Was think about them again today like what if they knew each other when Husk was still a overlord.

Luci was involved with them before he took a step back. He would go to his casino often and they became great friends.

Except on his soul, it does have Luce's sigils on it. It's not really a deal, since Lucifer only makes deals withe the living when he's summoned to earth. But even then deals are rare for him.
