Went with my partner to a beautiful greenhouse conservatory today and found this stunning Bold Jumping Spider! Look at those colorful mouthparts and that cute little tramp stamp.

I have a particular fondness for Bold Jumping Spiders, as one of the first close bug photos I ever took was of a little black & white one (I'll post soon), but I had not seen this variation with the orange triangle before.

yessirRE they do. generally their nicknaming of the other to me comes in times of mellowing (typically in a tender way, but sometimes eepytired or exhausted) and as they grow older they 1) grow more tender towards each other 2) grow more tired as age and The Weight Of It All catches upon them 3) in general they do mellow as people because they have neither the fire of youth nor the feeling of running against the clock no more.

they don't call each other by nicknames in front of friends or family unless it slips up, that's still a form of PDA so they're like. let's not push it too far. i know this town is kinda gayland homocity but it's still [date redacted] so keep it easy. but the longer they live together the more they do call each other nicknames Yes. yessire!!!!

lakefront cabin in the woods = kin euphoria.

i can't wait until the summer when i can swim in the lake and run off into the forest . this place is were i first confirmed i was a wolf therian 3 years ago, it was my first full mental shift, and it made me stop questioning myself on what i was. i love this place, i literally go out on this really small island and run around on my paws and sunbathe in the sun and it literally is so euphoric. you cant even imagine how calming and kin comforting it is to be so close and connected with the place of my kin identity was solidified and explored freely, even for just a little bit.
