The other day I asked one of the staff at school if his cultural food was good and he said it was pretty mid. That got me curious.
#Im very biased but Viet food is just amazing#You can do no wrong with lemongrass or fresh veggies in EVERY dish#The meat is succulent and fatty and yummy and well spiced which pairs well with the veggies#And everything is rice based (no gluten) and dairy is rare#I'm not allergic to the stuff but a lot of my friends have food allergies and when we go out to eat Viet everyone has something they can ea#I love Asian food in general but Viet is my number one#Bun Bo hue is my fav dish of all time I'd eat it every day if I could#reblog#poll#mun rambles
