Heavy-Absorbent Pad is a great option because it locks in moisture and protects your skin as you sleep.
What are the Best Briefs for Incontinence?
With briefs, you want skin protection, the ability to lock away moisture, and odor control. The Tena Ultra Adult Heavy-Absorbent Incontinence Brief wicks away and locks in moisture to help you stay dry.
If you are dealing with heavy incontinence, consider the Attends Bariatric Disposable Underwear, which offers a comfortable fit with its contoured elastic waistband and leak protection with a confidence cuff. The confidence cuff keeps leaks from escaping through openings around your legs.
For overnight use, try the Tranquility Premium OverNight Disposable Underwear. In addition to great absorption and leg cuffs to prevent leaks, the Tranquility locks moisture in its core to help keep your skin dry during the night.
Gender-Specific Options
If you’re looking for a customized fit for men, consider the Tena ProSkin Disposable Men’s Underwear. You’ll find this underwear in only one color, but it does have various sizing options.
For women, consider the Prevail Pre-Fit Women Disposable Underwear. The Prevail is thinner, so it feels like regular underwear, but it is still very absorbent, and it offers powerful odor guard features.
What are the Best Adult Diapers?
For the best adult diapers, you want a diaper that is comfortable to adjust like the Attends Disposable Diaper Brief, which gives you all of the coverage of a brief, with the protection of an adult diaper. The Attends also offers a triple-layer core with a soft layer that won’t irritate your skin.
For overnight use, consider Wings Disposable Diaper Briefs, which give you powerful overnight protection with a moisture lock so you don’t feel like you are waking up in a diaper.
