The Continuum -> All Things Will Pass track sequence from In Cauda Venenum is just so good. The lyrics are fantastic, and the transition so smooth.

RAHHH OOH MY GOD TDH IS ALSO LIKE MY FAVORITE BAND EVER ISTG what's ur favorite act? Mine is rebirth in reprise, BRO I LOVE THE CONGREGATION AND THE SERMON IN THE SILT SO SO MUCH ARGHHHH IT WAS THE FIRST TDH SONG I EVER LISTENED TO AAAAHH

ok VERY GOOD QUESTION i love love love act 3-5. all three of those r so fucking good and there’s not a single song i don’t like between all of them. if i had to choose an absolute favorite it MIGHT be act 3, only because it takes the listener SO FAR AWAY from the original story and throws them into a foreign event (world war 1). he said he had a story and in cauda venenum r so fucking good, plus it has my FAVORITE motif in all of the acts (the mustard gas motif)

when mustard gas showed up in a night on the town in act 4 i’m telling you i had fucking chills. AND IT EVEN SHOWS UP IN THE MOST CURSED OF HANDS / WHO AM I IN ACT 5???? ISNT THAT INSANE???? THE SYMBOLISM. THE METAPHORS.

i fucking love the bitter suites too.. i really want to make an animatic of my oc to the congregation / sermon in the silt but i don’t have timeeeeeee…. Bitter suite 6 is also really fucking good i’m so glad it happens right after the 5th one the instruments r so beautiful in it

also i have a poster of act 4 it’s shows all the wavelengths of the songs its so cool!!!!
