Hmm. What I like most about the crew?

-Stasi: Has been through hell so many times, and lost so much, but she keeps fighting and trying to make things better. Not that she's optimistic, no; but she wants things to be better for people.

-Rei'ki: She's loud and boisterous and occasionally reckless, but she loves as much as she fights: with everything she has.

-Z'neel: The absolute definition of Mom Friend. If you need someone to lean on, she will be there. And if she can't be, for whatever reason, she will send her kids to help.

-Rei'zen: She's a bit of calm amongst the rowdy love of her family, though she is more than ready to throw down if the situation needs it.

-Glacius: Cold, vicious, brutal, and heartless to most people, but dear lord, if she trusts you, things are very different.

So, the fun part about designing a Zabrak family is, trying for some variation while still making sense.

Kaloren was Z’neel’s father and Rei’zen and Rei’ki’s grandfather. Rei’ki inherited his hat, so they should have had similar enough horns (not to mention head size, as my own hat-hunting adventure proved--so Z’neel got her height from her mother, not her father!). Z’neel inherited her mop of hair from somewhere, and I’m starting to suspect her mother was the culprit, because I’m not entirely sure Top Right would result in a comfortably-fitting hat, given Rei’ki has the same horn formation as Rei’zen (and both are similar to Z’neel).

What’s killing me is it looks like Top Right and Z’neel’s hair should be the same “style”, though the horns don’t seem to match up (like Top Left, though that’s bald).

GOD. BIOWARE. PLEASE GIVE US MORE ZABRAK HAIRSTYLES. PLEEEEEEEEEEASE.

Hit me up with some What Ifs for my characters! I’m fighting off The Christmas Ick and this kind of stuff helps me feel better.

-Stasi Sunrunner (Blood Elf) -Rhastazi (Zabrak Jedi Sentinel) -Anjastaze (Zabrak Sith Assassin) -Rei’ki Ilsun (Zabrak Gunslinger/Privateer) -Lord Glacius (Pureblood Juggernaut) -Jaal Ilsun (Cathar apprentice sassmaster)

Okay. Okay. If the Ilsun Crew were on Roshar:

-Glacius would likely be Parshendi in Stormform (the description matches Pureblood physique, which is REALLY INTERESTING), or Warform (though it lacks hair). If she were human, she’d be Lighteyed, though I’m not sure which nationality (if she were Alethi, which might work, she’d be kind of short...maybe Herdazian, though so far I haven’t seen a Herdazian woman fight).

-Jaal would absolutely be Lighteyed. No idea about nationality. What more closely matches someone with Asian features?

-Rei’zen, Rei’ki, and Z’neel would all be at least half-Alethi and Lighteyed to boot. The Thrill would be REALLY STRONG in Rei’ki and Z’neel. (They all have the height and dark skin, though no idea where the white and blonde hair would come from? Thaylen maybe, even though none of them have eyebrows?)

-Sorrun is just a mess because his eyes seem to shift shade from moment to moment. I guess it’s possible he was born Darkeyed and either won Shards or bonded with a spren and pulled a Kaladin. The image on the bottom left is what I actually set his eyecolor to, which is very dark blue. He’s probably Veden, given the auburn/red hair.

@corellianwhiskey Here go, if you want to tackle these three!

-Kaelas: Blond messy hair, a bit longer than the model, and lighter fur with stripes extending to his shoulders and upper arms. Fluffy fur. Enough muscle to make a bouncer jealous is how I like to describe him. Feel free to add an earring or two if you want. Usually has an easygoing grin but don’t be afraid to make him look angry either.

-Z’neel: Mid-50′s in age, has a cybernetic eye under that eyepatch as well as a cybernetic right arm from the elbow down. BT3 in-game, still built like a brick wall. Feel free to use the outfit shown if you want, or go with a vest if not! I hate the cybernetic armors so I just roll with full covering. Tends to be warm and cheerful moodwise.

-Rei’zen: Upper-20′s in age, the throat and face scars are similar to model. Ash-blonde hair. For build, think Zarya from Overwatch, if you’re familiar with her. (Zen is Z’neel’s daughter but is a bit more muscular.) Have fun with her outfit, I haven’t switched her out to a new one yet.

Casual fun reminder that, for some of my characters, the equivalent of English isn’t their first or primary language!

-Stasi: Primary is Thalassian, also speaks Common and Orcish (might speak better Orcish than Common).

-Rei’ki, Rei’zen, and Z’neel: Primary is Zabraki, also speak Basic (Rei’ki and Rei’zen might be more fluent than Z’neel).

-Anjastaze and Rhastazi: Primary is Basic, also speak Zabraki.

-Glacius: Equally fluent in Basic and Old Sith.

I AM FULL OF BURRITO GOODNESS AND AT WORK SO IT'S HEADCANON TIME, KIDS. -Rei'ki, Rei'zen, and Z'neel have a still- running bet on just when Aric is going to realize Rei'ki's parties aren't the get drunk throw confetti kind, but are brawls that can and sometimes do result in someone dying. -Aric was not happy about Z'neel formally adopting Anjastaze, since she still (quietly) says she's Sith. It took Rhastazi stepping in a couple years ago for him to realize if her blasted twin could understand and help her work things out, maybe he should stop giving Staze death glares. -Kaelas refuses to get rid of his old vest. He's got way too much muscle for it to close anymore, but he doesn't care. All he agreed to was making the armholes larger. Sure, he's got clothes that fit properly, but he loves that dumb vest, dammit. There may or may not be bets riding on how much longer he can keep wearing it before he moves wrong and it explodes into leather confetti. -If the Ilsun family doesn't have a bet of some sort going, check them for mental tampering because something is Wrong.

Before I pass out, I thought this would help you guys a bit.

-Anjastasia/Stasi: Ahn-yah-stah-see-yah/Stah-see -Rhastazi/Stazi: Rah-stah-zee/Stah-zee -Anjastaze/Staze: Ahn-yah-stah-zay/Stah-zay

-Rei’ki: Ray-kee. -Rei’zen: Ray-zen. -Z’neel/Nini: Zuh-kneel (as in, kneel before her)/Nee-nee.

-Jaal: Jahl. -Sorrun: Sore-un.

...if you guys can’t pronounce Glacius, I’m not sure what to tell you. It’s not so different from Glacier. ...at least, with my Midwestern American accent.

Also, Staze has the proper accent over the last E in-game: é (And is Jaal’s J a hard J? This is the first time I’ve tried explaining it. Like jar.)

Tossed around, pretty sure I’m keeping: -Blind Spot (Jorgan/Z’neel--it’s a play on his ocelot skin and her cybernetic eye/eyepatch)

In case you can’t tell, the above are ideas for Storyline Staze and Andronikos. I jokingly call her Thunderbitch. Ahahahaha. But I know damn well Stormpirate will get confused with the one from TFA and SEND HELP

I STILL DON’T HAVE ANY IDEAS FOR TORIAN AND ZEN BECAUSE OH GOD AM I KEEPING HER WITH TORIAN???
