Characters inspiration:

Howl - Howl's moving castle: shout out for Matsu's original FC, who served as a basis for me way back in 2018-2019.

Pharaoh Atem - YGO: Themes about being forgotten and wiped out of history.

Sheeta - Laputa castle in the sky: Insert here Sheeta's wisdom

Kurow - Okamiden: Okamiden is a game I've heavily taken inspiration from for my views of an ancient period Johto. Plus, Kurow's mannerisms inspired me to give Matsuba his kiseru and his flirtacious traits.

Pisces Aphrodite - Saint Seiya: I'll properly talk about this in a future post, BUT I needed some visual refs of GNC male characters and Aphrodite's design is PEAK 80's GNC character design.

Virgo Shaka - Saint Seiya : Current FC and I'll admit, I've also snagged a few things from this character's story and merged it into Matsuba. Mainly in regards to his powers and especially the whole thing of "keeping his eyes shut at all times". This became a thing when I rebooted and brought him here!
