Dorian is my favourite Da character but that doesn't mean I can't also fucking hate that they added homophobia at random to the DA universe in Inquisition
#dorian dragon age romance#I understand that it is a tevinter issue we haven't been in tevinter yadayadya#But even so#It can fit in plot wize and still be unnecessary#I get that it's mostly for dorian to get an heir but that's not the case fully there isnt just the reproductive part obviously as halward#Doesn't want him publicly shaming them by being openly gay#Gay is jusy a bad thing socially in tevinter generally#So yeah#In da2 nobody reacted much at all to gay stuff and in dao you had mostly straight options but it was the same thing#Preference and sensuality is totally good and fine and also having just bi bitches as your companions is hilarious too#I love dai but I recently saw a post critical to the lack of depth in the 3rd game#And I do see it#I love the game and plot and characters but they don't get much exploration like the older games and they aren't as evolved in the plot#The inquisitor is much more isolated being in the position they are as well as the open race options with different origins making it#Harder to have clear story lines that fit all ig#Anyways#Rant rant rant i should get back to my exam lolll
